though art alone.

I observe when I talk to phone I heard an short interruption in the voice of the caller and that is repeated at about 15 seconds. What's that and how can be corrected. I've test the earphone and the problem is not there. ( version 13.10.2014). THX
And one more complain: the maximum volume of the ringtone is low and because of know problem with the "soft" vibrate I missed few calls.
LE. I use Dalvik.

Can we somehow disable the power button shortcut in the top right corner of the status bar? I like to have Quick Settings pulled by swiping down from that end. Instead, i have to hld the device awkwardly to get my thumb to reach the other end where I am forced to place that shortcut now, or use two taps to get to that screen. Apart from the poor sound quality, the rom is great, thanks.

the audio is the same as MiUi (though quality may differ, due to different equalizers)

i want report some bugs
1. google keyboard, force close every time
2. back and menu button not working

Let me understand what and why we have 2 different build of unofficial mokee and what is yours sources for compiling? If you don't use the Mokee open source and you use instead CM11 sources why you use the name of Mokee. Because from mokee I see that maintainer of the unofficial is syhost and that make me confuse. I dunno if yours version is compatible with the other because when I try to use a nightly the majority of my installed application disappear and reappear just after install one of the unofficial build. At what I do attempt after flashing your version?
LE Please let us know the source codes of yours build. That is a must for post in the XDA forum as an "open source". THX

CM11 sources? :|
Did you know that MoKee was a CyanogenMod port, and regularly merges in code from CyanogenMod, and uses a hell lot of repositories of them?
anyways, answered your question in the second post.
Also, no support if you are trying to mix up their releases and my 'unofficial' releases, since they use an 'almost' entirely different device tree with different configs.

Looks like you misinterpreted what I was saying. I'm taking about the single radio power button shortcut present in the top right corner. The double tap to sleep is an entirely different setting.
See the screenshot I'm attaching. Notice the slightly lit part on the top status bar. Tapping once here switches the screen off and pressing and holding here brings the options that appear on long pressing power button.

me sorry. i don't has it. :\

before flashing I wanna know if the network mode selection button from quick menu work ? THX
Art working? the same for usb mass storage?
Also: some of you, trained developers, can modify the kernel as we can change the frequencies and voltage from there? The kernel source of Q1100 phone which is based on the same processor is public.

Armani please port Xperia Rom to Redmi 1s

How can I disable operator name in sms

Downloading now.
Will give review soon

Curiosly your version is directly compatible with the sychost unofficial despite of the different sources. The latest release of the mokee team on the other side is not. More precisely after install release i cannot see the app installed on sd card but after inslaled yours the sd card app reappear. Very strange.

new build up.

Nice ROM hope you can look at BT calls bug.
Already run this rom days. pretty well.
I have been using it for the past 2 weeks and it's looking good. I don't do BL calling but it would be good if it work.
The ROM is rock solid. No FC's no hangs. The UI runs smooth.
Can you add a few things though? 5 second lockscreen wakeup. If you press the power button just to chech for smth like time, missed calls the screen stays on as if the phone was unlocked. It's a feature in CM as i remember.
Also the message app does not work properly. The dark theme does not activate. And the quick response pop-up misbehaves. It doesn't see i cleared or red the mesage.
Oh and FM Radio. I posted in the E973 thread what needs to be done to the kernel. It's easy.
These are just small problems ^ the ROM behaves great. I recommend it to anyone.
What about battery life? I'm used to having between 4 and 6 hours of screen time. Is this rom similar?

I guess it can last between 4 and 6 depending on use. The maximum i saw was 3.5 hours and 20% remaing batttery but i don't have more than 2 hours time during the day to look at my phone so i can't realy tell.
Also it depends what apps do you have installed. Sync On/Off. Some tend to use more battery. Also it depends on how much signal do you use.
You can flash it and then run it for a week so the battery use stabilizes with all your apps and tell us .

Just installed. OK as usual. Hmm, how about 4.3? Will it boot easily?

