Got myself a cheep ish case of the bay and im looking for something a bit thinner, anyway! is there anyone whos got the brodit car holder and a nice thin case?
my desire wouldnt fit with a case on in the brodit!
so if anyone can recommend a nice thin case, (and not the silly clear sticky thing!) and any thoughts on one with the car holder

After walking, biking and running with this phone in my pocket I decided an armband holder was required. I searched these forums and found very little useful information, especially for an armband holder that I could use with my phone in the LG bumper case http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009P6WF9E/ref=oh_details_o07_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I took the risk of ordering this holder http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0071C9B0U/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and it fits the phone, with the LG bumper case on, very well. I will be using it on a bike ride on Friday morning and will add to this post after that.
This armband holder does an excellent job, all buttons work, screen works through the clear plastic, phone is very secure even though there is no velcro closure tab. Very happy with my purchase even though this is the only holder I have tried and it was at the expensive end of what I considered.

I have a GT-I9292 and I want to purchase a brodit holder (because of the superb quality). But I use the screen cover with a small window as protection. My question is, will the S4 fit in the brodit holder with the screen flap folded back?
Anyone some experience?
I purchased a cheap hard shell case from eBay to protect the phone while I'm waiting for a decent case to come on the market although for £1.95 this case was pretty good quality. The phone with the case on would not charge or fit with any of the inserts provided with the DK48 Magnetic Charging Dock. BTW I dont believe any case will fit in the DK48 Magnetic Charging Dock with the inserts provided no matter how thin the case is.
I removed the insert, added some foam padding,and trimmed the case slightly which allowed the phone to sit in the dock and charge. It works great

Trouble is the Case Mate Tough doesn't protect the side where the mag port is, I think it's going to be a big ask to get a case with all around protection and allows access to all the ports?

Hi, The DK48 is better with the standard insert and no case, its always a bit fiddly getting the magnet and pins to line up with this setup. The foam is about 3mm, I purchased from a supplier in the UK. Just need to google self adhesive closed cell foam.

Im using Case Mate Tough Case + a tempered glass. It doesn't work with the inserts. However, it works without the inserts. That's how i'm using right now.
