Dear Friends
After weeks of hard work here i am presenting you my third ROM for Xperia S/SL based on 96 Firmware. For Locked and Unlocked Bootloader. Ultimate PureXS Ultra .
I know there is a ton of stock roms available in white version. I am not saying that my rom is better than that roms. My rom is just a normal one. But i need to show u something different. That's why i made this rom. Its called Flat UI. U can feel a poor Flat UI experience in most of the system apps and third party apps. This will be a new experience for 2012 Device users.
Up Coming Versions will be OTA Updates. U don't need to download whole ROM again and again for updates..Just flash the OTA Update Zips. Thats all.

I have tested two kernels. One is doom kernel and other one is from a chinese based doom kernel. I prefer Chinese based doom kernel. Its better.

Where download the chinese kernel?

It's a beautiful rom but pointless without a download, it's like having your favourite food dish in front off you but you cannot eat it.
You shouldn't have posted this with out the upload.

Only don't use Chinese kernel this kernel have bug if you use it long time phone have lag many user have this problem.Chinese kernel have more free ram but original doomkernel is faster and smooth and stable. I use all version this Chinese Doomkernel Plus (mod DoomKernel v06). If you want the best stable and fast kernel use DoomKernel v06 only update recovery If you can . DoomKernel have old cwm and old twrp with many bug recovery. Cwm is old but Is OK.

Hmmm. i don't know about that my friend. Because i am not an XS user. I am an XZ user. I got a XS recently for development. So i don't know much about kernels. Anyway users can install there favourite kernels...

I am staying in a village my friend. Here u can't expect a high speed Internet connection same as in a City side..

Why should you flash my ROM?
I know what it says in most ROMs: flash it because its smooth and fast.
Well..my ROM has all unused bloatware removed and almost 400mb of free ram (380mb).
It is not only deodexed, it is zipaligned as well.

I recommend you to change all animations settings in developer options to .5x
HOW TO INSTALL
Requirements:
ROOT
CWM
A stock based kernel is recommended, however some non-stock work just as fine but might cause more battery drain.
If you come from previous husixperia versions do a full wipe and then restore data by advanced restore in CWM. If you need any help with that please do not hesitate to contact me.
Install Instructions for locked Bootloader:
1.Reoot into recovery
2.Wipe Data/Factory Reset
3.Wipe Cache partition and Dalvik Cache
4.Install the ROM
Install Instructions for unlocked Bootloader:
1.Reboot into recovery
2.Wipe Data/Factory Reset
3.Wipe Cache partition and Dalvik Cache
4.Install the ROM
(Optional) if you want stock kernel:
5.Turn Phone off and boot into into flash mode
6.Flash attached 6.2.B.1.96 kernel (Stock Kernel) via flashtool, download kernel from here: http://d-h.st/o0M
For unlocked bootloaders: This will NOT rewrite your kernel, except if you flash the optional (stock kernel)
Please make a backup before you install in case anything goes wrong.

Yeah it works 100%..just tested it. However , it will say in the menu Bravia Engine, I didn't manage to change this, because I couldn't find the file yet...

As I said, I haven't experienced any bugs yet..in example 1080p video works fine for me.

wifi problem
Hi, i´m from Brazil and i´m having a wifi issue. it keeps trying to activate the wifi but it doesnt even show any mac adress in advanced mode....
i´m trying to find anything about it searching the forum and google but didn´t find anything releated, so maybe i think it can be a ROM issue....
The ROM is really really fast and i wish you could maybe solve this so i could enjoy it too... ! :good:

For more battery life, dont install(or remove) Google Play Services which named is GMSCore.apk. It's need for Hangouts , Youtube and some applications. You can remove it with like Titanium Backup programs. You wont lose your Google Contacts Sync or Google Play.

