XDA IIi. Will not reboot, getting stuck in Align Screen.

I tried to Hard Reset my XDA IIi as one day right half of the screen was not responding to stylus. Now major problem as it is stuck on Align screen. Tried many times to hard reboot it but the same problem. Then I drained both batteries but the problem is there. Now I tried starting it up while pressing at the same time power button, action button and soft reset button. I am getting a dimmed screen which says Serial and at the bottom v1.01 nothingelse.
It synchronises with my PC and I can see the files are there but no idea as to why it will not start. HELP :shock:

Well yes. I removed the battery for 15 hours and when i placed back the fully charged battery it started ok and its been working ok for for 24 hours.
Try not to leave too many programs running.

i tried before to detach the battery for a few hours so as to drain the backup battery. it didn't work for me. shall post again if it works for me if i leave it longer...
i reloaded 1.11.162 and 1.11.172 rom rom o2 and also the o2-stripped version with 1.04 radio, respectively, but none worked...

[Q] Phone module off, touchscreen freezing, help!

I have a big problem out of nowhere. The phone worked ok for more than y6 mths, while i haven't change the ROM. I found it blocked, not answering to any command, touchscreen or button. Soft reset it (red back-button) and it started but phone module was off, airplane mode on. I tried several times to switch them (phone, on, or airplane off) but unsuccessfull. Morover the touch screen is not getting any command but still the buttons work (phome, home, volume, midbutton). I hardSPL (OlixNet) and then installed a fresh rom (energy). the phone problem persists toghether with the screen problem which is appearing even immediatelly after starting up, or after 10 mins, varies. I also tried to disable the Sense, but same result.
ANother thing i have observed is that the battery drains very fast and the back low part of the device is getting warm after trying to use and few restarts..
I will try to give it an HTC rom to see if something's changeing.
Any of you had such issues with it? what should i do?

I could be also a cracked touchscreen in an early stage with a small crack, which happened to me.

i too have the same screen problem,i tried changing various rom's still the problem persists.After new rom installation screen calibration needs to b done a number of times to finally start the mobile with home screen.
And then problem appears immediatelly after starting up, or after 10 mins. Touch doesn't respond correctly to my command instead it reads some other commands and finally gets stuck while other harware keeps working perfectly.
so, anybody could short out dis problem.......it seem to b a common problem to many people who keep changing there rom's frequently

[HELP, URGENT!] Touchscreen not working and some other problems

Hey Guys,
I'm in a real problematic state currently.
The mobile was working perfectly until recently when the screen went dim and touch didn't work. Then it powered off it self, after restarting the touch worked for a few seconds and died away.
The mobile takes about 5-7 minutes to get to Quietly Brilliant and about 10 minutes from there to lockscreen. Over here the touch doesn't work at all, last night after restarting(by taking out the battery) about 7 times the touch did work for few moments(enough for me to get to my contacts app). I allowed the mobile to rest for the night and started working on it in the morning again. Since Morning I am unable to get the touch work. I did the Hard reset and failed, Restarted again and got "Sorry!Process system is not responding Error". I went into recovery mode and saw a mobile along with exclamation mark in a triangle at its corner on my screen.
I hard reset it again and I was welcomed to Set up screen after unlocking the lock screen. The touch does work over here until I reach to "Internet Connection" area. I've tried this four times and it gets stuck over here. Once it did proceed to Sync Data and died there
Any type of help shall be appreciated, just to win your sympathy. Allow me to tell you that I am a teen and Have already lost two mobiles(Galaxy S and Neo V) and can't afford to loose another one.
EDIT: The touch is now working but the RESPONSE IS VERY VERY Late i.e at least 6 minutes after tap sometimes it takes up to 10-15 minutes.

guys connect your phone through USB cable to your pc or laptop and install the stock HTC RUU 2.2 froyo ROM... hopefully it will solve the problem...

Touch screen freezes on my LG G3

Hi all!
I have a 2.5 years old LG G3 black and since Saturday the touch screen doesn't work very well.
When I unlock the phone the touch screen works fine a few seconds (2-5) but then suddenly it doesn't response to my touches, no touch feedback at all. It seems like it freezes... But the rotation and volume settings by the hardware buttons work fine all the time, even if the touch doesn't react .
I did factory reset and brought it to the repair service, they told it's the display and replaced the whole front part of my phone, but after couple of hours using it, the problem appeared again... No idea why, maybe it's a software problem and a reset to kitkat or an older version would help, but I haven't done any software update for a long time, so I don't think it has been caused by an unstable update or similar...
Using Android 6.0 the official one, no ROM.
Do you guys have any idea ?

Unresponsive touch screen

Hi there, first of all I've seen some other threads which kind of have the same problem but not quite. So here is my problem my touch screen isn't responding most of the time, it started happening like a week ago when it froze while trying to send a picture in messenger, after 1-2 reboots it started working again but after that the same thing happened while I was typing in messenger, so I thought it might be software problem and made hard reset and installed new stock android(that didn't help). The last couple of days most of the time it's not working and I'm using it with a mouse, but there are periods when it works for some time. I've entered the hidden menu(without updating the touch firmware because I saw that it might kill it for good) to try and test it and had 2 different results
- The touch screen firmware version on my phone is -1
- And the one from the photos that I've attached(obviously during this one it actually worked for a couple of minutes)
Something else I've noticed while the touch isn't working when I turn off the screen from the power button first it dims the light for 2 seconds before really turning off.
Other things that I've tried are changing kernel, opening the back of the phone and reconnecting the screen to the motherboard(which helped the first time and it worked for 1 day or so but doesn't help since then) .
There is one more strange thing for some time now may be 3-4 months the phone has problems connecting to WiFi)
And one last thing after the screen problem the phone started booting quite slow some times and showing "Process System Not Responding'"
The phone is running on Stock V30b MM and hasn't been dropped for a long time
The problem is that I don't know is it software problem, screen problem or motherboard so any Ideas will be appreciated.
