Music randomly stops playing?
Just converted from CM to PA and absolutely love, but the only gripe is that music randomly stops playing, and I have to go on to the next song to get it working, and it randomly occurs with no set interval, sometimes less than a song-length apart, sometimes 20 minutes apart, etc.
The only instance this ever happens is on Paranoid Android. I've never had the issue on CM nightlies, and I've tried different combinations of Paranoid Android and GApps, which someone stated might have been the issue, but my last attempt was the latest beta with stock signed GApps rather than PA GApps, and the issue is still there, so I'm thinking it's the kernel. Google's brought me to Samsung solutions, some of which I've tried but nothing. Was wondering if this is an outstanding issue or is it just my device.

I'm fairly certain that this is a known bug on this rom.
Running Beta3 without any issues. It's just that the double tap to wake stops working without any reason.
Have rebooted, wiped cache and dilvik cache but still its not working.
Any ideas!!

It was a known issue, but beta 5 is out, no issues

Xposed module called pic2sd or something similar
I've been peeking around XDA for probably around two years now if not longer, and have been running PA on my M8 since Beta 2. I have to say, I love this ROM - so simple, yet so sleek. I don't have any known bugs as of yet for B5 :good: and I look forward to continued updates! Thank you again for all your work!

So when going into floating mode with hangouts it seems to close any app in currently using using beta 5 clean flash any reasons as to why?

Not on PA at the moment so I can't test, but do you have a theme applied? And are you on the PA kernel? I crossed through a random post somewhere where the user deselected his theme and apparently it's been fixed.

It stops working the moment you turn the screen off. Immediately starts working again if you turn it back on.

call microphone and speaker problem
have an issue with my m8 .. cyanogenmod 11 everytime i call ,, the the speaker and the volume is maxed but i cant hear ,, the person that im talking .. my question is ? is this already fixed ?? and am i the only one experiencing this .
Is anyone else on Verizon having huge issues with MMS on the latest M build? They get stuck on "sending" for quite a while until I reboot and just destroy my battery.

Can't have the best of both worlds unfortyunitely...
Really loving this rom but my only gripe is that the camera is sooooooo bad on this rom. It always looks blurry. Is this a common problem?

I'm currently on CM M11 and I'm having trouble with the double tap to wake feature. I was on nightlies a few days ago and also had the problem. Does this problem exist on M10 or on some old nightlies? Just wondering if I can find a CM build that doesn't have that problem.

APN issues
I'm still having the "No APN specified" problem on my Verizon HTC One M8. Happens on stock messenger, happens with Hangouts. When I look at my APN settings under Hangouts, I have settings for Metro PCS and Sprint. None for Verizon.
For what it's worth (probably nothing), I am using the latest TWRP recovery, ART, and the Good Stock GAPPS package from the Paranoid Android guys. I usually do a full wipe when moving from stock to CM, though just doing a factory reset didn't help last time.
Does the unified build check your CID when it installs? I was SuperCID for a while, and thought that maybe the wrong APNs were being selected because my device was misdetected as a development build.
Sorry if this is all off-base.
Boot Loop
I seem to be stuck in a boot loop. I'm using an HTC One M8, coming from ViperROM.
What I did:
1) Using TWRP, wiped data, cache, dalvik
2) Flashed CM 11 11/11/2014 nightly
3) Flashed gapps 4.4.4
Now when I boot, the phone gets stuck in the CM boot animation. I'm able to successfully restart back into recovery.

Bug Observations
Just clean flashed this rom and everything is working smoothly, but there are two little things that need addressing. First, notifications play through the speaker and headphones when they are plugged in. Second, the battery charge animation in the status bar doesn't work at all.

Just got this screen again.
A couple of questions: any way to disable floating window? Chrome Beta always opens in a window and never in full screen for me. Along the same lines, anyway to reset the preference of swiping to open in a floating window from the notification tray?

Is there a way to increase the Bluetooth transmission? I love that it's working, but if I put the phone in my pocket with my Bluetooth in my ear, it cuts out very easily. I understand it's still early, just curious if anyone had a short term solution, or permanent fix.

Unfortunately no, for now. You can blacklist in app settings but the only thing worked for me was to revert to a prior build of chrome. Apk mirror will help here
Wondering if someone could confirm nfc as working by either using a nfc tag or Google wallet. I've tried everything I can think of but I cannot get nfc going on this. If it is working for you have you done anything special?

Is the window feature global or do you have just an issue with Google Chrome?
Either way look for Halo in the ROM's setting.
Does anyone know of a good replacement for the slow motion camera on the stock rom?

Is there any way to adjust the notifications on the lockscreen? I can't seem to find it in settings anywhere. I have a few persistent notifications that I'd love to stop from showing up there.

Yes I have noticed the same issue, but overall this is pretty amazing for an "alpha"
I think I found a bug. Adjusted screen brightness a bit, then the half screen turned black xd factory reset via recovery and now I'm in bootloop

The spotify dosent play any music, and the google play music app stoo playing when lockscreen.