03.08 build still has the bt outgoing call bug. Will try latest build, but first i will flash stock rom.i wanna install mokee on a true clean phone
Sent from LG E975 pwd by MoKee Rom
i need helpt i flashed the kernel and my phone screen is black? what to do know? how do i boot in to the recovery mode?
Great work man! It is smooth, almost everything's working fine! I'll report if there are certain bugs I can find. As of now, it's superb!
---------- Post added at 10:21 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:09 AM ----------
Some Problems now arise. When connected to PC, the PC does not display the folders I put in there, in recovery mode, I can see them, but in file manager in LGOG, not. And only two options for USB computer connection? How can I access all folders from the device to my PC now?
@x10forevers, will you update this to 4.3? Because i saw on nexus thread there's already a 4.3 build.
Lol..nexus has official 4.3,so it's easier to patch the source. On our g,we have to wait for cm team to make a stable base...no point in patching up an unstable and buggy source, right?
I'm using cm 10.2 right now and i'm happy with it..no major issues, only camera is 8mpx...
Sent from LG E975 pwd by CM 10.2
If im not wrong MoKee is based on CM, means 4.3 based on CM10.2. But i could be wrong.
Hey x10forevers glad to see you around here man, i knew you a few years ago in the xperia x10 forum, your roms were the best ones i was using the ****ty 4xhd the last 7 months and just bought this e976, downloading your rom.... have a nice day man
Sent from my LG-E976 using xda app-developers app
Hi, NFC does not work with ur rom, or maybe it's me not getting how to make it work...if i turn it on from settings it seems to load it but nothing happens and after a bit it's off..

PLS link to MokeeOS 4.3 JB
...not out yet...i recommend official cm 10.2...

Since we're updating frequently, making manual changelogs ain't possible anymore...
And also take note that although I am involved in the development of this ROM, but I do not own the device, so I might not be able to answer your device specific questions...
nice to see a official thread
Seems nice. And as it is an official build, I'll surely give it a try.
BTW, how does 'Save Power' function works? What does it actually do?
Thanks!
Three options available now: off data when screen off, off GPS when screen off and conserve CPU usage when screen off...the first two are obvious lol, the CPU one ramps the CPU to the lowest frequency on screen off...
You do know that pressing on the left beside the toggle will show you the options right?
For me , that's one of the best rom based on KK
Really good rom.. A bigt hanks :good::good:
Great rom! Running 18/01 relase everything is working fine and smooth!

Welcome to VanirAOSP.
Our mission is to deliver a clean optimized version of Android to as many devices as possible. This is not a kang rom. You will find versions of the features you love that we've rewritten and improved on plus a few we wrote ourselves. we've tried to acheive a more organized and cohesive setup to improve the user experience while correcting any performance regressions and improving functionality.
If you're the kind of person that needs options to change the font and color on every letter and expect the ROM to end up looking like kid's cereal box then GTFO. You will not find customizations that are done just because someone figured out how to do them. Everything in here has a purpose and is held to a high standard of coding.
General features:
stock mode - ability revert to stock AOSP code with the exception of a few custom features we chose to keep active
enhanced performance.. longer uptime with less slowdown
custom written CRON and init.d.
minor UI and graphics improvements
custom navbar, navring, and hardware key features
active notifications (improved active display + lockscreen notifications)
usability improvements like power reboot menu and sound
animation control
Improved Vanir keyboard
CM's profiles & quicksettings
additional quicksetting tiles
immersive desktop <- fully configurable immersive mode
low profile mode
statusbar mods
clock & battery mods
lockscreen blur and other mods
soon to come -> quick cam and flash notifications
busybox, embedded root, init.d, cron etc
many improvements and new features unique to vanir
more to come when i feel like updating the op

I was hyped when I noticed this thread a few minutes ago.
Is this not officially supported? Cause I can't find the build on their storage page.
Are you a part of the team? Is this built from source by you?
Thanks.

I am an official maintainer for Xperia V but I will try to get official support from vanir for z1 compact after I fix bugs on the Xperia V builds. Of course, this is built from source and is stable for daily use as confirmed by @rob rich I will try to squeeze in time to update. Wanted to update it today but I had no time left.
Sent my Xperia P running CyanogenMod
This will be in next build(hopefully by Friday)
I had time to build today but vanir screwed their sources. It was trying to build Samsung stuff for Z1 Compact.

Really nice rom:good:
All the goddies from pa and omni plus some more. Not a single feature I am missing.
I would really appreciate it if you would keep maintaining vanir for z1 compact to maybe get official support one day.
Good luck for your exams :highfive:
Yeah, its really really good mate
More people should try it

The only annoying bug I have found so far, is that the back button sometimes lags a little. Maybe it is related to the new 5 button navbar settings. But even if you don't change anything in this settings the back button sometime lags...

Back button bug is present in CM also. Unless this bug was not present in build 2.....
Most likely there will be an update today with 6 bar signal icon

OK, didn't know that because I haven't used CM for a long time. I can not tell if the bug was present in your older builds, build 3 is the only one I used. So I think there is nothing you can do to fix this bug, right?

