Need brightness slider and more in notifications, recommend a rom ?

Just got the unlock hspa+ from the play store and I would really like to have the same notification options like with my transformer. Can anyone recommend a rom or alternative option? Thank you...

AOKP rom milestone 6 has all the customizations you need! Give it a go..

With Cyanogenmod 9 ROM you can use the notification bar itself as a brightness slider. You don't even have to pull down the notification screen. Stroke of genius IMO that makes a dead area of the screen functional. Good luck finding something you like.

Is this Jelly bean? Its not really clear from the description or else i'm just not seeing it.

[MOD][UPDATE] No SD Card Notification - Now with seeder mod support and ODEX version

This came from CROMI 3.2 so it should work on any ROM based off the same firmware update as his.
But this simply gets rid of that bloody annoying notification stating there is a microSD card inserted.... Seriously Asus?? lol
Flash via CWM or TWRP. Tested and confirmed working on TWRP running CROMI 3.2
CREATE A BACKUP FIRST just in case. never hurt anyone..
UPDATE INFO:
Update info for version 1.0 on 22/1/13
Fixed SystemUI force closed issue when using with seeder generator mod
Added odex support for odexed ROMs.
Added Hydro version
Added BlueAndroid version

I flashed this file this morning with TWRP but when tablet boots I get the error message "unfortunately system UI has stopped".
I now have no black bar or tray along the bottom of my screen. I went back to recovery and tried to re-flash clean rom but now all i get is errors and I cant flash anything :what:

Right I bet Bert_ie has the seeder patch installed. This is one of those bugs I was talking about. Both me and timberwolf cannot work out why but when seeder is installed with a modded systemui it force closes.
Bert try it without the seeder patch please.

Try new version. I enabled seeder mod thinger in CROMI ROM during install and didnt get a force close. Thanks! Remember to back it up first!

[MOD] 1% Battery Mod

I think its working finaly
After A LOT of hard work and research i think i got it working. I was fed up with it before but pjc21 was asking about it so i wanted to help him out and got back at it! Thanks for the motivation!
But i think its working for CleanROM and any 4.1.1 ROM. Hydro and Blue ROMs may have issues. Just let me know thanks!

Did it force close or just not show up? if it did not show up with no error, you must be on an odexed ROM. And did you flash the zip or extract it and copy it to your device?

I will make an odex version of this.

[MOD] Launch any browser from keyboard [UPDATE 5/13/13]

Here you go guys. Seen this asked a bunch of times.
With this mod, when you press the explorer button on your dock keyboard, it will ask you what browser you wish to use.
ISSUES:
Only can go to google.com right now. Figuring out how to simply "launch" the browser without going to google.
Just flash in recovery and you should be good to go
I pulled this from my 4.2.1 ROM but it should work on 4.1.1 as well. If it doesnt work on 4.1.1 let me know i will create a zip for 4.1.1

I don't have the 4.2.1 headphone Jack notification updated. The one you flashed was probably for 4.1.
But you should just have to browse to /system/app and delete keyboard.apk as well as keyboard.odex. and it theoretically should work.

Thanks for the reply. Tried renaming them to " ".backup cause I don't want to delete. All that did though was disable almost all shortcuts from doing anything at all. Like bluetooth,explorer,settings,brightness. Screen cap button up there still works but eh

Yeah not a problem. I already removed those mods, CleanROM v4.1 has them incorporated into his ROM, but i will create a separate thread for those still on stock

What ROM do you have? It may be a signature issue. I'll try to look for your ROM in the threads and download it. And do some testing. I may need to make separate ones for each ROM flavor.

How about remapping the screenshot-key to opening camera app? I find myself never using it at all.

[Mod] Surround Sound [Mod]

TMO Samsung S6 Edge+ Surround Sound
This mod will activate your handset speaker to come on together with the main speaker for a surround sound type effect, while watching videos, you tube, music, etc...
PREREQUISITES
Rooted TMO Galaxy S6 Edge+
DISCLAIMER
I am not responsible in any way for anything that happens to your device whether manually installing the files or flashing zip files for the surround sound mod. You do so at your own risk. Enjoy.
INSTALLATION
You can install this two ways, your choice:
1. Download and flash the included zip using your custom recovery. To go back to stock, download and flash the revert to stock zip included.
2. Download the zip. Extract the two files in the zip (mixer_paths.xml and mixer_gains.xml). In System/Etc, rename those same files with a .bak so that you will have them if you want to revert back to stock. Place the two .xml files from the zip in the same System/Etc folder and reboot.

Would not boot I am running deodexed rom and xposed arter97.com 4.1. I figured out how to stop bootloop by holding in all buttons booted into recovery since we cannot remove battery holding power button did not work once in recovery flashed revert zip and it booted up

The one in the t-mobile note 5 themes and apps section worked for me with xposed. Haven't had time to test this one

Let me know if you do. This one is modded files from S6 edge+ so should be good, but let me know please...

I just checked the files and their good to go. Unless theirs an issue with the zip which i cant check until i get to my laptop later unfortunately, it should work...

Flashed the one from note 5 and it worked i can hear a lot of hissing in earpiece speaker used synapse to turn it down

Just flashed the surround zip and it works. Haven't tried the revert back. Sounds great THANKS

What is louder headphones,bluetooth?speakers,ringtones,incall volume?I need blutooth louder if it can be done.Ic there 2 files mixerpaths and mixergain xml compared to before on other ones only mixerpaths was needed samsung changed it?

Yea samsung changed it on N5 and S6edge+...everything is stock except for main speaker volume and handset speaker volume...used only when u watch videos, listen to music. You can use viper to raise the rest. If you want me to do one for you personally tell me what vol u want raised and ill do it for you.

This mod gives a surround sound effect with 3 different volume levels, doesnt raise volumes on enything else

Thanks that would be great if you can the loud one you did with bluetooth for music and ringtones added to that would be nice I did it on regular edge but confused here since there is 2 files.

Yea ill give it a shot but the ringtones use the main speaker they should be loud already

Dont know but i know in regular edge it did i changed ringtone speaker and it increased it.

Yea ill give it a shot but the ringtones use the main speaker they should be loud already
