[Q] Can't edit system files . - HTC One X

I'm using ARHD 19.2 with Solid Explorer . I can't mount r/w using Solid Explorer . I tried Root Explorer , mounted as r/w , edited the file's permission to rw-rw-rw and edited the files inside . After reboot , it all just resets back to default . Any help ?

What files are you trying to edit? For files inside /sys directory you should make an init.d script

So , I need init.d scripts to edit files in system partition ? Thanks for helping anyways .

No, I'm asking what file you are trying to edit

On mine at the top where it tells you if system is r/o or r/w there's a button next to it that says mount r/w or mount r/o.
