no. this is STOCK kernel with twrp recovery + some tweaks merely for rom flashaholics to prevent soft-brick while flashing diff rom(s).

Flash using dd command
Hey guys. I just wanna ask. Is it safe to flash kernel with dd command from terminal? I found out that boot partition located on /dev/block/mmcblk0p14 or /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/boot
so the command line should be

then (whenever want to revert to stock kernel & relock BL)
UNLOCKED BL, USE THIS KERNEL, enter recovery, restore BOOT & TA = result : STOCK KERNEL, LOCKED BL
[2] this is STOCK zIMAGE, will remains stock. ramdisk modification is not eno to get that feature. Not in this kernel at least.

I really dislike typing out ADB commands. I'm sure some of you feel the same. This program combines some of the most common tasks we perform with ADB and automates them for you.
Where is Recovery Flasher?
All the features are built into this program. I have decided to expand this program's functionality.
Features Explained
Flash ROM - Place a ROM in the 'ROM' folder renamed rom.zip. Hit enter and the zip will get flashed to your phone automatically
Flash Recovery - Will help you flash a recovery to your phone. For the Optimus V users, it will help you install all the needed drivers as well as obtain root privileges. Optimus T, S, and One phones will be able to flash a recovery.
Wipe dalvik-cache - Self explanatory .
Mount /system r/w - Allows read/write access to /system
Push ROM to SD card - Self explanatory (pushes to root of sd)
Push framework-res.apk - Pushes framework-res.apk to /framework, wipes dalvik-cache, and reboots the phone for you.
Push bootanimation.zip - Will remove boot animation and replace with one of your choice. (removes from /data/local as well as /system/media)
Reboot - Reboot
Reboot into Recovery - Obv.
Recoveries
CWMA v1.2518.4 for V and S
drellisdee's Recovery for T and One (thread with dl link will open automatically)
Recovery Instructions
- Download
- Unzip the folder somewhere (desktop is easy)
- Double click RecoveryFlasher.exe
- Choose 'flash recovery'
- Place your phone in debug mode >setting>applications>development>USB debugging
- Choose what you want to do
- Follow the prompts and hit "any" key when told
- Your phone will reboot into the recovery for you, and from there you can mount your sdcard and transfer a new ROM to flash. Or even easier, use the new "Flash ROM to phone" feature

FAQ
Can I use this with a different recovery?
-Yes. Any recovery can be used for the supported devices.
-To use an alternate recovery for the V or S, rename the new recovery to vrecovery.img and replace the 'vrecovery.img' included with the new one.
-For the Optimus One, the recovery needs to be named grecovery.img.
I don't understand the version numbers. Why did some numbers get skipped?
-First digit represents a huge change. Second represents new features. Third represents a bug fix
-2.3.1 = Second huge update with 3 feature revisions and one bug fix

If you are stock, install a custom recovery and root first and you'll be good. Or if you mean you want to flash a stock ROM, then yes you can.

I have downloaded the latest ROM and patch. When I reboot it just reverts tp the KPO Stock. I have the same kernel you show in your screenshots. Do you have to download the Madteam Kernel for it to boot. If so will my nanoid reinstall with the Stock kernel again or do I need to reinstall the Stock Kernel?
A lot of people have problem with installation. I don't know why. In facebook group we have person who wrote tutorial how to install:
Ok so heres a guide to how i inatalled the rom hope it helps,
1. Flash stock KPO firmware found here - http://www.hotfile.com/dl/163467092/cef6ba6/P1010XXKPO_P1010XEUKPO_XEU.zip.html using ODIN.
2. FLASH Madteam's KPI kernal found here - http://www.mediafire.com/?lc7sld3roo3in2c using ODIN.
3. Boot into recovery by pressing VOL+ & POWER buttons, then wipe data/factory reset, then wipe cache partition and then wipe dalvik cache.
4. Whilst still in recovery Mount System, then flash rom + patch 1.5 and reboot.

Using the sbin way, as you did in 1.6patch.
Have you tryed the MTD way? I cant do it right now.
Rom looks awesome, i will tell you some feedback soon.
And to get wifi working i had to copy mi own kpi /etc/wifi folder.

WiFi working on 1.6 but you must install MadTeam kernel. This kernel must be in your rom before flashing final 6.

so after posting sneakpeaks, i present to you leaked Sony JellyBean Firmware 6.2.B.0.68 for the Xperia S (LT26i)... this firmware was ment for developer (brown) devices but i was able to get it to boot on production devices...

since this is an internal testing firmware, do not expect to see the same features on the official final release... some things could be added while others removed...

kernel provided here DOES NOT HAVE RECOVERY (RESOLVED: AFTER FLASHING THE ROM, FLASH THE ADVANCED STOCK KERNEL POSTED HERE)
baseband is recognized even Networks can be seen in Network search menu but the device doesnt connect to any GSM/HSDPA network
please report other things as and when you find them

unlocked bootloader
previously on stock .55 ICS ROM or roms based on that [since some components of THIS rom contain files from those firmwares]

any existing kernel with recovery
[ how to install ]
download the ROM and save it on SDCARD
reboot device into recovery (make sure that the /system partition is unmounted, i have noticed that in some kernels the /system partition remains mounted)
flash the ROMs update.zip (this will take some time)
thats it now reboot device
first boot will take a long time!!!

the stock firmware i have is signed with keys for developer (red) devices... even if u have the full FTF the bootloader on retail devices will not accept it...
hence unlock bootloader (if possible) and enjoy

As I got some PMs about kernel I compiled, I decided to create this thread. I will upload kernel for Stock ROM 4.18.401.4 base (only Old Layout), ARHD 33.1 4.18.401.4 base (Old Layout & New Layout), MaximusHD 21.3.0 (Old Layout & New Layout). I compiled kernel from HTC 4.18.401.4 crc source only with a few modifications (sweep2wake, doubletap2wake & fast charge and init.d support) - I used AOSP toolchain 4.6 -O2. It doesn't contain any other mods (like OC, UV etc.)
lyapota, maxwen, n3ocort3x, Xmister, faux123, Alex-V for their hard work and kernel sources (I just copy-pasted from them)
sweep2wake config:
Enable/Disable (1=enabled, 0=disabled, enabled by default)

1.) Download ZIP file and put to SD card
2.) Flash ZIP from recovery
For S-ON
1.) Download fastboot files.Create fastboot folder on your C:\ partition, so the path will be C:\fastboot. Extract 4 files from this zip to this folder. Download HTC Driver and install it (reboot PC after that).
2.) Put ZIP file to SD card and flash from recovery
3.) Reboot to bootloader
3.) Copy boot.img from ZIP file to the C:\fastboot folder.
4.) Open Command Prompt and type

Try to put the script from attachment to init.d folder (had to zip it) and reboot. Hard to believe it's not working, I am using it without problems.
I didnt see that it is disabled by default, my bad. It is working fine now !

First flash *.zip from recovery to install modules. Then flash boot.img with fastboot.
