[THEME][APP] Tmobile Visual Voicemail - T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4 Themes and Apps

This is a T-mobile Visual Voicemail app that has been themed, and 99% De-Pinked. Use root explorer and copy to
/system/app over writing the old one. Fix permissions to r-r-rw, and reboot.
Hit the thanks button if you like it.

That's cool thanks for this

I don't remember what thread it was but here's the APK I uploaded to my Dropbox.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/qndw4u5rj1r1nhu/Vvm_TMO.apk?dl=0

did not work for me
hey there, I copied and pasted to my system/app file and changed permissions to r--r--rw as you said, or in my case, as my phone shows it, rw--r--r, but I still did not get the same result as what your pic showed. Is there something I did wrong here?

if you are on the most recent version of the app, it may not install over it, i would either uninstall it or if you are not rooted try to find a lower version and install over that. kind of like a downgrade. it works for me but the playstore wants to update it. just dont let it

After much messing around with my phone, I finally decided to go into system/app and delete the original vvm file, and then go into app manager and turn it off, and uninstall it. I then copied this file over to my sd card, pushed it to sys/app and then rewrote the permissions, rebooted, and FINALLY HAVE THE DARK THEMED VVM!!! Now, whether it stays like that or not, that is to be determined!! But thanks for all the help guys!!:victory:

New Transparent Google Market 2.3.6

Here's a nice version of the Google Market, based on the latest Market version 2.3.6. It has a blue theme with a translucent background, so you can see your homescreen wallpaper through the Market App.
Just over-write your vending.apk with this one. It's either in /system/app or data/test/froyo/system/app depending on how you installed Market in the first place.

Yeah, some parts didn't come out correctly. I pulled it from a custom CM7 rom, and the text background doesn't show on my phone, but on Archos the text color is inverted. Strange, but still better than the stock version.
maybe I am doing this wrong or missed at step but it didn't work for me. I downloaded opened with Astro file Manager tried to upgrade and it failed installation. I am nonrooted running stock Archos 70IT software.

You need root access to do this. You might be able to copy the apk to the data/app directory, or data/test/froyo/app, if you don't have root with R/W access.
seems pretty~ but any other color?
Probably somewhere, but all I have is blue.
Yikes... I can't seem to get this to work. I am rooted and tired using Astro but it won't let me replace it. Oh well! It sure does look pretty.

You will need to use Root Explorer or ADB to replace it. Astro doesn't use root permissions, so even if you are rooted, Astro is not.

Um, you did a full reformat, and you think it still has something to do with it? There's no way. All you had to do was delete the apk that you put in the wrong place, besides, there's only a couple places you could put it that it would even be recognized.
Sorry for the trouble, but it's unrelated to my apk.
nice!
no more boring market!
OMG ! Thanks dude !
It worked ! OMG !
THANKS !
Hitted the "Thanks" button btw
I tried it, but when you open the detail page of an app, some fields are white. So I like the normal market more, but it's a nice idea.

Odex system files.

Trying to push system odex files, from a different ROM to my current. I've fixed permissions, etc. I can't get it to install. Btw, its the sense clock widget. No matter what I do, I can't find it in the widget list. Even after a reboot. What am i missing? The ROMs are compatible, same Sense version. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you, but I just restored a nandroid. I was trying to get the EVO classic minimal flip clock on my current hybrid. I'm gonna look at the EVO mikg hybrid. It got a theme with the same clock.

Hey Chad, what's up man. It's been awhile.
Hey @metalfan78 great mod! How do I edit the dialer sounds? I just flashed the "all in one flashable" but the dial sound when I dial numbers are still the droplet sound. TIA man.
Really? Try pushing the SecContacts apk to priv-app, change permissions and reboot. Did the system-wide sounds change?
Just in case, this is what the permissions should look like

Maybe my zip got corrupted, I checked it and flashed it this morning and all sounds changed. Can you re-download and reflash? If it still doesn't change the dialer let me know.

Maybe this don't matter but all I see in priv-app is secteleservice.apk. Appears to be the same app. Or could be because I'm running MOAR.

What apk is this?

Can anyone tell me what apk this icon is from? (the second on the left)
I want to put it as my notificationbar icon, as the other isn't looking good on the M9 (which it was on other phones ), but don't know what apk it's from..
It's from "Please sign in to your HTC account", but when i pressed it, it logged into fb and that's that, couldn't find it in recent apps or thought about using catlog

Not in there either. I did a logcat, and i think i've found what app, though not 110% sure haha (PNSClient.apk) (nope, neither -.- ) : http://pastebin.com/DwLvK0pF (i had the icon (and signin warning) come up when i plugged in my usb, cleared logcat and started a new one while i signed in.
So i hope that's the one as that was the only obvious thing in the log to me.
I really want this icon as all others from venom hub are sooooooooo stretched when it comes to the HTC icons
Still looking for this, I know now (due to long pressing the notification) that it's "HTC Account", so I've downloaded the apk but still can't find the image file that is being used there..
Maybe it's somewhere in the system folder (or wherever the stock icons are being kept) and triggered with just a command that the apk gives instead of it actually being in the apk itself...
Anyone still here that can help me get this image? So I can finally get rid of the ugly one that's obviously not sized for this phone.
@sausje85

If I have some time this weekend, I'm going to try it. But first I have to get TWRP and root going,, lol
I'm going to try and contact TBO for some more info on it also.
UPDATE: Heard back from one of the TBO devs already. I asked if it would work on a Pixel running 7.1.1
"Backup, flash it and see. Not sure you'll have any issues but should be fine."
I know, not a whole lot to go by, but at least I heard back, and pretty quickly , heh

Cool. Let us know... Maybe make a better video, too.
Another user chimed in with this:
"TBO's PixelLauncher works just fine with my Pixel on 7.1.1. The zips don't flash to the right location, though, so you may be better off extracting the APK and manually moving it to /system-root/system/priv-app/NexusLauncherPrebuilt with a root file manager. I renamed the existing apk first in case of problems. You will need to set permissions on the new apk.
I recommend having a second launcher installed in case things go south. I'm hearing mixed results with restores from TWRP.
You don't need the wallpaper app."

Thanks for doing that Mental!
But what finally ended up making it work was:
Extracting the APK and manually moving it to /system-root/system/priv-app/NexusLauncherPrebuilt, rename it to NexusLauncherPrebuilt.apk and setting the permissions, like the original one, with a root file manager.
First I renamed the original one with a .old on the end, as a precaution.
