Not 100% sure but looks like you flashed with reactivation lock on... Only way I know is to flash original stock rom but you may have flashed the new Kitkat bootloader.
You will need the Kitkat rom for your region to fix...

Mate, flash stock JB... Don't throw a new OS into the mix... It's easier if you use what you have 1st, fix it, then upgrade...

Ok bro i will try ...
Thanks for your help

Sounds like you tried to flash a KK rom with out flashing the KK bootloader.

Dear friend ... Seems your skilled about this tablet ... So maybe you can help me with my problem :
I were having problem with my nand memory so I managed to flash a ROM with having the " Wipe NAND all " ticked in Odin and after that I found that the phone wont boot so I thought it might be from the bootloader and updated the bootloader to KK and now I can't get my tablet to even boot android and also I can't mount /data ... is there any solution for me ? ... is there any way to get that JB firmware flashed on my tab ? ... is there any way to even boot the android to pick my files ? ... thanks in advance ...

Your problem is that you have flashed Xkat ROm without first flashing a stock 4.4.2 as clearly mentioned in the installation instructions of the ROM.
I think that now you have to try to flash A Stock 4.4.2 with Odin to get your tablet working again.

Well ...

Did you mean 4.1.2 or were you running a custom ROM as there is no official 4.2.1 for the i747? How did you download and flash the 4.3 ROM?
Can you try booting into recovery and doing a hard wipe/reset from there? If this doesn't solve it, then you may need to restore the system image via custom recovery.

You updated to 4.3 by going over the air or via Odin?

The 623mb file sounds like the stock image for (official) OTA updates. Most likely it was downloaded and flashed as a zip via recovery. I'm not quite sure it works that way.
Salahddine, since you can get into download and recovery modes, your best option now may be to do a complete stock restore via custom recovery. See the thread below for instructions. You may need to first flash custom recovery although I'd guess you probably have custom recovery installed already.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2658486
Download the relevant file posted in the link to your phone's internal SD card or to an external micro SDHC card and place in your phone. Boot into recovery mode and flash the zip. Hopefully, this should fix it.

Sorry, my initial assessment was wrong. The 623MB zip you flashed was not the OTA file but the stock ROM which should have been flashed along with the modem and kernel zips at the same time. The reason for the initial failure was likely because you did not flash the kernel (and modem) zips. Glad to know it's working fine now.

[Q] Why cant I install 4.2.2 ROM's

Hi, I am a rooted Samsung Galaxy Duos i9082, with a Paranoid 4.4.4 Kitkat Rom. Now recently i tried to go back to stock but was unsuccessful. I tried to install the CM10.1 Based MIUI we have for our phones, But was unsuccessful again. What the problem is that when i try to boot after flashing a 4.2.2 ROM .. It's stuck on the Samsung Galaxy Logo and wont go further even after 30 minutes. Later that day i tried reinstalling Paranoid 4.4.4 kitkat ROM and it boot up in a Jiffy. If anyone can provide me with a solution I would be really grateful. I really wanna use the Stock rom again !

Its a Bootloader issue. Kitkat rom needs 4.2.2 bootloader while cm 10.1 or miui based on it requires 4.1.2 bootloader. This means you need 4.1.2 stock rom on phone before you install cm 10.1 miui rom
Thats why cm10.1 based miui is not booting up while Kitkat based roms are booting fine.
Developer of touchwiz revolution has stated that rom boots on 4.2.2 or 4.4.2 based rom
Have u tried wiping data, cache?
If yes and rom still doesn't boot. Then I suggest you to flash stock firmware though Odin. Let it boot again. And then install the recovery again via odin
Odin v3.04 is recommended.
Now you have a rooted phone and Kitkat based rom then while flashing touchwiz revolution 4.2.2
I will suggest you to format /system, /data, /cache through the recovery Then flash the TW revorevolution 4.2.2 rom.

My GT-N7100 is getting me a heart attack !!

Well i'm totally lost and depressed because i think i ruined my phone , i tried to flash a custom kernel on my GT-N7100 that didn't go well , first it was stuck on "Downloading don't turn off !! " and then i tried to fix it through resetting factory settings and still the same !!! , after that with absolute dumbness i ruined my recovery mode selecting custom recovery in bootloader option in odin , and now i don't know what to do , even tried to install other custom recoveries but nothing worked , So please could anyone help me , and i also want to know , that if i installed an official firmware through download mode which is still working would that fix anything ?? .
PLEASE I NEED IMMEDIATE HELP :crying::crying:
Were you running a stock or custom ROM before flashing the kernel? What version?
Flash via Odin a stock ROM. Preferably the same version. Pick the stock ROM from Sammobile that suits your phone.
After that you will need to re-root your phone again

Thaaaaaaaanks for responding , i actually installed the old fashion kitkat through download mode which i'm very thankful that it was still working , and after i flashed it , it came to my mind that my phone is formatted no data to lose , why not go ahead and try to install custom roms ; I love to learn always , and i managed to install CM ,
But here is another question that is not another puzzle in the way . Back then when i ruined my phone i was trying to flash AGNI kernel , i 've red about it and how it's cool for anyone , now i'd like to flash it on CM , but the catch is : I won't eat from the same plate twice , and also i noticed that CM using it's own kernel which is responsible for it's own resources , hence i'd like to know does flashing this "Agni Kernel " on CM this time causes the same trouble .
I have to versions of this kernel 1- PSN_pureCM_11_12+_smdk4x12_ANYROM-AROMA-v4.5.1_N7100_OC
2 - PSN_AGNi_pureSTOCK-v4.4.5_N7100_4.4.x_AROMA
My android GT-N7100
And thanks .
