Is there a custom Paranoid ROM that would work on Archos 45 Platinum device?? Or could anyone port that rom for my device??
I've been looking for custom roms for my device but it seems that there arent any I really like CM and PA rom, but i couldn't find any for my device
Ah, yeah the Platibun 45. Would be nice...
We won't support that directly. You need to find a developer with the device willing to port it. If there is cm available then PA would be easy to run on it

What would make you to decide to port it ?
I looked a bit to begin myself, but I really don't have time to launch myself into a project like that for now.
Im using Samsung gt s7562 with kyleopen room. But i want to find one more room to explore my phone, which would be the best ROM for my phone
I assume you've already tried the basics AOSP and Cyanogenmod. But have you seen the CodefireX project?

is someone able to create an AOSP (KitKat 4.4) ROM for our Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini? It would be great if we have a "vanilla" Android version for our Smartphone and this can be used as base for other ROMs. Would be great if someone could build it

Most ROM are based on AOSP or CM (which CM is based on AOSP) :/
And if you want a minimum ROM, there's few ROMs are even less 'bloat' and more 'vanilla' than AOSP itself.
I think he meant that he wanted an actual aosp rom, not just an aosp based rom. While we don't have a pure "aosp" rom for our phones, cyanogenmod is pretty close, slimkat is also pretty bare if you're into that. I'm sure a lot of people could port it, it just remains to be seen if any developer is interested enough to actually do it.
Yes a pure AOSP ROM would be great. The whole ROMs which are aviable for our device are based on AOSP so I think it wouldn't be so difficult to build one from AOSP isn't it?

Slim kat is equal to Slim ROM? In that case there is already a port to the S4 mini in the developer section of this forum
Is it possible to build 4.4.4 for the m8 from aosp, without basing off the code from a custom rom like cm11 or PA?

What device is it?
Basically you need to find others with your device to see what roms are available for it. A rom is not dependent on a kernel... A rom requires a kernel, but custom roms almost ALWAYS include a kernel that works with it.
You won't find much help in this Paranoid Android forum. We don't officially support anything but Nexus, oppo, and OnePlus
