64 gb has been confirmed working. You could just format it into two 32 gb partitions if it doesn't however.

Some people ran into issues on the G2x, which is why I mentioned it. But yeah, that's always an option if you run into issues.

I guess I could change the kernel to get ntfs

I think Franco supports it.

microSDXC supports up to 2 TB
If the devices support the SDXC specification properly, then it should support microSDXC cards up to 2 TB.
64 GB is the largest size so far, but 128 and 256 should be coming since they have been released for the larger SDXC cards.

I successfully used ntfs formated 16GB drive once, but I am not sure whether it was on rooted stock or on AOKP. I am using app "Drive Mount" by Dwayne Hoy from Play store, but I can't find it now...

What sdcard brand do you use?

I currently have an old 6gb SanDisk sdcard I got a few years ago which works well for me.
Although I've been wanting to upgrade to a 32 or 64gb sdcard. I've noticed people having issues with sdcards like the phone won't recognize or it unmounts rapidly.
I was wondering what you guys use that's most stable for you. Do you guys use SanDisk, Samsung, etc memory cards? Post model or anything that works.
Thanks in advance.

Hi i have a Sandisk 64 Gb and it's working (the phone seems slower, but dunno if it's the card or the 400 apps i installed)
Sandisk 32 class4, no issues what so ever
Sent from my Galaxy S3 using neighbors wifi
SanDisk 64gb class 10
i had Sansisk till its get errors
now i have Samsung 32gb calss 10
no problem yet
SanDisk ultra 32gb class 10, replaced under warranty after developing issues. I am unhappy with SanDisk's silence over the issues and personally would probably by a Samsung card next time.

I use a 32gb Samsung class 10. Looking for a 64 by Samsung, for a S3.
8gb Kingston.. I also have loads of 1gb noname cards lying around
Silicon Power 16gb class 10. Has lifetime warranty and it's fast up to spec, and I use it for music. Love it.
Can the s3 even handle a 64gb...???.. I think it can only handle 32gb

Samsung class 10 for the moment but i want to upgrade to 64.
Do you guys see speed difference using a class 4 & a class 10 on a daily activity?
How can you see the speed of a memory card? Is it by downloading things? Or how responsive things in the memory card are when they're being used?

I'm using Team 64GB class 10 since January and never had any issues whatsoever.

In most cases no, but I feel it's worth the extra few quid for the few cases where it does show.

Only 22 GB available?

I bought a nexus 7 32 GB and was shocked to realize it only had about 22 GB available. Is this right?
After you've installed all of your apps, then that sounds right. I think I've got about 20 available after installing apps and games. I believe it's around 26 that's available out of the box, don't remember exactly exactly. If you've only got 22 available straight outta the box, then there's an issue there!

Im confused as to what your issue is when you have 4.7 gigs of apps, so clearly thats why you have 22 left.
I'm sorry I'm a noob lol you are correct but I still can't believe its only 26 out of the box. Thanks for the quick feed back
Computer 101.
No hard drive gives advertised space. Plus Os install takes up some.

Devices with internal memory will always have lower usable space for the fact that the system and apps also will use the same memory.

[Q] The First Nexus 7 vs The New Nexus 7

Which Nexus 7 should I get, If I get the old Nexus 7 I'll be able to get the 32gb but if I get the Newer Nexus 7 I'll get the 16gb.... Which should I get???
New 32gb, have not regretted spending the extra money one bit

If you are just concerned with storage get the old 32. If performance is more your criteria, 2nd n7 hands down.
Best thing, IMO is save 40 more bucks and get the new 32gb.
Then again if you wait A little longer I have a feeling the refurbished 2nd gen are gonna be plentiful, probably cheaper than the 16gb.

Get the new 16gb. I had a 32gb 2012 and now have a 16gb 2013 and am in love with the new one. I never used all that space in the first one that's my reasoning for buying the 16gb. I could have bought the 32gb new one but I don't need the space and I'm happy I didn't buy the 32gb. The new n7 is just so much better than the first that I can't see buying the first one if you can get the second.
We see you meow on our nexus⁴ can we haz some more?
Get the new one. 16gb of storage shouldn't be an issue unless you download a lot of movies. I had the 16gb 1st gen Nexus and space was never an issue.

Thank's for the reply... but if I rooted the original and add a custom rom and a custom kernel, will the original be any match for the 2nd gen
