[Q] Flipless Wallet Case - Moto X Accessories

Is there a case on Amazon or some other marketplace that has pockets in the rear to hold cards and cash? I'm not a fan of the flip cover case.

I bought a little pocket that adheres to the phone or a case from bed, bath, and beyond. I think it was $5 for two of them. Fits 3-4 cards. I really liked them. I'll find a link and post again.

Pretty close to what I have, though Bed, Bath, and Beyond had multiple colors.

Advantage of Case over Pouch for mobile phones?

Hi am confused to get a case or a pouch for my samsung galaxy ace..i want to be stylish for my smart phone so what's your suggestion??
My friends say case is better for phone that would protect the phone but i fell when i put a case my phone looks like a soap box!!
Go for Case mate or SGP shell (case)
Both are good .
---------- Post added at 05:22 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:18 PM ----------
And yep case is better than pouch. usage of mobile is very flexible with case.
definitely a case. pouch only look nice but doesn't really help when you drop your phone because most of "phone drop" cases happen when phones were being used and that's outside it's pouch.
Yeah ..it is really good to put the case cover..
if anytym the phone gets dropped mistakenly ..it wont affect ur phone..
To be honest..To walk around with a pouch makes you look like a super nerd..
i like a neet and durable case

$1 defender knockoff with free screen protector and stylus!

So I was looking through eBay looking for a case and I came upon this
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Defender-Ha...t=LH_DefaultDomain_0&var=&hash=item3f1a9d89d8
Hmmm for a dollar I'll buy it for a rainy day what do ya think?
I know it's for the I9300 but the dimensions are all the same.
EDIT mod please delete apparently it's a bait and switch when you select a color for the case price goes to $10

The styluses are 99 cents, the actual cases are $9.99. Try again.

If you have a flea market anywhere near you...just go there.
This case is very very very popular at most flea markets and sells for anywhere from $5 -10 dollars.
If anyone needs one, PM and we can arrange it some how...I will get it for you.
I had that case, and it was okay. Didnt like the size of the lip that surrounds the edges of the screen, made home button pressing annoying. A piece on the kickstand eventually broke and was hard to keep attached. And it added a bit of bulkyness. Otherwise the case was fine, but i switched to another eventually.
don't get that, the plastic shell at the front, has protruding plastic which is quite sharp, so with any pressure applied on the case from the front it will cut your screen protector or leave marks on your gorilla glass. I wasted 2£ on that lol

Review: DBA Cases Thin Grip

This review is quick and dirty. I was lucky to receive a case from DBA Cases. I didn't think I'd like the case, but I was wrong. There is no bulk and the Thin Grip resolves the slippery phone issue. This case is now my daily. Keep an eye out for a chance to win a DBA Cases Just Like Glass Screen Protector! It's my next XDA exclusive giveaway.

The case is made with the same material found in bullet resistant glass and materials in a F22 Fighter Jet cockpit. I questioned this, but with a little bit of flexing, it was there. The cuts and finish are next to flawless. One of the best I've seen so far. The case does lock in place, so you don't have to worry about it falling offer like other cases.
There is enough room for the edges to keep the screen off the surface you put it down on. You can see that the button cut outs are very generous and easy to use. I would have prefer the logo be on the inside for a cleaner look, but that's just my preference. The soft finish seems to hold up. Hopefully it doesn't peel like other cases.
Using "Olympics" on your order will give you 20% off!
This is one case that I am adding to my personal collection. I'm really like how thin the case is. It's not as flimsy as the Feather cases. I don't see it cracking like they do.
The case is $21.99 at DBA Cases. It is available in Black, Blue Slate, Maroon, Silver and Snow.
DBA Cases also offers an impressive screen protector. Just Like Glass

I have a Curved Crystal on it now. Should be fine. The edges cover up right around the bezel. It may push up some wet application types depending on how close they are.
The Curved Crystal is a bit flimsy and covers up to the edge. So I feel most will fit fine.

It's still good, however one of our programmers broke the site and it's being restored from a back-up right now.
In order to use the code you do have to be registered in the system - buying as a guest won't work.

Thanks for reviewing our case.
The paint should never peel. We used three layers on it and it covers the entire case - even the inside. I've tried to mark it with my fingernail and it doesn't even mark easily. If it does you can rub it out. We had them done at a special paint factory so get the best coating, they coat the entire case at once - so there are no ridges or inconsistencies.
Most screen protectors should work. We could not have cut the case any further from the glass without having it fall out. It does grab the bezel so there is no way it will fall off accidentally. In fact it takes a bit of effort to get it off (I recommend the bottom first).
It was a very expensive case to make but it's meant to cover a very expensive phone so we didn't take any shortcuts.
If you're interested in our Just Like Glass screen protector we just released a demonstration video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u3oZvd1W5xw&feature=youtu.be

Perfect thickness to keep the camera off the table. Just enough room to keep the screen lifted as well.
Key cut outs are way more than generous.
I love it!

