[Q] Galaxy Nexus Signal Bars Go Grey, Can't Make Calls and Dialler Doesn't Exit - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

I'm running stock Android 4.2.2 JDQ39, baseband I9250XXXLJ1 on the GSM version of the phone.
I suspect this happens after the phone exits sleep mode. The signal bars go grey, and I can't make or receive any calls.
People calling me say that they can hear the ring, but my phone doesn't receive the call.
When I try to make outgoing calls, there is no response and when I try to hang up, the dialler doesn't exit.

miss calls while in-call

does anyone experience similar problems? when im in a call, any phone calls that i get automatically become missed calls for me.. sometimes if they call a second time, it'll go through and i'll get it, but i seem to always miss the first call...
im also wondering if this is an att issue or my phoneissue. also, im flashed to energy rom..
anybody? im missing a lot of my calls this way! nobody else using att or energy rom has this problem? ALL call waiting calls come through? :"(
i got the same prob. no audible call waiting notification, the phone shows incoming call, but no audible.
I have to set mine to notify me of second call. Go to phone then to services I think then to call waiting and have it turned on by provider.

[Q] Really bad delay in voice calls in CM7.1 RC1

When my phone is locked, I simply just dont recieve calls. It rings on the other persons end, but it doesn't pop up, there's no ring tone playing on my phone, and there's no missed call indicator even. I just dont get the call. I get the voicemail afterwards at least.
When my screen is on I get the call immediately. However, there is a pretty bad delay either in incoming voice or outgoing. People respond 3 seconds after i finish talking and I'm constantly cutting them off. What's up?
I don't have any issues on the nightlies; maybe you should update to a more recent rom.
it's the latest release candidate - i've had it installed for like 2 days.

Dropped Calls / Out of Service Area

Appears to be a common problem on the device around the world.
Have 4.0.2 as stock.
If I talk to someone i sometimes hear noises similar to a fax line but just more garbled and scratchy followed by a clicking sound and the call is dropped.
Signal bars show no signal. If i try to call when this happens i get out of service area message. If i try to connect to data, i get airplane mode message. After a few seconds the bars return to full strength and i can call again.
I have not experienced the phone muting at all which most people are experiencing.
It happens less if i use 3G instead of 2G and as soon as the call is initiated i press the power button to dim the display.

Cannot reject call with Google Voice

Hello- was not able to search for this but here it goes:
Using stock 4.04 but rooted
straightalk ATT as my carrier
when I get a call to my GV number and try to slide (to left) to reject the call, the phone momentarily stops ringing but then starts ringing again until it times out and goes to voicemail- anyone else with this problem?
Mine does the same thing. I think Google Voice will keep placing new calls to any connected phones that hang up until it goes to voicemail. I've gotten it to ring again 2 times a few times. I've been told that you can silence the call with volume down instead of rejecting it, which will actually keep it from ringing until it goes to voicemail, but I haven't tried it yet. Personally, I'm planning on getting rid of Google Voice partly because of this.

[Q] Cannot receive incoming calls after few hours

Couldn't find my exact situation. Called ATT and they have never heard of it before.
ATT gs3 running CM10, has happened on nightlies as well as the stable
factory reset, reflash, same issues
1. Have phone charging or leave phone alone for 3-4 hours
2. Will not receive incoming calls. No call screen, not just silent.
3. No missed call notification
4. No voicemail notification if voicemail is left
5. my signal strength shows the radio is on and has high signal strength.
