Can any one let me know how can I re install wifi drivers for s6812. Wifi is not working for me. i heard in wlan test mode we can reinstall the drivers.

if you using a stock rom
maybe you can try to flash it via odin with lastest one
if you use custom rom ,you should flash but with fresh,data is gone :/
or try make flashable that countain wifi in system

Uh hi I rooted my Xperia Play R800i yesterday to try out a new rom and I went with
"GBTweaked" the problem is my phone isn't picking up any reception,I can't get the Wi-Fi to work (not my main concern),and can access my recovery menu.I have tried multiple apps to open the recovery menu,but none of them work,I really need help!
By the way I'm not great with phones,but if you think I am missing something please say so as I really want my phone to work and I would like to change the ROM back to the stock rom :/

Well, what kernel do you use? If you use a custom one like Doomkernel you can try to reflash it. Maybe you can reinstall your CWM.

go to settings, xperia, Conectivity, Usb Connection mode, and set to MSC
then
go to Applications, Development, and enable USB debugging.
connect usb to phone

Hi everyone, yesterday i made a mistake, i was trying to flash the new android rom 4.2, and i can't did it, so i reboot my gnex in CWM by a mistaken i'd format my system, now i can't or i don't know how to install it again, i'd try to install another roms from sdcard but it doesn't work, i'd try to use nexus root toolkit but i don't know what options to try, even i tray odin but i can't see me gnex conected in a port (COM), can someone help me please! i dont know what to do and i love this cellphone.. oh! something else, i can go trough CWM recovery and Odin mode, in this last mode i cant see when the estatus is being verified (unlocked). thanks a lot.

well!. i install the system img again without any problem, so thanks anyway!! case closed!
After installing a custom ROM onto my xperia arc the wifi doesn't work.
my phone is rooted and I installed custom rom xperia Ultimate HD
the bootloader is not unlocked
the phone is fully working except for wifi
this is the answer of the developer of the rom:
Q 4: My WiFi doesn't work. What can I do?
A: Flash WiFi Modules for your Kernel. If you are on stock kernel, reflash stock WiFi Modules. If that, doesn't work, reflash the ROM and Check MD5 Sums.

but I don't understand what to do.
I have flashed a .ftf kernel file before using flashtool but when I search and download wifi modules I got some files, but no .ftf files, so I can't flash it using flashtool
when I try to switch on wifi it just gets stuck before is is switched on and it doesn't even scan.
is there anyone that could help me with this problem please?

It's included in the recommended kernel, or use X-Parts
Recommend Rush Kernel V10, it has CWM included allready.
Lupus 9 aswell as Radeon 3 also got it
just flash the kernel via flashtool in fastboot mode, enter cwm by holding volume button down and flash your desired wifi modules attached in each kernel thread

I guess you are still on locked bootloader. Follow the steps to flash Wifi Modules:
Follow the link X-Parts to install CWM from Playstore.
Download Stock Wifi Module(.zip file) and place it in SD card
Reboot your phone and boot into CWM by pressing volume rockers repeatedly during the boot
Select 'Install zip from SD card' and choose the Wifi module zip.
Select reboot to system and you are done!

So either reboot until wifi is fixed or use terminal emulator to fix the WiFi. More info in the LuPuS kernel topic.

I used twrp for flashing nokia x rom by dhacker29 without nav bar.
While calling mic was not working and also i no longer had root access.
Now i can't get into recovery mode and i no longer have root access please someone tell me how to regain root access

so firstly dont panic lol goto ur home in device and goto any browser and download "framaroot.apk" and just install it
after installing just click on install superSu and click on "gandalf" just reboot and u'll get access to root
other simple and easy way is..! just connect ur phone to ur pc (enable usb debugging)

just install through nokia pc suite then! (no other option)
if u want to live with this rom only where mic is the issue...!
u can fix the mic issue by doing this :-
1.plug in earphone(headphone)
2.open Fm app from menu
3.click the settings tab over fm just click on enable speaker and then just exit the app and remove earphone
now mic will be working uh can check
dont forget to hit thanks :S
cannot restore via ncs because volume down + power does not work

I had the same problem as you, I use toolkit for reflash re-install ClockworkMod Recovery v6.0.4.8 for Nokia X then I could reboot into Recovery Mode with toolkit is I re-install the nokia official X 1.1.2.2

Try Nokia X Toolkit
This will definitely work for you as it worked for me.
Highly recommend you to use Windows XP while doing any root/flash.
For any further issues please reply.
Also, install Flashify( for root users) and then flash cwm-6028

If you are on Windows 8/8.1, you probably have to disable driver signature verification. But that's a worst case scenario.
Drivers should install without it. Please provide screenshots, data, etc on your error.
and by the way, this thread is not for driver errors
Use Nokia X Manager as I faced the same problem. Download superuser.zip from dehacker's Rom page and put it in your sd card or internal memory. Use Nokia X Manager to install CWM and it will install 6028. Now reboot the phone in recovery and flash superuser.zip and your phone is rooted
Hi,
I have installed MIUI in my OP3 this morning, which was working fine. There was an OTA update, after installing it, device rebooted and entered into recovery mode and it was hanging there for more than an hour. Whrn I tried to reboot, it was off and never came up. Tried unbrick using MSM Download Tool and then I am able to get into boot loader screen. From there I have tried to flash TWRP, but if I reboot, I am getting this message only. Currently I have access to bootloader, if I flash TWRP and choose to boot from recovery (from pc), I have access to OTG also. But even after flashing a ROM, If I reboot, I am getting attached screen only.
I have access to TWRP, only when I chiose to reboot from All in one tool from PC.
Please help me.
you have to use method 2of unbrick not method1.it will flash whole stock rom , then reboot enable developer options etc then flash twrp recovery then go ahead.
Use Method 2. Make sure to follow all steps. Please do quote me otherwise i do not know if you need any further help.
You flashed oficial beta update on mui rom and you have a mess.
Download official OP 4.1.6 rom and try to flash it.
if its not fixed the try wipe everythng (system data ect) and then flash the rom

Hi,
I am following method 2 now. I have switched off the phone and connecting to laptop, as soon as I connect to laptop, it is getting into bootloop (without pressing any button). Phone is not detected in laptop.

I have tried to by wiping everything and tried to restore from OTG pendrive. Tried to flash Firmware + Modem, tried to flash different ROM. Nothing helped.
I am in travel now, having limited internet connectivity. I will reach home and then try to download official OP as you suggested.
I do not have data in phone, all the data is already copied to laptop.