Thin Grip v. Ultra?
I'm inclining to the Ultra for greater protection. My wife is undecided between the Ultra and the Thin Grip. In addition to seeing photos with the blue S3, it would be helpful to (1) see side-by-side photos and (2) compare physical specifications.
Relatedly, if we order, when should we expect delivery (to Greater Boston)?

I had 140 photo's taken just for the white version. I considered doing the blue but then Samsung released another three or four colors. I think the white is the best to show off the true color of the case. There is no way I can put up over 1000 pictures on the site.
We are developing a color chooser so people can see what a combination of TPU color and PC color will look like.
If you need greater protection get the Ultra. It's very light and very nice to hold on to. It also gives you the ability to order for half the price other colors to change the look of the case.
The Thin Grip is for people who don't like cases - after a few days you won't notice you have a case on. It has protection but it's minimal. I actually prefer this type of case myself. However the Ultra turned out so well I carry both of them with me.
The Thin Grip is .4 OZ while the Ultra is about 1 OZ. So we're talking very light.
The Ultra is just a little thicker than the slim grip.
If you pick a color I can take a picture on my fake blue S3. I don't know how close it is to the real color but it's the dummy model used at Verizon. I have only one blue but I do have three whites.
All of the other pictures are on the site. And today Amazon put nearly everything in stock.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

I believe we have most countries on the site. We have a flat shipping rate for International deliveries of $11.50.
If it doesn't work email [email protected] and we'll add the country.
Also we have a brand new site coming this week which will make it much easier to order internationally hopefully with prices directly from the USPS.

Interestingly when we first built the site we didn't anticipate international orders.
However since then we've shipped to the UK, Australia, Israel, Canada and a bunch of others I can't remember because it's 6AM here.
The new site will be far more robust when it comes to shipping. However everything will still ship from our fulfillment center. They are very good at getting orders out the door as fast as possible.
Most of our stuff hit Amazon today - I don't know what they charge for international of if it's even set up. I'll look into it.

Every time I ask my fulfillment center that questions they answer 7-10 days no matter where.
It will probably arrive sooner than you think.

It's funny that...

all these cases have cut outs for the rear cover eject button.
The Ringke onyx case does not have the cut out but yes I do have some caes that have the cut out.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01K5I9CB4
The Ringke Fusion has an indent where the button is but it doesn't go all the way through. My guess is that some manufacturers were too lazy to just make it as an indent instead of an all out hole.
I think they probably thought it was a port when receiving specifications for the phone prior to release.

It looks to be the cheap Chinese mass produced cases for the most part. Probably they made cases based on renders and measurement specifications without knowing the functions of the phone or having the phone in hand. I'm always leery of those because how good can the case be if the designers didn't have the phone in hand to create it.

Might want to look again next time you have it off the phone. It's definitely there. Otherwise, the pop would be attempting to pop off.

Any Good Cases for Phab 2 (no pro/no plus)?

Slim pickings so I see on the usual sources and those I do see don't offer much protection. Additionally, this thing is pretty darned slick, perilous one handing.
http://m.ebay.es/sch/i.html?_nkw=ph...l1313.TR0.TRC0.Xphab+2+cover&sqp=phab+2+cover
I have a couple cases coming from China... One just a TPU case and the other a hybrid case with a kickstand. There are US suppliers now on eBay and/or Amazon for more $$$ for these items. Pickings are still very slim. I managed to pick a regular Phab2 up locally and am looking forward to testing it soon. Tempered glass coming as well but the Chinese vendors were slow to ship those. All can be found on Ali Express.
Update: I can now add that the Phab2 Plus case with a kickstand listed below - the top holes for the earbuds and microphone are in different locations, and it will not work without modification. The basic TPU case specifically for the Phab2 that comes in five colors works as expected.

Why nobody Makes a good case for this phone is beyond me. The Phab2 and the Phab2 Plus were released the same time and all the good cases are for the Phab2 Plus. Sucks....
I have this device for exactly a month now. After i got it i went to cyberzone to look for tempered glass and hard cases, unfortunately i only got tempered glass that time and it was not fully cover, there's a small inch to a screen they left. Anyways its better than having nothing, at least temporary. For the hard cases i only got silicone case, i just printed an aesthetic picture (anything u desire) then cut it as big as the phone then i put it inside my case so my case wouldnt just be plain (the backside of the phone). Ill update if i got some cool hard cases.