The AOSParadox Project 2.1
What's CodeAurora Forums ?
Code Aurora Forum (CAF) is a consortium of companies with projects serving the mobile wireless industry. Software projects it concerns itself with are e.g. Android for MSM, Femto Linux Project, LLVM, MSM WLAN and Linux-MSM. Code Aurora is basically AOSP plus all Qualcomm specific enhancements and optimization.
What's AOSParadox Project ?
AOSParadox is a vanilla ROM. Our goal is to pick the least amount of commits possible on AOSP code. While trying to add features, when CodeAurora provide us with chipset's specific sources ?
At the opposite of most of ROMs that you can find, the trees are made by ourselves to be integrated in this new ROM type.
What should I be aware of ?
Everything is custom and made to work with CodeAurora Forum's sources so custom kernels won't boot (ramdisk is different, selinux rules too, ...).
Extra features
Code:
- Snapdragon camera
- Compatible with layer themes
What doesn't work ?
Code:
- Tell us
Downloads :
http://download.aosparadox.org/AOSParadox/bacon/
How to install ?
1) Place ROM & Gapps in your virtual SD
2) Reboot in Bootloader Mode
3) Go to "Recovery"
4) Wipe Data/Factory Reset
5) Wipe Dalvik cache
6) Install the ROM zip
7) Install the Gapps
8) Install SuperSU zip
9) To disable software keys you can flash the ZIP made by @TanayPoddar56 (Post #2345)
10) Reboot

Code:
Most of you would want to skip to Step 1.3 as that's why I created this post and everything else is almost similar. If this works out (especially 1.3), please give me feedback.[/B]
[B]1.1 [U]Enabling softkeys:[/U] [/B]
1. Make sure you have got / & /system mounted as rw.
2. Go to device/system/build.prop.
3. Scroll down to the extreme bottom.
4. Add this line there :
[I]qemu.hw.mainkeys=0[/I]
5. Save the file and reboot. (To be sure that it has got enabled and we're gonna disable the hard-keys in the next step.)
[B]1.2 [U]Disabling the Hardware keys:[/U] [/B]
1. Go to Device/system/usr/keylayout/generic.kl.
2. Scroll down and find the following keys and add # before each of them.
It should then look like this:
# key 139 MENU
# key 158 BACK
# key 172 HOME
3. Save and Reboot.
[B]Alternatively[/B] you can go set the long press and short press of the hard keys to "No action" from settings , in newer builds. (But [B]back button would still work though[/B])
[B]1.3 [U]Disabling the backlight of the HW keys:[/U] (Permanent as long as a systemless SuperSU is available.)[/B]
1. Download this :- [url]https://www.dropbox.com/s/lbx8fogscy8v0xc/DisableSoftkeysBacklight?dl=0[/url]
2. Have [B]a systemless version of [user=631273]@Chainfire[/user] 's SuperSU flashed [/B] (very important)
3. Go to /su/su.d
4. Paste the "DisableSoftkeysBacklight" you downloaded inside su.d
5. Change permissions of the file (Give Owner read, write and execute permissions.)
6. Now reboot.

Yep. Pretty much as CAF as Sultan's kernel is. And nope. No app opps or task manager here. We've kinda stuck to as less bloat as we can manage.
ROM working fine on Multirom (secondary). Its always good to see a new ROM surface
@Quasar then would you mind removing all of those really outdated AOSP apps that are really useless? xD
Also I don't know about you.. but I'd think that CAF App ops is extremely useful.

Don't really need those anymore since Google fixed the systemupdateservice wakelock. I haven't been on this for a full cycle yet, but on falcon, the SOT almost doubled with this ROM, so I don't think you'd need anything.

Pretty smooth ROM. I would love to see some basic features being added.
Thanks a lot for this great ROM.
@Quasar
Will you add the backup functionalities on addon.d in the future? Or it will stay as it is?
This is exactly what we need! Looking forward to this ROM and if you don't mind ,just a suggestion.. Please don't add any "extra" features such as app side bar app circle bar, floating window etc.
Battery life is too good on this ...
Network traffic and this will be the dream!

This ROM uses one heck of a lot of modules. Including prima wich isn't build "in-kernel" anymore (this way we always use the latest one and we match caf format)

If there are outdated... Why wouldn't we update it simply?
The ROM (on all the concerned devices) is quiet young. Once we added a few features (clean all task) and fixed all the bugs. We will start working apps by ourselves.

It will stay as it is to match CAF as much as we can.
Status bar says 3g even though it says lte in quick settings and no lights on capacitive keys. An option for softkeys would be awesome if possible. I also tried to flash open gapps stock package and I got an error that there wasn't enough room on system. I guess it's an error in the updater script. Works fine in CM. Thanks for the ROM I've been waiting for something like this for a while.
There are three major bugs listed and you are calling it stable?
