Some questions Before Unlocking Boot loader - Sony Xperia M

1. I dont need warranty, but if i did something wrong, can i recover it by flashing?
2. What are DRM Keys? I know it is a need for relocking BL, but why i need to lock a BL, does it has any super power than a Unlocked BL? (Ok, ignore the 'warranty' here).
I am new to android, previously and still i'm using SE Cedar and do some modding in that phone. Honestly, i dont used any warranty before in any of my previous phones.
I'm not able to post in tutorial section and so i'm posting here.

1.most of android problem are from os..so u can recover by flashing..but hardware problem cant be recover...like ic damage, speaker damage...u cant claim replacing for free...
2.its to get update from sony pc companion and some chances to regain warranty..[very low chance....if service has a fool guy..they will accept]

Fine. Then having a backup is also a good option even though i dont want to relock. Any way to backup TA Partition and DRM? (without root, i am not yet rooted). By the way, what is TA partition? Mention me if i am missed any other things to backup.

I hadn't realized the bravia engine would go away as well... I've rooted... and basically done what I really needed to do thus far to it... I'm just exploring the other options... assuming my wife wants to use it as her daily phone, I won't be messing with it much after the initial setup anyway.
i root my xperia with KINGO ROOT, simple and fast
plug your device, enable usb debugging and click root.. works fine in .2.67!!

Well as per recent info, it tracks many info from the phone while rooting as in IMEI number, some personal info etc. so it still being reviewed, unless its confirmed to be safe its better not to use Kingo Root.

[GUIDE] [ROOT] Xperia ZL .2.67 fw using DooMLoRD Rooting Kit
Flash only the kernel.sin & loader.sin from older .423ftf package using FlashTool
Uncheck all wipe options
Check all exclude option EXCEPT Exclude Kernel
Now flash this using flashtool
Reboot the device and make sure USB Debugging & Unknown Sources are allowed in settings
Now root using the latest DoomLord Kit v18 (No other version of kit will work)
Turn Off the Device and put in Flash Mode (Press Volume Down while attaching usb cable)
Now open the latest .569 ftf (from here that you upload) package and repeat the check and uncheck process as earlier
Flash only the Kernel.sin & Loader.sin
Reboot the Device

There is no recovery menu for a locked bootloader. The only recovery is for an unlocked bootloader. If you mess up your phone at any time you better hope you can boot into flash mode and then re-flash the /system partition. I have the same problem in all fairness.
And if you want to root properly just look at the guide in the forum and follow it to the letter.

[Q] 1905 stuck from flashing kernel

[SOLVED] MODS PLEASE /THREAD
Sooo... Let's start from the beginning. I have bought a C1905 and rooted it successfully using kingo android root. Mostly using it to transfer files with Root Explorer and mount GTA SA and Dead Trigger with FolderMount. (15.1.C.2.8)
My brother's Xperia T didn't receive an update here(Vip MK, Macedonia), so I didn't want to be patient and flashed my phone to 4.3 successfully! Everything worked nicely, no lag(the UI is ugly as hell, white & leftover black), unfortunately no root from kingo and all vroot did was reboot. Tried this thread and it didn't work. Unlocked my bootloader, then without testing it(i.e. not booting it up to see it work) I flashed the boott.img from there. It worked. However, I noticed my phone just didn't want to boot up. It passed the Sony, the Xperia, but at the swirling colors animation it loops seemingly infinitely. Removed the battery and tried flashing 4.3. Seemed to flash ok, but it didn't make a difference. PCC is only noticing the phone as Sony/Sony Ericsson device in flashmode. Later, tried to relock bootloader using flashtool and I unlocked it again. I'm scared as **** now, I think that getting the 4.3 stock kernel is the fix. The kernel is waaaaaaaaaay too buried in those 4.3 threads that I can't find it.
Those more experienced with this phone, can surely tell me what I should really do. Thanks a looooot!
First flash the 4.3 ftf on your phone.....then boot up the phone normally.....then unlock your bootloader....then flash the kernel from the guide which you have used to root your phone....then flash the UPDATE-SuperSu-1.94.zip from the guide now you have successfully rooted your phone....

Should I relock my bootloader and THEN flash it?... Should I wipe off my data from the internals? I have made a backup before going to 4.3 2 days ago, luckily. Also, I think that my flash from ~6 hours ago said that usb debugging was needed. What gives?
Also, how should I flash SuperSU? Kernel, system, flashmode?

Just to be 100000% sure so that no one else gets in a bad situation like us, unlock bootloader using flashtool, not with the sony site. That was my problem and how I unlocked bootloader.
ALSO: Another problem I had was that SuperSU was there but it wasn't appearing in the app menu. To fix this: Go to Settings>Apps>Swipe right to all>Find SuperSU>Unistall Updates. It should appear now. If it still doesn't appear, go in the play store and force update it.
I suggest haresh adds this above to his main thread.
