anybody who was able to install this rom? I've downloaded it, but I'm still testing the another rom... Rom was almost 500mb and doesn't contain a kernel, that's just my observation...

Im sorry about that. I cannot upload fixed rom at the moment bcoz my internet so slow and nelikp so busy right now. If u want i can give another solution. Unzip BlackZax'7. And pls find another meta inf for rom xperia s (ex: from xzxperience2), copy and replace script updater from meta inf BlackZax'7 to new meta inf and then replace new meta inf into BlackZax'7. Zip back and try reflash... Gd luck.
1. Find any meta inf for rom xperia s (new meta inf).
2. Unzip BlackZax'7
3. Copy updater script from BlackZax'7 and paste to new meta inf.
4. Replace new meta inf to BlackZax'7
5. Zip back and reflash

Why should you flash my ROM?
I know what it says in most ROMs: flash it because its smooth and fast.
Well..my ROM has all unused bloatware removed and almost 400mb of free ram (380mb).
It is not only deodexed, it is zipaligned as well.

HOW TO INSTALL
Requirements:

A stock based kernel is recommended, however some non-stock work just as fine but might cause more battery drain.
If you come from previous husixperia versions do a full wipe and then restore data by advanced restore in CWM. If you need any help with that please do not hesitate to contact me.
Install Instructions for locked Bootloader:
1.Reoot into recovery
2.Wipe Data/Factory Reset
3.Wipe Cache partition and Dalvik Cache
4.Install the ROM
Install Instructions for unlocked Bootloader:
1.Reboot into recovery

(Optional) if you want stock kernel:
5.Turn Phone off and boot into into flash mode

For unlocked bootloaders: This will NOT rewrite your kernel, except if you flash the optional (stock kernel)

Yeah it works 100%..just tested it. However , it will say in the menu Bravia Engine, I didn't manage to change this, because I couldn't find the file yet...

wifi problem
Hi, i´m from Brazil and i´m having a wifi issue. it keeps trying to activate the wifi but it doesnt even show any mac adress in advanced mode....
i´m trying to find anything about it searching the forum and google but didn´t find anything releated, so maybe i think it can be a ROM issue....
The ROM is really really fast and i wish you could maybe solve this so i could enjoy it too... ! :good:

Q; why my icon does not show up after reboot
A: do not install the app on internal or external sd card
but if you are still installed in the internal or external do this stage
Settings >>> app >>> running >>> show cache>>> xperia home .. click stop
Q:why when using cybertshoot ago I saw a picture the image when the screen went black again
A:Thus if there is a front camera and press then press back the main camera
My advice when going to do from photographing fast camera icon on the lockscreen or the camera button does not cause black screen
cybershoot reason I maintain that just because I think a good camera app
Q:why wifi hotspot and super stamina in Honami quick setting always force close
A:for superstamina .... xperia ion does not support superstamina unless changed framework.jar
for wifihotspot ... I'm confused now press fc but when long press works great ... and wifi hotspot in power toggle works great
This causes the system ui fc after first boot

This rom looks very promising! currently i'm on nelikp's port of 96 deodexed. Have a question though: This rom doesn't have the home force close (like the honami home) if you have apps on the internal storage or arrange apps in alphabetical order? Will most likely download this when i get home from work(about 8 hours from now).

First Impressions
Well, took the plunge. My initial thoughts:
-Nice boot up screen!
-white theme looks nice (I got used to the black theme though, any chance we can get this with black theme?)
-Love the icons, they give it a great look.
-Rom seems very snappy.
I'm installing all my apps from backup, will edit this post once i take it out for a good spin.
Thanks for the hard work.

Having used it for a while i can confirm no force closes when moving apps to internal storage, but upon reseting the phone this happened:
I had set up my omescreen with apps and widgets and most disappeared. Also the apps I moved appeared as the grey squares.
Clearing data on home solves the issue, but i moved all my apps to phone memory just in case.
Rom feels stable and snappy.
EDIT 2
Mount&storage >>>format system I missed this step when installing the rom, it might be the cause of my troubles. I can't reinstall everything right now, but probably will try a clean install in a couple of days.

bug in honami home you dont clearing data.... settting>>>app>>>running>>>>show cache procssing >>>home>>stop.... and enjoy your app back again

Just let the phone boot up and settle...

What I think is also needed are (if themed) : notification bar, sms apps, phone/contact apps, lockscreen.
Kernel doesn't install after flashing, WiFi not working even after flashing fix and supers giving errors.

There is a kernel in rom.zip, which named boot.img. But on updater-script, there is no command for write this kernel to phone. It has no functional there.

There is a kernel in rom.zip, which named boot.img. But on updater-script, there is no command for write this kernel to phone. It has no functional there.

Hey bro, how is it goin?
I am testing this rom and the stamina mode setting says it disables data when screen turned off. It seems to work.. not sure how to tell if its different from the old "stamina mode".
I am missing the notification toggles from your pureion rom (full page buttons)... can you please send me a link so that I can flash it on this rom? Thanks.

I am not getting this error. maybe you should clear data on the camera apps on your phone.

I'm getting that error only with your home.apk, with other is ok.

sorry I didn't understand.. maybe the OP can answer.
For me, this rom is working without any errors.
Stamina Mode
I enabled the stamina mode and a full day has passed.. I had to recharge the battery much earlier than usual because the battery drained from 100% to 10% during seven hours. My phone was mostly sitting on the desk.. should have been in deep sleep except for two times when I used it to check emails and reply to some whatsapp msgs.
Number one user of battery was android system at 40%. Battery usage graph showed the phone was awake most of the time.
I am on locked bootloader and had done a clean install.

I have already used 9-10 days, i didn't see any error. Maybe you did not pay attention before flasing Wipe Data, Cache Data and Dalvik Cache, Format System.

what do you mean? you use a different home.apk than the one provided on this rom? that maybe the reason why you are having problems...
Based on the screenshot, your battery icon looks different than the one on @MaDMaT80 screenshot on the first post...

i was telling him that I DONT have any errors.. the rom is actually smooth, stable and fast.
The person I am replying to is the one who has errors and in trying to help him, I couldn't understand what he is saying.

Ok ok, I got it. I extracted home.apk from your rom and used it for another custom rom, and that happend. Never mind, thank for your replies anyway! :good:

its for locked bootloader as well. I tested it for a few days, battery life marginally improved compared to MIUI I was on previously.
One big hassle for me was that the play store wouldn't download or update any apps even if left alone for hours.. after manually updating to the latest play store, it started downloading apps that were small and the rest returned with the insufficient space on the device error.
Over the last couple of days I tried to fix it by doing absolutely everything people suggested on xda threads. Changing the rom instantly fixed the issue. Formatting system, inernal storage and doing a clean install of this rom again brought back the same play store error for me.
