Try this:
1- On your device go to Menu... System Settings... More...About device/
2- Tap 5 times on "build number" to enable "Developer option"
3- Goes back to /more /tap on Developer option
4- Enable "USB Debug Mode"

Worked and thankyou

kk, where do i go to get the t-mobile base rom? cause i saw one that was on the forums and it had some kind of bad reviews from other member of XDA
Get it via sammobile.com and flash using odin. You lose your recovery though.

You can get it from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=33115777... Use ODIN to flash either the pre-rooted firmware or stock firmware either one will work...remember flashing either one will replace your recovery with a stock recovery...so after you unlock your phone you will have to reflash custom recovery.

also when i open my titanium back up it says that " your system settings may cause problems. To correct this, go to your phone's Settings, then in "Applications" then "Development" and tick the "USB" debugging" check box."
You can ignore that.
Wipe the data of syscope.
You can search ketan's guide to change system status back to normal in general forum.
