[ROM][d802] Recovery Flashable d802 STOCK 80220C Open EUR (root+recovery) - G2 Android Development (D802)

Massive number of changes from 80220B... but what they all are is currently unknown in practice. Build date March 25th.
Made this from the new 80220C OPEN EUR kdz. This is a known 16GB version, feedback shows it works on 32GB devices, Works well, no Bloat, no carrier logos or splashscreens. I'm on SIM Free UK version, for interest. But this will work on any European d802. 4G is fine.
This is the complete LG KK 20C ROM - nothing missing or messed with.
If you follow the method below exactly, no Audio glitches, no Touchscreen problems.
You can flash SuperSU and get root if you wish - your choice.
I provide this assuming you have an understanding of the terminology used below and appreciate that any flashing activity has some risk.
I strongly advise against using any form of restore from previous backups, such as TB or Nandroid.
Once the process is complete, custom recovery will be lost.
Method:
Download both the ROM zip file linked below and SuperSU zip file (if you want root) and copy to your SD card.
You need to be already on Rooted JB or PURE CM11 with either TWRP 2.6.3.3 or 2.6.3.4 (nothing else).
Reboot to TWRP recovery
Wipe: System, Data, Cache. Dalvik (nothing else)
Flash the ROM zip - ignore any "FAIL" warnings.
Wipe Cache and Dalvik (nothing else)
Go to the Mount page in TWRP and select System (leave the other defaults alone)
Flash the SuperSU zip - ignore any "FAIL" warnings
Reboot
Done
If you want to install TWRP recovery after this see here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2715496

ColorOS baseband/modem/logo package

I'll add more detail later, but this contains JUST the baseband/modem/logo items from the 5/14 ColorOS release.
http://d-h.st/bOA
You will need the updated TWRP linked from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=53065486&postcount=84 to flash this - I'm working on getting official TWRP updated to be compatible with stock firmware images but for now, TWRP won't flash stock ZIPs and I chose to use the same asserts as stock here.

In my house, i have earlier bad signal...
Or i m dumb, and i have placebo effect...but it seems better on ColorOS 2.0i
Edit /
i add an archive with bat command and usb driver for easy flash for beta TWRP
http://download.lesscro.com/Oppo Find 7a/TWRP 2.7.x.x/
Edit 2/
i enciounter an extra huge mega battery drain issue since flash but quaity signal is better...
Dilema !!
i'm running team gummy on my device at the moment. having a problem with the sim card shutting off my device. going to get a new sim card tomorrow. i was also thinking about flashing this while i was at it (for the modem), in hopes of getting this situation cleared up.
would it be safe for me to flash this package even though i'm not running color OS?
thanks, @Entropy512
Here is the newest firmware (modem, etc) from the latest ColorOS 1.2.3i (file compiles dated June 27th from within the files):

Edit: This (I believe) is for both the Find7a and Find7 - I am now currently running this on my Find7a

I missed seeing this question earlier, but this package is actually specifically intended for people to be able to change their basebands without flashing ColorOS.

Guys, if I flash the full ColorOS 2.0 package and decide to go back to 1.2.3i, can I simply restore my Nandroid and then flash the 1,2,3i radio? Or do I have to start fresh and flash the full 1.2.3i package?

Should be able to just nandroid and restore the 1.2.3i radio. The 2.0.0 radio might work OK with 1.2.3, not sure

Official TWRP from their website should work fine now (the XDA thread is outdated, but I'm fairly certain http://teamw.in/project/twrp2 is up to date). Any recovery that fails at this point is outdated and needs updating.

As it turns out, the 2.0 radio is the same (Q_V1_P12), so there was no problem. But I was getting a lot of FC with 2.0, so after checking out AOSB and Omni, I'm back on 1.2.3i, no worse for wear.

Sorry for asking. But how to install this? Flash in recovery?
Does the 1.2.4i update have a new baseband? (http://www.oppoforums.com/threads/find-7a-find-7-stable-coloros-v1-2-4i.18539/)
And when is the TWRP being updated Entropy512 (you submitted a patch right to flash these files?).

Only custom roms have OTA available with TWRP installed.

Oxygen Os fails to install the OTA when detected root ot any changes to system patrition, thus you have to wait for the full zip and dirty flash over the existing. Fairly simple.
I can still do a nandroid backup and restore stock OxygenOS, correct?

