[Q] Camera problem. Red pixels while no light. - Sony Xperia ZL

Hi. 2 days ago i bought new devise Sony Xperia ZL. I almost happy by this device but i found 1 problem: when sensor see no light (full covered by something opaque), camera see red noise. This noise appears on frontal camera and main camera also. I know, problem like this sometimes appears on th HTC One devices.
Is this problem very serious? Is it hardware problem or software bug? Whether I should exchange this device on another one while i can do it?

Red noise. When i trying to make photo with it, camera changing color of noise to white(in the moment of making snapshot). Looks like it is hardware problem but Sony knows it and tried to hide it by changing color of noise.

[Q] Xperia Arc s Camera and Loudspeaker problem

Hi community,
Since there was a ... car accident, my xperia arc s phone was damaged badly, firstly the whole display got was broken ive found a display and fixed it, but then i realized that there were two other problems with the phone one was broken lens of the camera and the loudspeaker problem which buzzes at higher volume rates
I tried to tell the camera experts but theyve told that the phone camera lens can't or though they cant replace the lens itself, and loudspeaker i didnt try to get it fixed yet
So i dont know what to do now ((
Ur speaker wont be that much of an issue. U can get it repaired but finding a new camera lens? Thats gonna be a problem. U can ask Sony abt it but they will charge a lot for it.

1. Maybe try warranty repair or get a replacement, that is defect.
2. Red sensor is normal, that is proximity sensor.

[Q] Appearing and disappearing white pixel?

Hey guys, today I noticed something weird on the left-est (if that's even a word) panel of my HOX. When i click on bottom half of the screen, a white pixel appears and stays there until i touch the screen again and sometimes the white pixel just flashes! This only happens on the 1st panel (from the left) and I don't know if it's just a glitch or a hardware problem. The thing is, this is my second HOX (I had another one for 1 week before replacing it (it had a small black circle-y spot) ) and I had it for more than 2 weeks and the returns policy of the store I bought it from says that they can't replace it if it's more than 2 weeks old. Any ideas if it's hardware or software related, or even ways to check so?
UPDATE:
I think you'd want to know that I have an HT23 model
I had a similar problem with a bright red pixel at the left of the center of the screen. It usually appeared when I am not touching the screen and disappears when I do. After the screen got a yellow tint that appeared next to the volume up button which got worse the hotter the phone got, I took it to the shop and they replaced the "touch, battery and speaker". Touch pretty much means screen as well, I have no idea why they changed the other 2.
It's definitely a hardware problem since I had a similar issue with a stock phone. Btw the yellow tint appeared after 5-6 months, the red pixel was there pretty much from the beginning.

So should I go and ask/demand for a replacement? It doesn't bother me, I don't even use that panel at all, what annoys me is the fact that this is the second HOX I've had and it also has a problem!
It's a hardware fault go and demand for a replacing (HT26+/SH26+).And, if someone later on (in this thread or else ware) suggest to use a software to fix it. Don't bother with it.
I have HT25 with yellow tint showing from time to time. It's annoying me, and still I didn't get the chance to give to to HTC care.

Okay, I will, thank you.
EDIT:
But, if they tell me that my returning period has passed, what will I tell them?

Red dots in pictures

Hello everyone,
I just noticed a strange thing with my phone... Actually, this is my 2nd Xperia S, the first one I sent back because of the same "defect".
With my previous Xperia S, in some pics (at darker places) red dots appear in the image file (at the phone screen too, but is too small to notice). So, when I was looking into it at my PC, the red dots became visible. Always at the same place... Well, my phone was having trouble with wifi (dropping from time to time) so I decided to ask for a new one at the shop where I bought it. They gave me a new one.
The new one was OK I guess, but yesterday I noticed the same thing! But in different places from the previous one.
They occur frequently with higher ISO (for low light scenes)
Download the attached file and see what I'm talking about.
And please, try to increase your camera ISO too and take a pic at a dark place. Then analyze into your PC.
Hardware problem? I always keep my lens clean.
Mine does too in low light situations. The camera of our phone sucks in lowlight situations.

Camera issues

Any other verizon Htc ones having the purple/red low light issues? I just received mine yesterday and after about 10 seconds in the camera it will start to turn red or purple in low light. The first shot is usually ok but after that it gets really bad. Is there a consensus this is a hardware issue and not software related?

Is it the screen itself (while in the camera viewer) that's turning purple / red? And are we talking low enough light where it requires the flash? I'm curious if the shots you're taking while it's doing this are flashing or not - and the ones that are really bad, what's bad about them? Not focusing on anything?
I know exactly what you're talking about and it happens to me too. I found that changing the ISO to 100 alleviates the issue a bit, but its still there. I found a HUGE thread on this a week ago:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=42400071
It seems it definitely gets worse when the phone is hot. I noticed this problem REALLY bad when I was trying to take pics while the phone was charging. It seemed to be better the next day though. I will try it again tonight.
My dad actually got an HTC One today as well so it was perfect to compare the camera. His camera doesn't seem to have the same problem ours do. I took pictures in similar lighting and his didn't depict any of the red/blue tint that I would get sometimes . Kinda bummed out. I'm afraid of returning it and then getting one that is even worse or getting dead pixels. Not to mention that you can no longer root/unlock at this point. Using flash will always fix the issue, but I don't think I want to resort to that.
No idea what to do.
Here is a picture to give you an idea how bad it is. When the flash is on it doesn't look like that but it's really out of focus. Even when I turn the iso to 100 it still looks the same. I to am worried about replacing it and getting one with worse issues. I'm thinking about going the moto x route with all the issues these phones seem to have.

I would imagine those scenarios are a small percentage of the time right? I'm not saying they're not noteworthy, but don't go with the Moto X just on camera alone. I tried out a Droid Maxx and the One's camera runs circles around it. That said, my one complaint with the One is that it can't handle situation's like you're describing - the uber-low-light scenarios that really need a flash. The problem is it doesn't light up the flash when it's trying to focus, and therefore can't focus because it can't see anything to focus on, and the flash shots will, a lot of times, end up blurry. The non-flash shots are pointless in that low amount of light, purple/reddish hue or not. .
