Absolutely... when editing your uccw widget tap the menu to enable hot spots. Do a search for uccw and you'll find some really cool pre made stuff with a ton of instructions. I'll find my favorite thread for you....

Hi. This appears to be an answer to something I have been trying to figure out. I've read the thread you posted, and have played pretty extensively with the Tasker app. I think I have done a lot of reading trying to solve this, but maybe am just not searching accurately. Could you point me somewhere that will explain how to set up a home screen folder?
My problem is an aesthetic one. I want my UCCW icons to look like icons for specific apps. For example, I have Keep on my home screen as an app, and a folder with FaceBook and BaconReader in it. I would love to have these use UCCW to define the folder, if possible.
I have Simi Folder, and I can sort of do what I want with it, but that app is not an ideal solution due to its lack of support.
Thanks.

App drawer question

I seen a pic of this somewhere in the development section and cant seem to find it again. I was wondering if there is a flashable file to have your app drawer scroll from the top and the bottom. you can see the apps in like a starwars type style like a the begining of the movie. I hope someone knows what I am talking about and can help. TIA
[EDIT] I have attached a picture
Looks like the 3D drawer settings in Launcher Pro

Yep. You have to use launcher pro, to get this haven't seen a flashable sense friendly zip.

You just have to hit menu and go to preferences, then advanced settings.
from my EVO using XDA app.
You can get the same effect using ADW Launcher, and ADW Ex. My personal preference is ADW Ex, it is an amazing launcher, and it is extremely fast.

Looking for a widget like My Library that you can put games/apps into.

Hey, I'm just looking for a widget like My Library that you can point to a folder full of apps, and it'll generate a nice looking tile launcher widget for them. Is there anything like this?
Thanks
Edit: Extra points if it'll change the size of each app's tile based on usage.
I use folder enhancer to create specific app widgets

Im looking for the same thing
that would be pretty nice. i haven't seen/heard of anything like this though.
i used to use desktop visualizer to give a similar look to this. i am also sure you can get UCCW to do this as well, by adding game images in a "grid" and applying a hotspot to the images to open up the corresponding apps.
Let me know if anyone makes something like this!

Is there an unlocked version of touchwiz?

Is there a touchwiz rom that is essentially stock but is unlocked so I can move my app drawer button and the number of rows and columns of icons? These are really the only things I want to change. Thanks in advanced community.
i remember for my gs2 there was a modded tw launcher that u could fully customize, even had themes.vit was called i believe "twiz launcher 4.5" I'm pretty sure it runs on our device. just do a forum search for tw 4.5 or similar to that and ull find it. it was very cool.

Hmm, if you can't find what your looking for, try apex launcher.

Search TweakWiz. Puts the app drawer in the middle and changes the grid layout to utilize more of the screen real estate.
Edit: I was feeling nice, so I searched for you, as I remembered it being linked in the Wicked ROM thread. Here's the link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=30471519
Just a side note about searching, for those who use the app, you can open any thread in the browser using the menu or tapping a post, and the search feature once in the browser view works great. You can search the thread itself, or "breadcrumbs" at the top of the page to go back and search a specific forum(like Q&A, Development etc). I know the app's search feature isn't very good, so just thought I'd share.

App drawer folders

I just realized I can make folders in my app drawer and organize it. I've never seen any launcher do this. Has it been a touchwiz feature for a while or new for the note2.
Apex does it. Think nova does it too

whenin the app drawer hit menu, select edit, pick the folder you made and click the + icon. Then select all the apps you want to put in that folder.
I was using apex on my last phone. I guess I never noticed it. Thanks for the info guys.

How to install uzip files for widgets?

The Nexus 7 is my first Android device and I am floored by how amazing and easy it is to customize it. I found a really nice clock widget and a Google Search widget I like on these forums. I downloaded both and they are in .uzip formats. What is the best way to get them onto the device to install them?
You should be able to import it directly from the app. Also check out the zipper widget app.

I got the clock working with UCCW. So, that's good now. But I have a Google Search Bar that is in .uzip format. But, I'm not sure which app I use for that.

It works fine for the clock. But, for the search bar it doesn't actually function like the clock does
I wish I could link to it so you know what I'm talking about. I need 10 posts.
can you describe what's not working? does uccw give you an error or does it load?
After installing some other uzips I've noticed uccw isn't exclusively for clocks. But its a Google search uzip but when I click it, it opens uccw instead of allowing me to search