If you have problems, you may need to do that. Please try to provide logs first though!
Superuser request pop-up doesn't detect any touches
I'm on the 12/09/14 nightly and none of the options on the superuser request pop-up, including "Deny" and "Grant", are detected when touched. I tried using a USB mouse and got the same result. I was able to grant root permission with the SuperSU app, however.
Does anyone have any suggestions? This seems like a bug, but I don't know.

EDIT: This issue was due to the "Tapjacking Protection" option in SuperSU. Disabling that option fixed the issue.
When Is CM 12(LP) Coming To Sm T325?
Recently developer Crpalmer has made cyanogenmod 12 working with Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 WIFI( SM T320)...But no news for the lte version? I am observing that there is quite less development going on for the lte version,But why? I am seriously waiting for the cyanogenmod to come for the lte version.

A cm11 does exist, a cm12 does not. Yet. Be patient, support may come. Its like for me with the moto msm8960 family. The main branch got support so far, and those of us on a jbbl are waiting for the main branch to become more stable before development happens. Probably the same thing thats going on here

I have on my battery for a little over 1 day and CM12 on this thing projects 1 day and 12 hours remaining.
Battery life isn't that great yet.
Google Play denying all payment methods
I am using cm12 build 12/16/2014 and Google apps build 12/12/2014. Google Play is denying all payment methods. It is working on my other devices, so I know the payment methods are good. Any ideas?
I'm having four kernel wakelocks under the "event 0-706, 1-706, 2-706, 4-706" titles, for about 21% of unplugged time, 1.5% drain per hour under sleep.

Double tap buttons
Is it possible to enable double tap for the the recents and back buttons as well as home? This is enabled in slimkat and it's great, it solves the problem of accidentally hitting these buttons when holding the tab in landscape mode.

I don't think it's specific to this ROM. I was on LiquidSmooth before switching to Fusion and I can't connect my Jawbone Up24 with Bluetooth on either one of them. Unfortunately, I don't know what is causing the problem.
Dark theme and Lollipop
I think that, in general, light themes are more interesting for Lollipop. The whole UI (including notifications) is made to work well with light backgrounds. Overhauling everything to make it look nice with dark tones is no small task.
In short, I prefer the light themes for Lollipop based ROMs.
Colours aside, I'm really digging this ROM.
(Ad blocker and wakelock blocker... yes!!)
Smooth and really good battery time. Gonna keep it as my daily driver. Thank you!
Stock music app doesnt work
Hehehe im pretty new to all this rom stuff but theres no errors for me except using this stock music app.. for some reason it doesn't want to play.. my sound works fine. and idk if anybody had the problem with their Data not working(A "!" next their the data bar) go to settings and under data usage click more then click cellular networks. I'm on tmobile (everyone should be with 851) My network selected was T MOBILE US LTE. Switch it to T MOBILE US you should be able to use your phone without wifi and lte will be enabled automatically (if you have it)

Had to revert to 20150111, much more stable.

I don't believe the legal is the issue this nightly is just a bit buggy
tap to wake and sleep function
Really like this rom flashed it last night only issue i have is with the tap to wake and sleep i wish is was more like the stock roms. tapping the status bar to sleep is kinda ...idk and sometimes it doesnt wake if am in a call i have to press the power button.......can this be adjusted in the setting somehow? anyone knows?

Was there some sort of development freeze due to theming now being available for CM12
The Problem I have with my camera is that I cannot have the photos saving in my SD Card, any idea?

Prior to the last update, I used to be able to have youtube playing in the background... such as when I was on my home screen. The new update does not allow that. Is this a common issue with others? Any fix? or wait for next update..

I suppose so. Flashing instructions should be in the OP of the ROM. Be sure to do a nandroid backup first of course.
Remember, this is for the D851 only.
Even though it hasn't been updated in awhile it's one of my faves and I keep it installed (I use multirom).

Hi I like your ROM, nice and huge customizations. Smooth and fast. But video recording is not working here, battery drain fast than usual...

this is the best rom of maguro i have used, It go smoothly, a lots custom setting. But it have a small bug that If you fix the bug, the rom will be better. The bug is that when I enabled ring navigation and press back or recent not working, but home button is ok. I hope your project will get success. Thanks
Notifications don't appear in standby mode

I have 2 issues:
1) The notifications don't apperar when the phone is in standby. Is there any way to active this function that usually is on by default in the stock lollipop?
2) I've added in the AudioFX tile but even if it's in the list in the settings, it doesn't appear in the notifications menu.
Is there any way to solve this prbs?

Great ROM.
But...quick settings weren't always disabled on the lockscreen.
I can pull down twice to enable it...

If i keep the phone away for sometime.. Then it doesnt wake.. No matter what i do.. I have to pull the battery to start it.. Hapend 3 times from Morning .. How can i Fix that..?

No problems with headphones for me.

i flash-ed this rom and the gaps but it didnt come with the camera apk
i download google camera and it dosn't work

Like almost all LP Custom ROMs, this too has issues with the stock camera app. I recommend Camera ZOOM FX instead

the stock lollipop camera works at me just got a problem with ambient display not working it just unchecks the box itself.

Yes, I went from 7 to 8 yesterday. Works like a charm. Just flash 8, newest Gapps and wipe Dalvik & cache. Make a Nandroid backup first of all too, just as it says in the instructions in the beginning of this thread
