[Q] Dream League Soccer on kindle hdx - Kindle Fire HDX 7" & 8.9" Themes and Apps

Hi All,
Is there anyway to get this app to work on an unrooted kindle fire hdx ? My son is driving me crazy !
I can download the app with out any issue but when it opens it says it needs to connect to the play store to download data ? As I cant ( yet) root this kindle I don't think the Google play store can be installed ?
Any help or tips would be very much appreciated.
Many thanks

You could manually copy over the game's resources (known as the OBB file).

Thanks for the quick reply. I have tried to download the obb seperatly from 1market App Store when I downloaded the game.
I've copied it into a new folder I created following the instructions on the market place and put this folder in the android - obb folder at which point the Dream league soccer logo appears on the folder...
Is there anything else I should be doing to activate the file in some way ? I know the instructions say to install but not open before putting the file in place .
Thanks again for the quick response and trying to help - sorry if I am missing something !

Did you get an answer to this??

I need help!

Hello people, I need real help here, I just got the Sony Xperia Play today, and I got it for the sake of the gaming experience especially after passing on your forums... can you tell me, how to start with it?

Thanks

just type in google fpse setup guide and make sure your ps1 games are in iso format and you need a ps1 bios file to get full performance and to save your games
You'll need an app installer.
Put the APK on yer phone memory card, navigate to it from the app installer.
You'll need another folder for the BIOS/Images(roms).
FPSE will let you navigate to these, its kinda easy after that.
Thanks guys but still I know nothing, I don't know where to put the fpsec, I just plug the mobile the tools open up on my PC, I can browse the SD, and that's all, where should I put it? at what folder? where can I browse it from? those basic questions... thanks
Can anybody tell me where can I put it on my SD and where can I navigate it from on the phone?
FpseCE is for Windows Mobile, you need the version that is on Google Play.
Also, do what Shaun27 said

Just look up tutorials online. It's really not difficult. No need to create a thread about this.

Where can I find the PS free ones?
You have to rip the CDs that you have bought and play them

[Q] C1905 Google Play Store: location of downloaded apps not installed yet

Hi! That's my first message here
Just got an Xperia M as gift, and being it my 1st android phone i'm still trying to figure things out.
First things first: phone is successfully rooted, and im navigating into it with root explorer
My problem:
i have little free space left (80megs) , and got a pair of big games which managed to download themselves on the phone, but refused to install (dead trigger 2, 250megs)
This mean that when i go on the google play store page of that app i get directly the "install" button, so the game .apk must be somewhere on the phone storage.
Where is it located?
Where does google play store store the downloaded .apk files before installation?
I tried to look at the locations cited in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1699698
but couldnt find anything, so i guess Sony must have moved that cache folder somewhere else on the phone.
Does anyone know the exact location?
Thanks in advance for the answer

[Q] Need help solving this issue: Cannot find storage. Is SDCard mounted?

I rooted my Ouya and installed busybox. Then Xposed framework and finally the Play Store. I downloaded GTA III 10-year anniversary from the play store (because I bought for my tablet before). Anyway, I left it installing the 1,21 GB on its own and then whenever I try to play it, it says: Cannot find storage. Is SDCard mounted? with one button only which is Exit.
I replaced the vold.sftab file with the one from the USB fix hoping that it will fix the problem, but unfortunately it didn't. Am I missing something here? The game version is 1.4
Any help would be appreciated.
Try deleting the data and starting the game. It may download the data again and then work. I had the game working by simply sideloading it before I did any hacks, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Sure you can...
on your XBMC/KODI pc goto System - settings - add ons -get add ons - Kodi add-on repo - programsAdd-ons and get Backup.
Once you've done that, Open BackUp and configure the path where you want to save your backup. Usually a folder in ur pc where you can be able to access it from Amazon Firetv within your network.
while you are on the BackUp Add-on configuration section.. make sure you go to FileSelection and tick all the options except for the Custom ones and hit ok,
Then Open Backup Add-on and make a backup of your current XBMC/KODI.
You have to install the same BackUp Add-on into you Amazon Firetv configure the path where you saved the file of your backup on your pc and hit saved. Then go back to it and open it up and hit restore from backup.. will show usually some numbers which are the date and time of the latest backup. And there you have it. All the add ons and all from your XBMC/Kodi into your AFTV.
I hope it was clear enough to understand.
Good luck!
Thanks so much..

You need to sideload apps (apk files) using adb or utilize an app like adbfire.
