[ROM][5.0.1][20G][10/5] SR Lollipop G3 v6 | Stable | Odex | Zipaligned | Fast | Final - T-Mobile LG G3

Welcome! If you found yourself looking for something like CleanROM based on the new 5.0.1 20G OTA, then you have come to the right place. This has been thoroughly tested by myself with no issues. Want stability you can trust? You have come to the right place. For best results, please follow the installation instructions below!
About:

Features:
Deodexed
Rooted (SuperSU)
Init.d enabled
Busybox
Bloat Removed
Updated LG and Google apps in /System
External SD Card fix
Build.prop tweaks for performance

Screenshots!
What works:
Everything
What doesn't:
Nothing!
Credits:
@Chainfire for SuperSU
@MicroMod777 for stock debloated system.img and boot.img (Initial release. Version 2+ is the extracted LG KDZ)
@razz1 for increase FPS
@Morningstar for his Network Traffic Guide.
Installation:
Must have recovery installed (TWRP)
Do not wipe yet as the bootloader and modem flashable below looks for the phone build prop to verify variant
Install the 20G bootloader and modem if you haven't already (If you do not use this bootloader or have not done the full KDZ install of 20B/E/G, you will get a security error and the rom will not boot.)
Copy ROM to external SDcard
Reboot to Recovery
Wipe Data/Factory reset (I always do 3x for good measure)
Wipe Cache (Again, I always do 3x for good measure)
Wipe Dalvik Cache
DO NOT WIPE INTERNAL
Flash ROM
Reboot System
Profit!
A couple things to note:
If you use a different kernel, do not report issues until you verify issue with stock (included kernel).
I am not responsible if you brick your phone, but of course you would know that if you are flashing this.
Of course your warranty is already voided from rooting your phone.
If you would like to use this as a base, please include me in your credits and link to this thread.
I am in general a very busy person, so I like to rely on you and other XDA members to help eachother. That is what this is all about right? I will continue to update this as I feel necessary. With my flashing habit, that may be alot. Search before asking questions.
I built this ROM for my personal use and decided to share because of how well it works.
I am not a themer, so don't expect any fancy themes! If you would like to create a theme and share, please let me know and I will add it to the OP. This goes for any other MOD. I am happy to add things to the builds if they work well and you want to contribute.
Changelog:

Any way to add back lg ringtones and notification?

You can get them from the stock rom. system/media/audio folder is what you would want to pull. You will also need to put the names of the ringtones/notification/alarms that you would like to use by default in the build.prop. You can find the correct spot by searching for the following lines:
Code:
ro.config.ringtone=CurveBall.ogg
ro.config.notification_sound=CyanMessage.ogg
ro.config.alarm_alert=CyanAlarm.ogg
Again, I make this rom for my personal use and cannot stand the stock music like ringtones, so that is why I made the switch. Just personal preference. If I ever get some free time, I will put together a flashable zip, but I have been in a hurry trying to get this out to share.

ok, so if I understand, I am sitting with 10m and running zonerom so I can flash this rom and it takes me to 10r? I don't do OTAs out of habit....

You are correct. I recommend clean flash coming from another custom ROM.

I'm in the process of downloading again for the 4th time because md5 wouldn't match the op.
It does however match the one located on AndroidFileHost

Just want to point out the link in OP points to the default D85110R.zip. I was able to look through your other files to find the SR_V1.zip.

I know that someone will ask for difference between this and other roms, well, this is a stock rom with some performance tweaks, at my personal taste it is pretty smooth and this won't be compared to the great Overcome roms speaking of visual enanchments and other tweaks.
For some reasons CSC is different in this new version than in older JQ1, i didn't have problems but in case let me know.

I'm assuming that flashing over an Overcome ROM with Kernel 4.0, this is a non-wipe ? True ??
Thanks for the good work
Thanks a lot.. Hope everything works well..
Nope, this is rom wipe all your data, it's the best way to avpid problems imo, using advanced restore in cwm you can restore all your data but i cannot guarantee if problems went.

