Was anybody able to order the Samsung Gear watch from T-mobile? - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 3

So I called all my local T-Mobile stores and none of them carry the watch, only the phone. So I called up Customer Care and they said they can't place the order through the phone, I have to go through the website.
Well I tried ordering it through the website but kept getting errors, waited a bit and it is now Out of Stock.
Well that's unfortunately since they are offering Free Shipping on Accessories + 20 percent off with FallFun20 code which could potentially bring the watch down to $240ish shipped. Not too bad eh?
Anybody snag one?

According to my local tmo store they will not have them for a couple of weeks.

Can your guy inside confirm the lack of headphones in the box?

He doesn't seem to be good at timely answers. My wife heard All stores are only getting 5 each and I asked him if it was true and its been half an hour ago and still no answer. I told him I need 2. I'll ask but can't promise timely answers.

I'd like to echo this sentiment. From what I've heard, from people's dealings with AT&T customer representatives, there's a thought that the white version will be available on Friday in stores. I really want the white version... so... can we get a yay or a nay?

replace S3 with SGN and we are brothers!!! my power button also doesnt work on the the 3gs, i really am itching, the only thing i like is that i can get 2 weeks of crap before my glorious screen returns!!!

I will be at the store nearest me at 8:30 Friday morning to try and get one. I am *so tired* of getting the runaround by ATT reps. First the inability to preorder online, then the phone rep telling me there's nothing she could do and they had no idea, and to go talk to a store. One store telling me that I could come back in a few days and preorder it from them, then saying a few days later they didn't even have the SKU in the system. *Then* that same store told me I wouldn't have a hard time at all getting one, however, I called back yesterday and they said "We aren't getting very many, you might want to be here early." ARGH. This shouldn't be this frustrating.

My local store just call me to let me know they have more than enough in @ the Town Center Jacksonville, Fl. Too bad I got a really good deal via premier support by phone. They were going to give me the phone for 299 with some freebee's but was adding a line and just keeping with no phone/data on it. 9.99 a month...Premier CSR gave it to me same price and did an early upgrade (6 months early!). I'm happy.
Just got one from my local store. Got the last one. They only had 2.

This really sucks. I went to an at&t store and waited until they opened this morning. They had 5 galaxy notes for sale but they would not sell me once because I would not sign a new contract. I tried buying the phone for full price and they told me it could be over a month before they are able to sell the GN2 off contract. I called customer support who actually called the store because they couldn't believe they wouldn't sell it to me. Customer support ended up saying its up to the manager to decide if they have limited stock...blah blah blah.
Terrible customer service from at&t as usual. I don't know what to do about it now because even customer support would not let me order it from them directly on the phone. I have a business account with them so I am waiting to hear back from my company rep but this BS should be allowed to exist. I am literally willing to give them $650 + tax for a phone and they won't take my money. If it wasn't for my grandfathered unlimited data plan than I would think about leaving them. Does anyone have any similar experience or suggestions on how to make this happen for me? I really wanted to get a GN2.

I guess it could be up to the manager but why didnt you plan on hitting a few at&t stores, not just one? I'm sure others wouldnt mind taking your money.

Need opinions, Should I return Gn2 to sprint and pickup preorder 1 from BestBuy?

