This was the wrong section anyway.

There is already a thread on this and this was posted in the incorrect forum
This thread closed please direct to original thread.

Clear_notify.exe : Please Post this EXE

I tried searching this software on this site, I cant find a download for it.
This software is loaded into the startup folder and clears any duplicates of notifications. Ensures alarms work in PPC.
I think scarybear software developed it, and they have removed the link.
PLEASE post a version here for downloading.
PLEASE state version number if you can
PLEASE state your device OS ( ie WM5, WM2003, etc).
Thanks in advance.
I found this :
I think its the same thing.

Wrong forum for this sort of question....
Your kidding, question about custom software on development forum. Mate cut back on the beers !
Err.... questions about *software* in the *Accessories* forum? There are better forums on this website for your kinda question. That's all.
This Accessories forum tends to be about hardware: cases, car kits, holders, GPS etc. The general 'Universal' forum might be more appropriate.
Here you go...

Rooted desire asks for update

Hello i got a rooted desire i updated before rooting but yesterday i said new software update availble i downlaoded it but dont kno if i should apply a lil help on what to do would be nice PS: does anyone kno how to fix the desire so it doesnt leave the deinstal application stuff on the rom

Please do not post question threads in Development.
Post What Where:
General - general technical discussion items, news, anything else that does not fit into the other fora categories.
Q&A (Questions and Answers) - all questions, irrespective of type, get posted in here whether they be theme related, accessory related, technical, etc.
Accessories - any items to do with components and/or accessories relating to your device.
Rom Development - only meant for very advanced technical discussion directly related to ROM development activity and the delivery of actual ROMs and ROM components ONLY. Nothing else goes in here.
Themes & Apps - anything to do directly with the development of themes and/or applications. Nothing else goes in here.
menu> settings> about phone> system software updates> scheduled check...un-check it
(but it shouldn't really check for updates if you are rooted)

Rom OP Format...DEVS READ PLEASE

Below is a format that should be used as an example of how a rom thread should look. It doesnt have to be exact. I suggest that you stay creative and use all the features in the advanced panel when creating a thread.
1. Name of rom, team, etc
2. Introduction
3. Changelog in code or php tags
4. What's included in the rom in the (apps, tweaks, scripts, addons, mods) in code of php tags
5. What works/what doesn't work in code or php tags
6. Credits (Users name-with link to (profile/github/or thread u got tweak from embedded), and what they did to help you)
7. Screenshots (2-10 different screenshots of different aspects of rom)
8. Kernel with either link to thread you got it from or github (if stock sense or cm please state that and that is enough)
9. Instructions on how to install the rom (also if special instruction for a2sd or beats audio...etc)
10. Do's and Don'ts of the rom
11. Questions & Answers section (I find this helpful to write out asked questions with solutions at the bottom of the op. I find that it cuts down on the question being asked a million times)
12. Finally the dl link
13. Additional add-ons (this can go into first post or reserved posts after)
I find the embedded link looks and feels better throughout the op if possible.
All sections should have a header with enlarged text and spaced out so people can read it easily.
I am hoping that this helps to make this section a little cleaner and easier. enjoy
The way I look at this is that it takes US weeks/days/hours to make these roms....we can take the time out to make sure that the op looks professional and clean
Also Make sure the op is fully ready before posting. I know we all get excited to release a rom but stating that half the stuff will be updated as time permits just shows that you are lazy and in a hurry which doesnt look good cause if thats the case then how does your rom run....
No posting a a rom thread without a DL link either

Why are there no Downloads available ?

Hello,
maybe one of you can help out with an actual tutorial/step by step and avialable and actual download links ?
i have here an Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 of an Friend and he want to use it with his german SIM Card. The device itsels is from and locked with
DRE Three (3 Hutchison) SIM network lock from Austria.
Android 4.1.2 ( Flashed back to it from Lineageos 14.1 )
TWRP (also back to stock for 4.1.2)
And this guys from Three want 50€ for an Unlock for a Smartphone that is so old and no longer in a contract. Thats rediculous.
So when i understand it corretly if the old method doesnt work because there is no entry
Service MENU: *#197328640# or with other like Lineageos *#*#197328640#*#*
MENU NOT EXIST
Current Command is 186
A simple way is to flash a new Modem ?!
Or change/flash a nv_data.bin ?!
The Problem with your website here is that the informatiosn are spread around everywhere and when you have found a good thread than the Downloads got removed like here:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/general/17-02-2013-samsung-network-sim-unlock-t1731931
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/general/leaked-firmware-i9300xxugmk6-android-4-t1835931
Why isnt the OLDER version of the Unlocker available ?
Why got the firmware Downloads removed and not replaced ???
Why no Info ? Links ? Why everything so complicated ?
Also for other models not only this old one.

I don't have this variant myself and it looks like your inquiring about "SIM Unlocking" the device.
The following thread should still be good for what you're looking to do that's specific to your device and variants. Don't be afraid to ask for some member guidance within it too.

If necessary (and you don't receive any responses from the above thread) you can always try to obtain some member guidance within the following Q&A thread that's specific to your device and variants as well.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2690307
EDIT: I had just noticed the following thread and wanted to bring it to your attention as well since it also seems (not completely sure) to be regarding your topic as well.

Good Luck!
