Stock Bell unrooted rom

I've searched for a good 15 minutes, I might have let it slip, but I'm really busy and I need to have this rom for tonight. This is a big time request.
I'm sending my cellphone for overheating problems because I'm still under warranty, and I can't find the Canadian rom for the SGS3(BELL). I have the stock + root one, but I can't find a really stock one. My flash trip counter and other things that should be default are not tripped, so it shouldn't pose any problem.
Last little question : Do I flash the stock rom via cwm to keep the counters normal? It should also remove cwm, right?

Also you flash through Odin via computer or mobile Odin on phone. I the it should make your phone stock then get triangleaway to reset the phone status

That's very strange, did you recently flash a new rom? If so, which one? More info would be helpful.

I just googled this issue, there are a lot of threads on this. Most people fixed this by using Odin to go back to stock and rerooting. I think you need to backup everything and start from scratch.

I flashed cyagenmod 10.1 I returned to stock and still have the no sim card I used qbking77 instructions to return to stock

[Q] Flash Stock Rom

Ok so here is my problem. I rooted my Galaxy S3 a year ago, everything worked fine. I disabled some system apps because I had no use for them, not deleted just disabled, using NoBloat. Well I upgraded to the S4 active and am selling my S3. I figured Id do a factory reset and completely forgot abot the disabled apps, one of which was the home screen. I can access the settings and notification bar, I can boot into recovery and download mode. I do not have a keyboard tho. I have tried to reflash the stock firmware which i downloaded from sammobile and Have used both odin and the recovery mode manual upgrade, both fail. Any help or direction would be excellent.

Download mskip's SIII TOOLKIT and revert to stock

Ok I think I got it. as I was replying to you I remembered I have a bluetooth keyboard. Luckily I was able to pair it and I was then able to email myself a launcher which then showed me all my apps and now i reinstall nobloat and I can enable all the disabled apps. Thank you.

Just a suggestion but if it works donate and give the donate key to the person that buys your phone

Okay lest I forget, you need to download the firmware again also, it's not that I forgot that little tidbit but that I forgot to remember to put in the post getting older makes you remember that you once thought you knew everything now you can't remember what you gorgot

just successfully rooted by device via cf root.

updated from MC2 to MK4 via kies, after the update i let it finish updating it took about 10 to 15 mins, then follow the cf root method and regained root, the knox message popped up but superSu blocked it.so now I'm good to go

Hi, im downloading fhe file to update to mk4, im rooted and stock recovery, stock rom, my note 2 is flashed to boost mobile, so all i have to do is , do the update with odin and i will be fine. Right? What odin do i need? Thanks. I been waiting for this update for weekss. Thanks..

I'm on boost mobile too....Don't do what you're planning! All you need to do is download lorjay589's 4.3 rom or the Synergy 4.3 rom (full rom..deodex version) also grab the wifi fix file and mk4 modem (optional)
Then back up apps with titanium backup and then create a nandroid backup. ...then do full system wipe except sdcard I ran wipes 3 times with twrp then flashed the rom then reboot....it will start to boot and then it'll pause on Samsung screen with blue light flashing. ...just wait...5 min or so then it'll boot...setup rom settings then reboot into download mode. Then run odin and flash wifi fix through odin (pda tab) then reboot...If it hangs or even if it boots reboot one more time then you'll be up and running 4.3 wifi and all. Done....again don't bother with the file you downloaded from sammobile!

Works perfect and i root it too.. trust me. Works perfect..every time i flash a rom with custom recovery my note 2 lloose the flashand goes back to sprint..i notice that the wifi gets a little weak some times, so i dont know if i should flash the wifi path. How you flash that? With odin? How can i get it? Thanks in advance...

Why does 4.3 look better on other phones like the S4 and Note 3? I see little things that we don't have on our Notes. Like updated weather widget, the homescreen circles where replaced for a home or flat lines depending on what screen you're in and just other minor stuff I can't think of at the moment. Was our Touchwiz updated with this update or just our OS?

Because Samsung like every other company wants you to feel the need to upgrade your device. ...just use a 4.3 rom with added note 3 features. ....next best thing

Not really what I was asking lol.. I know their whole scheming procedure to get you to update just curious to know if touchwiz was not updated or not. They don't need to give us note 3 features just to revamp how ours looks. Also I don't flash nor want to void my warranty.

well touchwiz was updated but not as much as the s4. we got new settings tab stock 4.3 with a few added options.
Not enough of an update imo so I flashed synergy and the note3 pak. Now this feels like an update !

So I have a galaxy Note II (or 2) that I have had on Boost for about a month, and I am not liking how it acts, never 4G, and no hotspot. I found Ting, and would like to try it to see if it is much better. How do I unflash my phone? Already have the telephone number switched to Ting. I also have a S2 that my wife is using and I need to do that phone also... any help would be GREAT!!

...If you flash to a different carrier your 4g LTE will NEVER work. If you want 4g you're going to need to buy a phone from the carrier you want LTE on. The hot spot will work if you flash a deodexed ROM and apply the native hot spot hack. Flashing to a different carrier will do nothing to help any of the issues you mentioned. I have Boost on my Note 2 and LOVE it. Can't beat unlimited talk/text/3g on a phone they don't even offer for $35 a month. Eat it Sprint.

OK to accept Tab Pro 8.4 update?

Hi All. I just bought my Tab Pro 8.4 yesterday and already it wants to pull a system update. Build I have is T320UEU1ANAE. I know the bootloader is unlocked (or so I'm told) on this tablet and root is available which trips Knox. On my Galaxy S4 I screwed myself because I had an unlockable bootloader with the MDK build and took the update which locked the bootloader. I just want to make sure I don't repeat a similar mistake on the Tab Pro by accepting this new build. Thanks.

Nobody has an answer? Please? The update nags me every 3 hours.

Samsung has no reason to try to lock the bootloader. You are probably safe. Does it say what version it will upgrade you to?

It does not. Size is 14.33MB. That's it.
UPDATE: I accepted the update. If rooting fails, I'll post in this forum. New build version is T320UEU1ANAI. Was ANAE.

Yes. Flashing anything trips the Knox flag (irreversible afaik) and voids your warranty but otherwise makes no attempt to stop you from flashing whatever you want on it.

Normally to unlock bootloader u have to go into boatloader mode..

New to Samsung devices? I am so it was new for me.
The bootloader is unlocked by default, no need to fastboot oem unlock. To flash though you need to use Odin (google it or just use the one that is with the chainfire autoroot). From there you can flash whatever you want (kernels, recoveries, full ROMs, radios, etc.). I assume that knox will limit bootloader flashing but I prefer not to flash bootloaders anyway (that's your failsafe).

I can tell you this... the Wifi receiver on the Pro 8.4 is far inferior to what's on my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. The tablet can't receive any Wifi signal just 30 feet away through a window and 1 wall.
UPDATE: Never mind. I just noticed that my dog knocked the Wifi router onto the floor.

Not new at all. Own s3, s4, note 2, note 3. Which many sammy devices have a locked bootloader

That's all at the carrier's request. Those devices on T-Mobile, for example are usually unlocked. This obviously has no carrier interference, so unlocked.
