Is it the same https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.co.shenye.android.inputmethod.latin ?
This require a lib file,the one at play store is standalone apk,so answer is no.
But they work the same.

I am just sharing his work.
Tested on wanam v7.0
This app will only work on the latest 4.2.2