Just Looking for input pros and cons to the following idea please.
I Pre-ordered my Gn2 through Bestbuy right when they opened on the morning of the 25th, I literally walked in the door as they opened and asked about the availability. The first person in the mobile section had no clue, the 2nd actually did a search. At first she couldn't find it but then after hitting refresh a few times she had it pop up in the system. Then she placed the pre-order right away, So I know I was literally the first person not only at that store but in my general area for the phone. So anyways to the point, I had this on pre-order and in the meantime of waiting I came up on some cash so I just went to my local Sprint store and Purchased one with my upgrade. NOW the Gn2 is available at Bestbuy and reserved under my name yet I am still under the 14day grace period with Sprint. So I could return it to Sprint with no harm no foul(no restocking fee and upgrade stays intact) and get $300 cash in hand. While picking up the Same Gn2(same color) at Bestbuy and drop it on my Bestbuy card(which it is pre-ordered on).
Now what are the Pro's and Cons to doing this for anyone who has purchased mobile devices and activated through their carrier at Bestbuy.
The MAIN pro I can think of is the insurance plan at Bestbuy not only covers more but when using the insurance you get a BRAND NEW phone off the shelf at BestBuy where as with Sprint you get a Refurbished or returned whiped phone.
Now I spoke with BestBuy and tried to cover most of my bases and found that If I choose to which I would after I activate the device I can go to Any ol' Sprint store after that for any reason(as if I purchased from them in the first place).
The only Con I can think of is I run the risk of getting a phone that could have an issue like with the S-Pen or something when the one I currently have is Flawless. And with that if I need to return it I might have to wait due to limited availability considering they just launched it today and will probably be limited for the next week(s). Granted I would obviously deactivate the current one in store at BB then activate the new and try and sit in the store for a decent amount of time and run through trial and error to attempt to uncover any issues in the meantime before I head back to Sprint to actually physically return the item.
I am planning on heading in today so any input as for Pros and Cons would be GREATLY appreciated.

anytime you exchange your product you risk getting a bad one in return, but you could also just return it again. some of the funky spens just need to be adjusted. i posted on the GN 10.1 forums on how to do it.
the only real con you have is waiting in line to return the phone and pick up the others. worst case in my area it would take a few hours to do. you could always call and issue an rma, they'll give you 30 days to return it after you receive the return kit (at least they've done it for me in the past) and it doesn't affect your upgrade status.

Restocking Fee is only for an exchange not a return. If you are returning the device and want out of it, you get 100% back via the way you payed (credit card, debit, cash) and your upgrade remains intact(if you used one which i did). When you are taking it back because you don't like the device and want to swap it for another device say a gs3 then you pay a restocking fee. Which is pretty stupid they are saying if you want to return it and take your business else where you get a 100% refund w/ no penalty attached. However if you'd like to keep your business with them and grab a different device keeping the purchase in house they will charge you $35 restocking fee..
I double, triple checked the above information in store and with customer service because I was thinking of pulling the above mentioned scenario in OP. I mean hell if I can come out on top with the cash back in hand then pay before 6months with no interest or penalty for early pay off.
You would probably have to wait 30 days for sprint to put your upgrade stays back into the system so Best Buy could sell it to you at the upgrade price.
Just to let you know, take your receipt and phone into Best Buy. You don't have to purchase it from Best Buy to get the insurance!

yes, do this. otherwise they'll need to call sprint to PM and you know how long that wait can be. your receipt will be proof of the lower price.
IMO it seems like you've already made a good decision. Your phone is paid for... Your done, no payments, interest, nothing hanging over your head. I'd consider all the time you will spend getting back to where you are now. As they say, time is money! Good luck.

AT&T Note 2 on backorder

i ordered my Note 2 from AT&T on Monday (straight off their website) and apparently it's on backorder.
anyone here have any experience with their shipping system? this is my first time ordering a phone off their website, and definitely my first time on backorder with them. was curious how long i should expect to wait before seeing my phone.
I ordered mine from a Premier phone rep. She said it was back ordered, but it shipped the next day.

i ordered it online because none of the stores in my area had it in stock on monday (closest one that had it in stock was 80 miles away). i called around and asked. guess i'll just have to wait and see how long it takes.
i was checking for the white version, btw. i'm kind of deadset on it, just prefer the way it looks by far over the grey.

I ordered on Saturday the 24th and was told it was in stock, then I called yesterday and they told me it was on back order, I got so mad at them for telling me one thing, and it was not true. Just an FYI the online matched the in store price for me. On black Friday my local att store was having buy a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 for 300 get the note #2 for 50.00 or a SG3 for free. I took the SG3 and sold it, and called the online division and asked if they would use my upgrade and sell me the note 2 for 50.00 and after getting the ok from his boss I am getting the Note 2 for 50. Can't wait to get it hope it is not on back order to long

I've been checking my local stores 2 or 3 times a week since launch, but haven't managed to get one yet. I did find one in stock last week, but when I got to the store, the line was out the door and I didn't feel like waiting.
At this rate, it sounds like I might as well just wait for the Note 3.