You can clean flash. It is a full zip. I have restricted access to it now as I don't see anyone getting the OTA. So, it might be a mistake build. Lol.

[Rom][KIW-L24] Stock B331 + Stock.Rooted.Nova.MM.R1

Alright... here's my Stock rooted version of the latest KIW-L24 B331 - Android 6.0.1 EMUI 4.0 Update
Nothing too fancy just the normal tweaks
everything you expect in a stock, slightly debloated, rooted Rom
To install use the latest TWRP and a normal factory reset is recommended before you flash
This rom contains the /cust directory for US phones it's not recommended to use on anything but the KIW-L24 Updated to B331 anything else will most likely fail to boot
I tested it for 2 days and it's pretty stable no problems here...

Running pretty smooth and have my apps updated. I'm getting an occasional error in the play store just like the B551 deodexed ROM you released.
Dear @clsA,
Actually I'm pretty noob here...
I was thinking if could flash any stock marshmallow on my KII-L21 namely HUAWEI GR5 as you mentioned in your post that the TWRP backup is only for KIW-L24 :/
Can we flash any USA variants MM by any chance?
Any problems running Xposed on MM?

So I just wanted to confirm that I am doing this right...
If I have the B331 stock rom installed and just flashed the latest TWRP, my install steps would be...
1. Log into TWRP
2. Use the normal "wipe" dialog in TWRP.
3. Install stock.rooted.nova.B331.r1.zip.
4. Reboot.
The reason I ask is because I followed those steps and my device was stuck on the "honor" boot screen for almost an hour. I just want to make sure I am doing it right. Thanks!

Yes, download https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347821137
NOTE, if you click on "UVUBOH1" and not the androidfilehost link in the FW thread, it links you to the wrong FW and you'll flash UVUBNC1! Make sure you click the androidfilehost link underneath UVUB0H1.
Then flash it with odin.
Afterwards let it reboot and upgrade, then odin TWRP back and either restore a nandroid or flash the rom of your choosing
Oh also, if you're still on 4.1 and on a touchwiz rom, you may want to factory unlock it before you upgrade.. Just because you can. Follow the unlock thread on here

Was quite a bit of trouble at first . I managed to download and flash the software. flashed TWRP via odin.
Then through TWRP, I rooted by using the Knox remover zip (as i was on official 4.3, my service signal did shoot up to normal again!). Installed SuperSU.
Now when I try to flash any ROM via TWRP it gives errors such as "Status 7", or error reading MD5 when I try to backup software.

Make sure twrp is up to date for d2tmo, and make sure the rom you are flashing is 4.3 or later. I'm pretty sure that once you're on the latest 4.3 rom you can't flash anything lower

That's strange, I'm using 3.0.2.0 and the latest 999L baseband and I haven't had any issues with flashing.
I'm Using the MM pac rom but I've tried CM14.1 nightly builds with no problem

I have finally managed to figure it out. You need to completely format the entire ROM currently installed from your phone. Once that is done, you can add any ROM to install properly. I'm running well on OctOS-N 3/17/2017 build.
Thanks all for your help.

Well there's no MM based SPFT file, so all you have to do is either flash stock kk/LP using SPFT or if you've twrp installed, boot into TWRP again and wipe everything except SD, flash the MOB31E full stock Rom zip. Link : MOB31E OTA's and flashable zips thread

Hello, please help
The device is canvas a1 and it is fully updated till the last update via OTAs only. I performed factory reset on it. It is now stuck on setup wizard. Not able to skip from there.
I wanted to flash it again.
So, can you please tell if it is OK to flash KK or LP flash files?
(I am asking this because, its BL might have got upgraded in OTA updates and it could be dangerous to downgrade to lower versions by flashing.)

Remove your battery and insert it again, put the device into bootloader mode and unlock it, then you can fastboot the twrp and good to go.

Nothing to worry. Once you get twrp, just clean flash stock lollipop Rom. Don't use SPFT, you gonna brick your phone if something goes wrong wrong. I'll link you LP (flashable via twrp) Rom, tell me when you done.

Hi there
I have the same problem and my phone is stuck at the boot screen.
My phone does not allow me to enable USB debugging and I am really stuck with being able to install TWRP and flash the stock ROM.
I'm incredibly confused and am unsure what I am doing. Attached is a screenshot of the CMD box.
Help and simple instructions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