[ROM] Mi-Roid {PORT} MiuiAndroid v2.11.30 w/ Control Panel

I proudly present to you...... Mi-Roid
Mi-Roid is my port of the crespo MIUIAndroid weekly build with many additions, tweaks and mods added together for a great user experience. If there’s something you'd like added in feel free to post or pm me
For those of you wondering what Miui is.... that is a hard thing to describe but in a genreality it is a complete rebuild of android based on AOSP from the ground up. It has a build in theme manager that makes Cyanogen's look like childs play, you can change almost any little thing instead of applying an entire theme or you can apply an entire theme. It has build in virus scanning, autostart app control, flashlight app and all the goodies of cyanogen or other AOSP roms but in a whole new fashion. It is sort of IPhoneish but still feels like android not some apple product. If you dislike the launcher feel free to download any of your standard favourite launchers and use them, it'll free up some memory too.
Check out this video showing what Miui is
A few of my favorite features are listed below:
**While on the lockscreen if you press and hold home the flashlight will turn on for 30sec
**While on the homescren if you long press home the memory manager comes up to clear/free up memory
I plan on updating by Sunday night or Monday morning following the friday release of each weeks build. This will give me a few days to make sure the basics are working and to try and add features as i work a lot during the week and weekend gotta survive this cruel world somehow
If you have issues or questions please post them up here as someone may be able to help you on the forum before i check my PM's or get online to read/post.
Please Read the rest of this post and the ones below it for all info regarding issues and install before asking a question, i know it's pointless to ask this but maybe it'll save me one headache and at least one noob a thrasing from the senior members.

Previous Builds - will be posted soon
Install and Setup Directions Below in 2nd Post
Common Issues, Solutions and FAQ in 3rd Post
I advise doing a complete wipe for each build and not "dirty" flashing each weeks new build as this could cause issues.
If you are already running Miui you can also use the included backup tool to backup your apps and data, beware that this app does not backup paid for apps, so for example it will backup Titanium Backup but not the Pro Key so you'll have to download some apps via the market again
**Install Instructions***
1) Use Titanium Backup to backup your apps and data
2) Download the latest Mi-Roid version and place at the "Root" of your SD Card
3) Boot into Clockwork or whatever recovery you use and make a backup
4) Do a complete wipe, this would be your dalvik cache, cache, data, system, & boot.
5) Select the Install zip from SD option
6) Select the latest Mi-Roid version you just downloaded
6a) ***Optional*** Install Kernel Of Choice
7) Once install is completed reboot the system and let it boot up
8) After the system has booted up you can reboot into Clockwork and restore your data
***** BEWARE THERE IS A 30 SECOND TO 1 MINUTE LONG BLACK SCREEN BEFORE THE MIUI.US BOOT IMAGE COMES ON. THIS IS NORMAL, JUST WAIT A MINUTE AND YOU'RE BOOT UP WILL START****
***Things to do Upon 1st boot***
-Open MiuiStats from the pulldown and save the preferance to enable reporting, this lets Miui know we're using their ROM and to keep making it for us
-Open the Download Manager and go into the Settings and set the warning limit to 50mb and then turn off the Data download prompt to stop the market not letting you download huge apps. it will only give you a warning to use wifi on files over 50MB, but if uncheck the download on wifi only button and click proceed it'll download even those.