Greenify is the best program for block deepsleep brokers. You can try it.​DUAL RECOVERY:
You'll have TWRP 2.6.3 / CWM 6.0.3 after flashing PureION.
For enter TWRP: When you see blue led on booting phone, push volume up.
For enter CWM: When you see blue led on booting phone, push volume down.​I GOT BOOTLOOP AFTER FLASHING ROM :
This mean, you did something wrong.
Wipe Data - Format System three time for be sure.
If not work, maybe you arent on .211 based firmware.
Try;
1) First flash stock 6.2.B.0.211.ftf Download : http://d-h.st/sSI
Note : You can use for flashing "Sony Mobile Flasher by Androxyde"
2) Root and install recovery.
3) Download and copy this rom to your phone
4) Enter Recovery
5) Wipe Data / Format System
6) Mount System Manually
7) Flash this Rom
-If problem continues, check md5sums.​FOR DEVELOPERS :

Could not enter recovery, had to update/install busybox, then cwm, and camcorder has bad lag. That's as far as I got, had to restore my backup. I'll test again later.

Flash ROM and Then Flash SuperSU fix. This Should B the Order..
Just try to flash Stripped Kernel Via Flash Tool and Then Try To On. Make Sure U Hav Enough Battery

Sorry, my mistake in writing, I Flash the rom first then SuperSU Fix.
The phone does not turn on so I can not flash the Kernel Stripped. The battery was at 90% to start the installation

After 1 week of hard work here i am presenting you my first ROM for Xperia S / SL based on 96 Firmware. For Locked and Unlocked Bootloader. Ultimate BlackXS will be a Pure Black Experience for Xperia S / SL. No more grey looks in most of the Black Apps. I searched for that 4.3 theme engine framework but can't find here. Now this rom does not support 4.3 theme engine but in upcoming versions will b support if some one gives the 4.3 theme engine. And i am using honami framework v4 by jjwrongjj. So is the 4.3 theme engine also based on that ha? Or not?

i've returned some days ago to the 4.1.2 on existenz, but this Looks interesting, honami camera is in it? I hope is well themed, most black themed roms are... well... dead. its good to see something little bit diferent than just honami camera, 4.3 theme engine and thousands of kernel mods, keep up the good work, i'll be waintig for those otas!

Copy The ROM Zip and SuperSU Fix Zip To Ur Phone
Backup Ur Datas If U Need It
Switch Off and Reboot To Recovery
Wipe Data Factory Reset ( Recommended )
Wipe Cache / Dalvik Cache
Flash ROM and Then Flash SuperSU Fix Zip
Reboot 3 or 4 Times To Get A Stable Performance

My Friends
Please don't use my ROM as a base for your future roms.Including Updater script and all the stuffs. Please make your rom from scratch. Only i can feel the pain when i was building and uploading this ROM. I know my ROM is not a big superfast and bug free rom. Its just a normal ROM. But please make your ROM from scratches. If i found some one i will surely report without any PM.
There is some hidden things inside the Updater script , ( Adding Stock Kernel In ZIP) and also inside some apps. So no one can cheat me.
Please don't mistake me. Its my Weeks of hard work without any REST.. :fingers-crossed:

u can add z3 system ui by master serajr if u like ..he will give u permission as mentioned in his thread

as much i love the new ROM, The logo "Pure XZL" is a sore to eye.
Please don't take it in a bad way. Please try to photoshop it so that it blends into sony design

I am not a photoshop expert. But i created that using photoshop. I will try to make it perfect in next update. Or if someone can make a perfect logo means pls pm me. I will include it in next update..

Any others can report about wifi? Its working or not? Pls report abuse IR, Brightness , Record video etc etc.. Is all working?

All is working fine here. No brightness issues anymore and wifi is working and never disconnected. Also in video recording the brightness doesn't drop.

did u flash .283 kernel or not

Hi, I just saw a strange behavior. It suddenly got disconnected from home WiFi.
It can get the signal but it does not connect. So I just tap "Forget Network" and then I reconnect again from start (key in password). Now its connected.
Its weird because all laptops in home were connected to the WiFi all time.
Can it be .283 kernel problem?
ps. I never had this problem with .230

May be. But can't sure now...
