Download the stock rom for your model on the asus website.
Extract it using 7zip.
You will see a compressed folder named ifwi.
Extract it with 7zip
Your dnx files will be in there.

Hi everybody,
i have a serious problem with an asus fonepad 7 me371mg model (k004) , basically after trying to flash a custom rom i bricked the phone and now i don't know how to take it back to life , as it is stuck un the usb logo.. no recovery , no droidboot.

if someone have the same phone please help me to rebuild it from scratch:crying:
i think the internal partition table is damaged so it needs to be rebuilt.
i have a copy of the stock rom downloaded from the asus website but it's a zip file containing a .Raw file, i would like to extract the boot.img droidboot.img splash.bin system.bin and so on... unfortunately i don't know how to extract those files from the raw file.
Any information will be welcome cause i really don't know where to start from.
the device can only be detected as medfield devices bot i don't have the necessary files to flash the phone with xfstk or similar programs.

if your k004 stay at "no usb cable connected!" here is the solution
search and download this file "ME371MG_all_TW_user_V3.2.3-2.raw"
put it into sd card and insert it to k004
turn your k004 off
push "volume+" and "power" together > show "ASUS logo" STILL PUSH> show "no usb cable connected!" > release both button
push "volume+" and "volume-" together > show "DROIDBOOT" > select "SD DOWNLOAD"
choice the file "ME371MG_all_TW_user_V3.2.3-2.raw" > pray
wait till it done~
good luck

[HELP] I need a copy of the cust folder from the root of the device

Hello guys,
I have a lot of problems with my cust partition and as moving the files from the cust partition to another phone works, I need the files of the cust partition from someone on any global MIUI 9 based on android 8.1.0 (REDMI NOTE 5 PRO / 5 GLOBAL)
Please upload it to something and share it
It will save my device and fix the problems
Guide:
1. Boot to twrp
2. go to the file explorer of twrp
3. go to the root of the device
4. go to the cust folder and copy everything from there to your internal storage and move it to your PC via MTP
5. add the files to a zip file and upload it
Thanks and have a good day!
Just flash cust.img via fastboot. You can get it on any fastboot rom

Sincere Request for help Installing / Flashing Custom Rom Android Pixel Experience on LG G4 H815 smartphone.

Hello, I am asking you very sincerely for your support. I need your help with Installing/Flashing Smartphone LG G4 H815 - via Recovery TWRP - Pixel Experience Custom Rom.

Ok I see Dear @phhusson - is currently unavailable. Ladies and gentlemen, please help me. I need to know what to do if I get a message saying that Recovery TWRP cannot successfully install/flash - Zip Packages.

Hello friend, I am very sorry for Spam. I need help can you help me? I have a situation that when I try to flash a zip package with the extension img.xz - Loader built into TWRP Recovery - in LG G4 H815 - does not want to load this zip package correctly - claiming that it cannot recognize this Android image - which is in the zip package . I understand that I am dealing with an Android image that is compressed from the standard img format to the img.xz format. My Loader in TWRP Recovery fails to detect the img.xz image format.
I need to know the name of the application / tool for image decompression img.xz - xz extension - this is the format that says about using Android image compression - do I understand correctly? If at the moment the Loader built into Recovery TWRP is not reading my image file img.xz from Android - what should I do in this situation?
I think you should think about Decompressing the img.xz image - because I got information from a friend - that if by some miracle the Loader built into TWRP Recovery - would correctly detect the img.xz image - from Android - i.e. a compressed image, then after installing this image on the disk - maybe brick the phone. Because in this situation the Loader would drop a compressed version of the Android image, which would mean an unexpected error. Fortunately in this TWRP Recovery - there is a built-in system - security - which stops flashing / installing the zip package - when the Android image is compressed.
I am asking for your help and support for me.

Can you tell me if there are img images from Pixel Experience available for download - which are not compressed to xz format?
Is an android image in standard img.
I am looking for a Pixel Experience image that is not compressed in the standard img format - because the Loader in TWRP Recovery does not detect compressed Android images - which are packed in a zip package.