-Open the Play Store and sign into your Google Account
-While everything is Syncing open up Settings and select your google account. Select the option "Location &Settings" and turn it on. This will allow Google Maps and all other Google Services to use GPS for location locks, if you don't do this then GPS will work for all other apps but Google ones
-Open the Permission Manager, this is Superuser for Miui, and click on Manager root apps and turn it on or else your apps won't get superuser permissions. there is a series of 4 or 5 questions it asks before you click accept to root access on apps, so beware.
-Download the following apps
- Voodoo Sound
- Script Manager - this is for supercharging
-Open the Camera as the 1st start up takes a few seconds to a minute to initialize and sometimes it will fc and you'll need to open it again and wait
-Reboot into Clockwork, fix permissions, and Enjoy MI-Roid
****Optional**** Open Script Manager and supercharge your phone - see the FAQ for some important info on supercharging do's and don'ts
-Reboot and Enjoy MI-Roid
I'll post more as i think about it and get to the FAQS section below later tonight and i have screen shots too, just very tired from porting the toolbox and work this weekend
*****FAQS******
Q) What Kernel Is Included with this Rom?
A) Matrix CFS v24
Q) Do I need to flash gapps over this?
A) Nope, the google account framework is included as well as the latest PlayStore.apk, just download whatever apps you want from the Play Store. However here is a link the latest GAPPS working on Miui
Q) When I Send A Text Over 160 characters the reciepient gets a garbled message
A) This won't happen anymore because i modified the app to convert a sms to an MMS as soon as you hit the 160 character limit
Q) How Do I Supercharge My Phone
A) Go here to and download the latest version from zeppelinrox's thread, be sure to thank him too. Once you have downloaded the latest v6 script place it at the "Root" of your SD card. Open up script manager, be sure to give it root access. Select the v6 supercharger scipt and mark the little su icon to run it as su. Click on run, and follow the on screen instructions.
*****This is very important, when setting up your drivers options, do not, i repeat DO NOT select to apply the "Miscellaneous Tweaks & 3G Enhancements", a better version of these are in my init.d scripts!!!!! You also don't need to apply the wheel alignment either as that is another script already provided****
Q) I see lots of apps running when i first start my phone and don't want some of them running
A) Go into the Security Center folder and open the App Manager app, you can use it to select what apps and their services start and run in the background at boot
Q) The stock lockscreen is laggy
A) Yes it is, this is widely known in the Miui community, but it has a plethora of options built into it. If you want a faster one download any v4 theme and go into the theme manager under the mix section and apply it. The same goes for just about any thing or apperance you don't like about stock Miui, you can apply whole themes or just select parts
Nice work. gonna have to try this
Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
Do you need Miui gapps from the site or any gapps will do?
Sent from my Nexus S 4G using xda premium
you don't need gapps, the google framework for google accounts and playstore are included, any other gapps can be downloaded from the market. do not flash gapps from CM or other AOSP roms as you'll get a few apps that shouldn't be there
if for some reason someone needs a certain gapp let me know, but this is the NS4G a CDMA phone only available in the US so we shouldn't have any restrictions on apps
Great work. Thanks for the port.. I've been waiting to try out a JB build of MIUI. You just made my weekend.

