The tool can't detect my 616!What can i do?

My HTC isn't rooted. Suddenly it doesn't take boot just stuck on the powered by android screen. And its a reason so tool can't detect my phn and can't complete the process. Plz hlp

Phone dont need boot, Computer will auto detect phone if you had installed driver of SP flash tool, you can search google do install driver for it

wipe
install stable cm 10.1 (needed for firmware files)
install my .zip on top
reboot
that should be it
so i just flashed this on my phone im stuck after the HTC logo after that its only black screen then nothing happens

am using lt18i I have unlocked the boot loader, unable to flash rom. can anyone explain me the procedure to put on. I did the above procedure but not able to done. when I install the zip the message shows that "installation aborted". and display is stuck at legacy xperia.

CivZ-Touch 6.0.4.4 shows wrong phone model number,denied to install roms.
Hi All,
I downloaded CivZ-Touch 6.0.4.4 for my GT-N5100 and successfully installed it on my Samsung Galaxy Not 8.0 GT-N5100.
After that,I tried to installed CyanogenMod 12 rom first but it was denied as the error says this device is GT-N5110.
Well,I don't get it at all.
So,should I try to reflash cwm again?
If so,how do I do it?
Just flash from cwm again?
Please,much need help indeed.
