I'm digging it.
Though upon first boot. The play store didn't stick. Performance Control force closes when rebooting after setting it up.

So far running good just flash about 1/2 hour ago. Will be testing on it, and results later on. Glad to see another Dev. on our S2. Keep up the good work.

Did a re-flash. Play Store stayed intact (Used PA Gapps this time.)
Performance Control does not force close on reboot. Must have been a bad flash.
All else is good. :3

KT, you spoil us with your awesome builds, and all the rom selections. Thank you

Should be fine....i've been using TWRP since about a week after getting the phone and haven't had a problem flashing any roms yet, even when the OP recommends to use CWM
I don't want to start any drama considering the circumstances but can anyone briefly tell me what the differences between this and carbon are? The features lists look very similar.
like the wallpapers
Can anyone confirm working Bluetooth functionality?

Would also like to know if the static issue when using Bluetooth audio in the car, has been fixed ? That was a deal breaker for me, forcing me back to TW ROM's.

well as you know carbon tree was forked from liquidsmooth
since then they went there own way
since then many things were added in liquid , I wouldnt know if these were kanged from liquid or added to carbon via an other way or if they werent added at all or what was added since then by team carbon .. I do not follow what thy do on there github at all..
liquidsmooth as there own kernel and so does carbon , afaik each kernel is unique to these specific roms and kernel plays a critical role inhow phone behaves so your best bet is to try them both ...
I could give you my opinion but ofc im biased ..
I can tell you one thing for sure when I joined liquidsmooth a few of the 'pub' optimizations were used already but not all of them , this has been corrected so you can expect the maximum smoothnest possible in an oasp based rom .
I personally got the highest linpack results I ever did before on this rom , 245 (average) @ 1.9ghz .. nugh said .
now lets not bring up the 'c' word anymore thank you (lol)

ok if the last person in the other thread told you it was not fixed then why would you assume that it would be magically fixed in this rom when they are based off the same 4.2.2

The OP says that there is kernel support for Voodoo audio, yet I dont see it anywhere in the ROM settings and it isnt available for the Note 2 from the play store...am I missing something?
Otherwise...great ROM. Glad to see Liquid back on the scene.

I was happy to see your build:good: I run liquid on my droid4 and it kicks ass.
Few issues-lock screen and settings both crash in settings. Also Bluetooth will not turn on.
Trying to choose a color for battery, the selector is way over sized and you cannot see the set buttons.( same issue in all color selectors)(not in log)
the back button in settings also drops you into google now sometimes. (this happends alot on the back button in general)
I hope you whip these quick.
You ROM whipped cm10.1 in autu bench mark by 2000!
Cm10.1 13500
Liquid 15500
Logs for above issue.
http://lang-world.com/downloads/xoom-logs/2013-02-17-07-33-57.txt
So tried to install this ROM. Android keyboard crashen ll the time. Tried to fash it with other Gapps, but it didnt work. Flashed again without, works, but wrong language. Set it to german, keyboard crashes. Tried it with other german languages, crashes. In english keyboard works. Maybe in other languages too.
Lockscreen-stettings crashes, navigation crashes. In Performance i couldnt over- or underclock. Its not working. Bluetooth not working. If i set it on, it goes off after tens of a second. The right statusbar for me not showing. If i re-order or add buttons there, settings crashes.
Re: [ROM][4.2.2]2/16[RC1] LiquidSmooth |Flooding|
Language in the keyboard doesn't work because the included keyboard isn't the international version the 2 setting crashes are a known 4.2.2 bug and so is Bluetooth, thanks for the info on the ov and uv issue though.

Using Thumb Keyboard...no problems except the navigation bar settings causing the crashes.

bluetooth is working on cm10.1 4.2.2, maybe they patched it along with the settings crashes.

Thanks Deadman, as everyone else has said I can confirm the same defect with regards to Settings. I'll keep an eye out for an update and from there I'll happily test if a fix is found.

You should be fine from what I know....
And will the following be necessary:
If you want to downgrade back to a 4.1.x ROM, flash the restore-sdcard-after-downgrade.zip attached below AFTER flashing back to 4.1.x ROM. Your storage situation will be how it was pre-CM10.1 flash. Thanks to madmack for the file.

This is a aosp rom if you don't have your card as fat32 it could get the dreaded sd card corrupted .....if you are going to use aosp at all I would advise to format the card fat32 ... I use my card fat32 on tw and aosp and no problems

Plug it into the sd card slot on your computer and right click on it's icon and select properties. It will tell you what type of format it has.
so if it reads "fat32" I'm fine, but what if it reads "fat"?

any response to post 5?
So has anyone put this thru the paces and found things that did not work? Like S-pen, sms, mms,4g, things like that? What about battery life and speed? Sorry for asking these questions but i would like to put this ROM on my phone but i want to make sure of the things that work and things that don't. Thanks. Awesome looking ROM by the way.
This ROM is only 103MB? Seems awful small.

AOSP roms are small. Usually 100-200 mb. No bloat.
The pen "works" but you won't have TouchWiz stock features like S-Note and hold down on screen for screenshot.
MMS is still finicky for some people (including myself) with AOSP based roms. GoSms usually helps.
Any bugs with this rom?

I am proud to present to you BeanStalk Build for the Xperia S. This build is based on sources from @scott.hart.bti and @RaymanFX / OPENSEMC
This is a build composed off of the CM10.1 builds and scott.hartt.bti has added alot of features on top of it. So you get speed, stability, and ultra customization ability.
Many of the additional code additions came from slim ROM and also Derteufels build and have been modified to work with the current setup.
A huge thanks to Scott.hart.bti, RaymanFX, Derteufel and the Slim ROM guys for their work and dedication.
Also a big thanks to everyone involved with CM as that is the building stone in this project.
Thanks to skyliner33v for the bootanimation and wallpapers!

Enjoy!
Better version is coming later to make this a bit smoother and because I don't own the Verizon Galaxy Nexus, I don't know how does this ROM work on Toro. At least everything should work!

Just tried this. I was unable to get it to boot. I saw the kernel splash screen and then the screen went blank. I pulled the battery after about 5 minutes.

Hmmm. Weird. Did you flash another kernel?
My PC is compiling the next version. Next version must work.
I didn't flash a different kernel. Just this ROM and gapps.

OK then it must be caused by my notebook. Wi-Fi doesn't work so well on my notebook when I use Ubuntu on it. So maybe my ROM wasn't uploaded successfully. I have added all the required files to build this ROM for toro.
It's 5 Am here so I let my notebook finish ROM compiling..

I started a fresh build and 2 hours left until this ROM is built.
I double checked the files and everything is right so I don't know why it won't boot. Maybe .zp package was corrupted or I don't know..