No problem, the JB version of Miui is quite nice. if you are going to flash a custom kernel i had the least amount of issues with Mathkids Matrix v23, it has voodoo sound and blinking BLN built in. I just updated my FAQ post but i have had severe issues with several of the other kernels in terms of bluetooth and battery drain so beware
Wow.. finally someone port jb miui for nexus s 4G, thank you

Can anyone post some screenshots?
Not bad! Going to give a run through.. Seems fine so far.
Screenshots attached as requested. This is right after first boot.
This looks AWESOME! I went back to stock jellybean, but I'm going to root and install this later! How does battery life seem so far? Yeah, yeah, I know, give it a couple of days for the kernel to settle, but still... xD
Can anyone trying this confirm if 4g works?

It's a little "heavy" feeling but MIUI isn't exactly a lightweight ROM so I expected that.. I had tried the ICS version and it was unbearable slow.. So far this is pretty damn good all things considering (feature filled custom JB ROM on 2 year old phone)
Nice ROM at lease jellybean miui is fast & smooth when compared to miui ICS which was way to laggy but miui is not my cup of tea I'm rocking Rasbean

[ROM] [4.3] [TW] Pimpdroid 2.1.4 20131229

Pimpdroid 2.1.4
Some of you may know me from my work on the note 1 i717 with Pimpdroid 1.0, and though this ROM shares the name, it is not a continuation of the previous project. More so, I have named this ROM after 1.0 as a sort of ode to fallen projects. My note 1 had broken and I bought an S3, but by that time I already had significant progress on the release of 2.0 - however, much to my dismay, the hard drive containing the majority of my work is now toasted. I mean literally, toasted. It became corrupt and being that it is a really metal idea I gave it a bit of a viking funeral. Anyway, enough of my ranting. I present to you Pimpdroid 2.1.4 for the galaxy S3, based on stock 4.3 touchwiz with quite a few tweaks. Guaranteed at least one "awwwww yeeeeaaa son" per flash.
Features:
-Busybox pre-installed
-(mostly) debloated
-deodexed
- google experience launcher
-some kitkat stock apps
-android black market installed
-lucky patcher installed
-apollo music player
-KNOX removed
-rooted (obviously)
-some systemUI theming
-samsung OTA updater disabled
-some network / wifi speed tweaks
-stability tweaks
-tweaked up system sounds, much less of an ear-sore
-AOSP-esque notification sounds
-xposed + wanam, lockwidget, and loser modules
-pretty well no S-crap left on, if there's anything I've missed let me know so I can kill it. (samsung apps is left there deliberately for the sake of galaxy gear functionality)
>*the following features are toggled in the wanam xposed module*
-adjustable notification typeface
-status bar clock adjustable clock size, AM/PM style, and position
-status bar date on/off
-circleMOD battery
- adjustable system notifications
-adjustable quick tiles settings
-enable lockscreen rotation
-hide battery full notification
-adjustable system sounds
-4 way reboot menu
-disable / enable tethering provisions
-adjustable status bar color
-toggle between permissive and enforcing SELinux
>*the following features are enabled though the loser xposed module*
-volume button music controls
-double tap home button for google voice search
>*the following feature is enabled within xposed (by ticking the relevant module)*
-lockscreen widgets with secure lockscreen
Bugs:
None that I know of. Tell me?
Some notes:
- One thing to keep in mind is that due to the kitkat apps (namely, camera), GOOGLE HANGOUTS is intended to be your primary SMS / MMS app. Do not come to me with any issues regarding other sms/mms apps.
- Also keep in mind that though this ROM is starting to exit its baby stages, It's an early release, and I intend to add much much more to it in the future.
- And lastly, I HAVE NO TIME FOR DRAMA. Nobody is forcing you to use this ROM, if you don't like it flash something else.
With that being said, download links, instructions, and change-log are below. Have fun and happy flashing!
Flashing instructions:
-Full wipe (don't come with issues if you dirty flashed)
-Flash rom
-Do NOT flash any gapps, it's a TW rom they're built in
-reboot and let it sit for about 10 minutes
-enjoy!

It's just the rom, yeah. Should work fine with the 4.1 loader / modem but you might have issues with data, I'm not sure I haven't tried it.
New ROM to play with. Will share my feedback soon :good:

Quick summary of my experience.
Loved how quick it seemed compared to other 4.3 TW I've tried. Liked the KitKat tweaks.
Could not get Wi-Fi to turn on or data to begin with (on SGH-i747, AT&T and was on MG2).
Rebooted to recovery to flash MJ2 bootloader/modem file. That gave me data (but only HSPA, no LTE) but still no Wi-Fi.
Restored nandroid of previous Rom, will be watching for updates! Thank you!
Hi how can i change tw launcher ??
Edit i dont have wifi and data i flashed from 4.3 official
I took a shot with it..
Here are my observations trying to use this with BELL, MK5 modem and DMF1 bootloader.
1.) External SD card indicated "damaged". Card is indeed fine though and TWRP read it w/o issue after rebooting. Quantum Kitkat V3.1 rom recognizes it fine as well.
2.) Wifi doesn't work
3.) APN was missing. No biggie. I added the Bell APN and data worked w/o issue
4.) Missing the LTE data profile although icon showed 4gLTE with the correct APN info.
There was some sort of security scanner running.. I think it was called "Lookout". Not sure what it was at the time (It's a virus scanner) but it made me nervous so I rebooted and restored my backup.
MK5
Strange, wifi and data work fine on my phone, I wonder if it could be due to being built on a Telus base. For those trying this with MK5 did you flash MK5 before or after flashing this rom? And does anyone have a Telus s3 they'd be willing to try this on to see if the problems still exist? If it ends up being a carrier problem I may just do multiple builds.

