That feature should be embedded in to the kernel to work.. There is a feature called DT2W(Double Tap to Wake), which is present on many of the kernels for other devices.
And there is an app called Proximity screen off,which does the same thing,if i am not wrong You guys can try it.

No idea but im building a kernel.... And I will try to implement sweep2wake if I can.. It's the same like knock thingy but instead of tapping ppb the screen you just slide your finger from the left to right screen edge and the phone will wake up

+1. Is it even worth stepping back from jedi 6.1.2? The only thing I can think of is the better battery life of the stock rom over the custom ones if all we are getting is the multi windows software from this.

I've noticed that there are new ink colors for the pen on the lock screen. Also, it feels like haptic feedback is a bit weaker.
Anyone know if we can customize the toggles in the notification window?

Try under display. I see it on clean ROM, and someone said theyd noticed they were rearranged I bet they included that as well.

For some reason the multi view is not working any more.
I got the little tab. . But when I click program like google mail and Chrome the open in full screen. It worked for a few hours but then it stopped. ..

Multi Window works here. Completely stock. Had to manually update it and flash in recovery tho

Patching it using ExynosAbuse breaks the camera now, though.
Back Button does not activate multi-window
I am on stock ROM no rooting done at all.
After the update, tried to hold down the back button but will not activate the multi window.
I can only activate it on the notification bar.
Please advise and thank you.
I would make sure under settings that its enabled and if it is then try a reboot and renable the feature as I have two notes one which is stock and works just fine

I am using CM-KangBang V3.0 for my one V. I like this rom on this rom. And on this rom i can slide 3 or 2 induction button to lock, unlock screen. But i don't know how this feature called. I tried orther rom, but with them, i can't do that. Can someone tell me how this feature called? Is there a app with this feature. Thanks!
It is a feature of the kernel,its called sweep2wake.there are plenty of apps that can lock/unlock the phone without using the power button. eg,smart screen on which unlocks/ locks with a sweep over the proximity sensor.

I think something was going on with mine because now its not doing it. I swear though that every now and than I do it and it does I might be just barley taping the screen sorry for wrong info.

I haven't had the issue. I just touch the link with Spen and it registers as mouse click. My tip isn't sticking.
Some sites are a bit finicky about where you click when using a mobile browser in desltop, IE, Firefox, etc mode (non mobile or android). And if the link is in some flash player media, that can be hit or miss.
I would suggest trying another site like MSN or something to test the Spen. This should tell you if it's the Spen or just that site.

Has anyone try to port any of the Samsung s4 native software to ZL...like air gesture or air view for web browsing...it uses the camera so maybe it can be ported...
Third party software like wave-o-rama has try to make something like air gesture for gallery app but it is buggy and hard to detect your hand...
Just a request, if its possible that is...maybe it's a gimmick software but I think it's neat to have it and I think these two work pretty well...I've use it and like it a bit...

Not possible. The s4 has a dedicated motion sensor next to the ear piece. And the screen has hardware to detect something hovering over it. Its not software. Only things like smart stay, smart scroll, and smart pause utilize the front facing camera. Maybe look into the optimus g2 forums or optimus g pro. They have most of these features as well

I can confirm it's work.. You just need root in order to enable air gesture in browser and gallery . find it in Playstore or XDA version at Apps Development section .

it's smooth but you cannot your wave your hand quickly , you need to move your hand slowly ..

I have used wane control, but its only for music app...just hope it for Sony native apps...
How bout smart scroll, you got anything on that...just like it to use when browsing....

When you push the menu button you will see :
- Apps and Widgets
- Themes
- Homescreen Settings
- Lockscreen Settings
- System Settings
You must check the Lockscreen Settings

this launcher may be installed on any android phones.
On samsung phone, Knock on just close the screen. on Lg phones, other people say it is working on both side... open screen and close the screen.

Im on stock at the moment and i see no KnockOn feature. KnockOff works. There isn't any specific setting either for turning knockon on

Some users says: "There isn't any specific setting for turning knockon on" Knok of it is working on stock LG Roms Others says" it is working bouth: KnockON and Knok OFF" |Maybe an developer will fix that; I hope!

Don't flash this...it really doesn't add any benefit accept maybe the RAM optimization,and it does not add the knock on/knock off feature.
LG has the feature in the LG G Pro Lite which has half the specs of the regular G Pro. Maybe they will update us one day.....

It's great for me. Knock off works well. I have the spanish e986 with rom g2 apps ported from xda and with this launcher I got spanish language for the launcher, cause some parts of the rom are in english and I like spanish as well. Thanks!!!!

Knock on for anything but the G2 is kinda a cap shoot. The G2 has a lot more sensors to pick up the knocks. Also, the knocks on feature has been proven to use battery.
