EBay is a Market Place, xda-developers is a developers forum. If you are selling your device, please put a link in your signature to the ebay (or whatever site) page you are selling your device on.

That thread is bad and someone is going to get robbed and blame it on the world, starting within that thread

Mate anybody can get robbed at any place if the seller/robber for that matter is having this intention. If you think Ebay is secure I would suggest you to look at the facts.
As Dave has mentioned that this is a developers forum & not any market place.
That thread is just an humble beginning to consolidate the single issue of buying & selling devices.
It was not meant to make anything like market place.
Let me share one more thing with you. I being a volunteer in many of Climate change initiatives felt like sharing our devices which could help us mitigate the carbon emmission. You know how much it takes to make a single device. So you can understand if we could save some carbon emissions by sharing our devices.
Hope you would appreciate it.
Making a thread in itself emits carbon[atleast more than making a post & then avoid searching for something here & there].

I appreciate your thoughts on carbon emission*. I guess I have seen so much bad in this world that it takes a thoughtful person like yourself, to demonstrate that good people still exist.

hey hey hey. calm down guys. i know ebay dealextreme made-in-china etc. is market place. But how can i ask them what i need ? By the way in xda-developers has lots of professional users and technicans. So that they know what i need better than an ebay seller. this was just an idea for this situation.

If Its anything like the liveview then no. I literally wee'd a little when I first heard about it, bought one and it was poo poo. Kept disconnecting and was just useless.
Unless this new one has fixed the connectivity issues then I'm giving it a miss

Usually when I buy earphones, I call them (eBay) up and ask the customer support team. They confirm it back to me. Alternatively , send eBay customer support a mail.
And next time, do not post two same threads in different sections

Before one week I read from post on one moderator it is OK to do comparison on phones, but it is not OK to do comparison on the software or roms or anything not hardware related.

On the spec sheet you should choose a One X but if you want a more active community and better support you should really go with the Moto G as many developers will buy it cause of the cheap price.
It might seem like a stupid question, but I cannot find the answer after extensive search so please bear with me. The model of Huawei Watch available in my region is Huawei Watch W1 Mercury-G00. Is this something different from he standard Huawei Watch, or the same? I just need verification before making the plunge and buying this. Any help will be highly appreciated.
Mercury was the code name given to the watch whilst it was in development. This was so it could be referred to without using the final product title. As far as I know there is currently only 1 model (Hardware build) of the W1 and only the straps differ. The ladies editions will also be released "in Q1 2016"
As it stands if you buy a Huawei Watch it will be the same as everyone elses bar the strap choice.