You probably have to flash a custom kernel to fix WiFi. Use the latest test dkp or the insecure kernel and WiFi should work.

TWISTED MATE 8
If you're like a lot of Nexus users out there and you like your ROM to look and feel like the Nexus series of phones then this ROM is for you. Included and integrated are a ton of Google Apps. This is always based off of the latest stock ROM. It's fast and stable. My goal is to remove as many Huawei apps as I can while still making everything work properly. Requests are welcome but please make them reasonable. Changelogs are in post #2.

Helpful Hints:
-If you're having trouble hitting next after the language screen, remove the HWStartupGuide.apk from the ROM, then dirty flash it.
-Download the removed apps, and remove the apps from the zip you don't want to restore then flash the zip to restore any apps that I removed that you may need or want.
-On first boot you may see some Chinese writing in the lockscreen and the status bar. Go to settings--->K-Settings--->Notification settings and uncheck Show statusbar lunar then go into Lockscreen settings and uncheck Lunar calendar and Desktop weather lunar.
-Flash the Huawei Launcher & Weather zip if you want to use the stock Huawei Launcher with Weather Widget instead of Google Now Launcher.
awesommeeeeeee, first custom(ized) rom for the mate 8, wooohoooo! thanks a lot buddy
questions: quick reboot is basically just soft reboot, right? also, would dpi at 400 be equivalent to the "small" display option in the huawei settings?

Does this rom fix the notifications issues? Such as whatsapp push notifications
well at this point in time its still a bit early to flash this rom as a daily driver, check out the bug list but already subscribed this thread for future developments
I had some root problems with kingroot, ended up flashing SuperSU zip 2.52 and it fixed the problem for me.
Is it only me, or the download link is not clickable?
The ROM is being worked on I'll post the link tonight for those who wanna flash. It's a start.

Yeah it's a soft boot menu. 400 dpi would probably be small but you can always change it in the build.prop.

Move the apps you want from data/app to system/app. That fixes the notifications for me. The same bugs as in stock will carry over to Simply Google until Huawei fixes them.

If you flash any SuperSU with this it won't boot. I'm having a hard time getting things ironed out in Marshmallow. Things are a little different than Lollipop as far as scripts kernels etc....

so working with l29 ?
no root in rom?
I'm speaking from experience, I just flashed this ROM along with SuperSU and it booted just fine the first time. As much as I would love to stay on the ROM, themes don't apply
Awesome. I don't mind the Huawei GUI, but would prefer stock Android. Would it be possible to post a screen shot? Would it be likely to support OTA updates? I'm still on the Chinese ROM and wasn't going to change until saw some benefit.
it will definitely not support ota updates...

So you installed the rom and flashed SuperSU right after you installed? The themes don't do much without the stock Launcher. I made this to be quite a bit independent of the Huawei apps.

No you won't get stock ota updates on most custom roms but it's easy to flash back to stock. Just backup your stock rom before you flash so you can always go back to complete stock.

You can always restore to previous state with your backup!
Also, "removed" apps can be found at the /system/_debloat_backup/ folder.
I tried it n nougat and it does not seem to work.
I changed the debloat script so less apps are getting moved but the result it is that some apps such as Facebook are not moved at all and some others seem to be moved if you look in the backup folder but those apps can still be launched and they seem to work fine.
What can be going on?

It did work! These crapywares are installed during first boot as regular apps, that's why they keep installed and running even after the debloat script.
To get rid of em all, try to uninstall them, or better yet, enter /data/app/ and delete their respective folders, then reboot.

yup easy enough to get it back. i couldn't narrow down which app/combination of apps kills the phone call out. surprisingly calls in, sms, mms, 3g/4g internet all still works though.
I noticed the Dual Sim setting gets greyed out after running the debloat. so it must have something to do with that.

I have a question, what is 'device-monitor' and 'CrashMonitor' ?
Especially, that device-monitor apk more battery drain.

devicemonitor - is related to the debugging and usage stats service, which collects anonymous data and sends them to sony to improve the updates... Useless imo!!
crashmonitor - maybe same kind of crap (to be confirmed).
Can I install these with the sony stock patch from adrian?
