Hi im having a problem where I can't receive calls or make calls on my gpro. I'm on CM 11 M6 build. The phone doesn't even register missed calls so I'm at loss here. Its not a sim issue or anything like that cause texts work fine. Im thinking of downgrading to CM 10.2 if can't fix this. Any help is appreciated. Also I have another gpro that is having the same issue on CM 11 M5 build.

I'm running CM10.0 (Stable) as I have downgraded from nightlies. I was having the exact same issue on the nightlies and now I am having the issue with stable.
My problem is that when I am on a call (inbound/outbound/wifi/3g/4g) I can hear callers fine but intermittently they can't hear me. I tried switching the case but that didn't solve the problem.
Has anybody had any similar issues on their S3? If so, is there a fix for this?
I had this happen on and off with 10.0 and 10.1 nightlies. The best fix I found? Reboot it every morning. Fixed almost all of those issues. Although, I did have 10.1 do it to me anyway, back before it was DD material.
Did you do a clean install when "downgrading?"
That could be the problem?
A lot of people don't (including me) because they don't want to lose their data/phone numbers.
The problem could be following you from the broken nightly.

Phone rings ... but person calling can't hear me and I can't hear them.
Outgoing calls ... their phone rings(my phone just says dialing but no ringing), they can't hear me ... I can't hear them.
The tried CM10, same problem.
restored back to by factory 4.1.2 version and it all works again.
I've seen one other person in this forum reporting the same issue but on the Optimus G (not the E980).
Is this a common issue? Is there a quick fix?

I had the same issue on CM11 , moved to CM10.2 which worked well.. Any fix ?
Moving to CM 10.2 I had the same problem.
One thing I thought of, which I'm not sure if it could be a cause is I am not using ATT as the provider anymore which this phone was only released in US as ATT. I'm now using T-Mobile with the E980 ... could that have anything to do with it?
I recently decided to install CM on my Galaxy Tab S 8.4 LTE. The first build that I flashed was the cm-12.1-20150411-UNOFFICIAL-klimtlte. Really love the ROM. Everything went smooth but the mic did not work ( same for everyone who used this build). But I can still call or receive calls in this build but only for a few days and after that I can no longer receive or make any calls. Any help? Thanks in advance.
Edit - Not sure how but suddenly my phone is starting to receive calls. The mic dont work during calls only.
I installed CM12.1 on my d851 and I cannot disconnect calls. I tap the red button to hang up and the phone app hangs on "hanging up" but does not actually disconnect. Has anyone successfully gotten the CM12.1 dialer to work on the T-Mobile G3?
I have the same issue when I install other custom roms based on CM.
Any help would be appreciated.

Having the same issue as well 2 i605 on cm 12.1 just switched from rip off VZW to T-Mobile and this bug started. Phones worked fine on Verizon... Can someone please get this fixed?
i don't have a solution for cm12.1 but maybe if i share the (quick) solution that was used in cm11, some smart person here can figure it out--hopefully, once and for all.
in cm11, all you had to do was add a single character to a field in build.prop, which was something like:
ro.telephony.ril.v3=newDriverCall
to get:
ro.telephony.ril.v3=newDriverCallU
in cm12.1, the rom is presumably already shipped with the correct settings:
ro.telephony.ril.config=newDriverCallU,newDialCode
but does not work (for those of us using sph-720, especially). someone who understands android can maybe port the old (and simple) fix to the new one(?)
also, i appreciate the work guys do to get us these builds, but it'd be nice not to reintroduce big issues like these as it basically forces a potential user not use the rom, which then wastes the hard work of porting it to a particular device in the first place. i can live without data since i use wifi heavily, but not being able to receive calls is a no-no.

All works fine. But when i connect the phone with my fm-bluetooth-transmitter in my car and made calls or received calls, i'd a scratching noise in my carspeakers. I can't understand anything from the call.
Now my question: Is there anybody, who use a rom that works with any fm-bluetooth-car-transmitter?

Now i use a ported samsung-rom until LOS is getting a fix for the issue.
Lineage 16+ works for making calls

I was going to try 17, but the Gapps aren't up to date yet as of 3 days ago. But Lineage OS 16 lets you connect and make calls without the scratchy noise, but for music it says your device is locked. I am in the process of trying to figure out if it is the privacy guard or what.
