Hmm me too, I wonder... Did you try to get the battery promotion they're doing or anything?

I got it. I went to the site yesterday and uploaded my receipt. Says it may take up to three weeks to process. I emailed them today and they said 7 -10 business days. Hmm. We'll see which is right.

in the rebate submission page there is a place /dialog to upload the file.
Jpegs don't work, you need a pdf I guess.
but first you need a code for the rebate from LG.

Hmmm, Im pretty sure my scan was a jpeg and it uploaded fine..... well what I mean was it never gave any error saying otherwise.

I've tried several jpegs and all of them gave me errors. Ended up with pdf file.

So I just got my HTC one from best buy about a week ago and it just developed a long line of stuck pixels. Who do I contact since I have a blue one? Best buy?

I would refrain from the store if possible they might screw with your plan. They have to add the phone to your account and they'll probably try to change your data plan in store. I get my phone tomorrow in the mail :good: hopefully there aren't any issues.

I was wondering when yours was coming. The only problem is with the pixel problem it sometimes fixes itself and then comes back. Which is quite annoying.

How long ago did you get your phone again? I just hope they don't try to screw with your data plan if you do go into the store. Maybe just request a replacement online via the BestBuy website?

I'm sure they'll try to force you to activate the phone in store and who knows what the rep will do. That's why I aborted at the store since the punk was trying to change my plan.

Haha I can picture that. I can get the pixel line to fix itself when I use the dead pixel app, but it comes back after a while... This is so frustrating it was perfect untill today.

I'm worried about mine too lol. When I had the Rezound I had 4 brand new out of box that had dead/stuck pixels.

Yep it would suck a lot.
i have bought 4 phones already from ali and i didn't have to pay customs at all.
But also they wasn't that expensive as the OP5T so it makes me get a bit worry :silly:

Most likely not as it was a glitch. I canceled my order because it was the right thing to do and not exploit their mistake. They responded with a very kind email. I would gladly do business with them and pay.

I blame them for getting all items cancelled.