I noticed when i got mine a couple weeks ago they were sold out online, and it showed most stores around here as out or limited quantity, at least with the white one, only one store around here actually said "in stock" and thats where I got it.

Keep calling! That is what I did and with a few clicks on my last call (could have been coincidence but. ...) the Rep said "okay refresh your Page" and then it said something like fulfilling or something along those lines, and I got it like the next day!

well, after my third phone call to AT&T about this i was informed that the phone is NOT on backorder, the fulfillment center has my order in their system and is still processing it.
there is nothing they can do to expedite the process, they said check again on Monday and if it hasn't shipped by then call customer service yet another time.
how hard is it to package a phone and ship it off, seriously?

I purchased my SN2 from Walmart wireless.com today for $299.99 with a $100 e-gift card and no tax. My shipping status shows awaiting inventory and before I ordered it there was a message saying it could take up to two weeks. I guess I will just wait and see what happens. From my research all of the other retailers in the area have the phone in stock or just got it in stock expect for Walmart. I am sure this is due to the $100 gift card. Anyone else order from Walmart wireless.com?

Found one allegedly NIB on craigslist for 580.00 But I ended up ordering mine from t-mobile for 240.00 and they through in free unlimited internet and 250 more minutes a month for that price. But the experience ordering it made me almost wish Id paid full boat so I didnt have to deal with their incompetent service reps. took 3 seperate orders before they finally got it right : /
Surprisingly enough for me I found one on Craigslist for 300 (literally b.n.i.b) guy said he had the phone for a week and needed money for a ticket. I meet him at a McDonalds popped my Sim in from my GS3 and gave him the cash.. It had no visible signs of use except SuperSU app but everything else was still in original packaging.. Headphones, Charger, USB..
It took me a month to find one but it was worth the wait

Question about T-Mobile N3

I'm stuck on ATT for one more year. I wanted to purchase the note 3 on T-mobile outright and use it on ATT.
My first option was negri electronics at $690 TOTAL. However, I don't get to keep the carrier warranty. I've resorted to using the waranty a few times in the past and am uncomfortable losing that option. Especially since most other purchasable warranties involve shipping the phone instead of just driving to a location and having it replaced immediately. My second option is to preorder from t-mobile. The t-mobile website quotes a price of $704 dollars but i don't know if there is shipping/tax charges.
1) Does t-mobile let you unlock your phone immediately if you pay full price?
2) Can i preorder without also purchasing 1 month of service?
3) Does the full price they quote you include tax, do you even have to pay tax on an online t-mobile order in florida?
The answer to number 3 is yes and no. The $704 does not include tax and yes you have to pay it when you order online. I live in Florida and ordered online and had to pay tax.

I was charged 739.99 since I'm on a prepaid plan. I questioned it, and he told me that was prepaid price. No manager on site and just wanted my phone. Will call customer service tomorrow

Same thing happened when i asked for a prepaid price at the store and then including tax around 780 .... :crying: So decided not to get it.
You should always be able to purchase the 50/mo prepaid plan at the store and get the "plan price", in this case, $708. Then you call customer service and they will transfer that $50 balance onto your old line and close out the new line. This doesn't affect the salesperson's commission. I did this yesterday with the Note 3 and a few months ago with the S4. If someone in sales says they can't do it, they are just unaware. Ask them to ring it up with the prepaid plan and it will go through.

I just picked my Note 3 up from a local T-Mobile store and ended up paying about 780$ after tax. The person who sold it also happened to be a manager and didn't give me any problem when I told her I was going to purchase it without a plan and just pay full retail price. She just rang me out and said that if I wanted the warranty to be valid I had to have someone with T-Mobile just register my device on their line. I got it unlocked and now it works on AT&T's network.
