Xperia Liquid - Bootanimation
Please click 'like' if you like my project
Hello everyone,
I finally made my second bootanimation for the Xperia series. This one Is called Liquid Z and is intended for sony's flagship series, but I can add Liquid X (Xperia) also if you want (Other devices).
As always, there is both a 720p Version and a 1080p version, and I gladly accept your requests or commentary!
If you're interested, here's my first animation: http://forum.xda-developers.com/cro...mes-apps/bootanimation-xperia-circle-t3049226
I hope you'll enjoy it!
Kind regards,
Deleunes254

No, it was on request. Maybe it works with you i don't know :/ I'm still looking into it but i don't have much time till Saturday. It won't put your phone in bootloop or something like that tho. If you want to test: Download a random FLASHABLE bootanimation, so in case the bootanimation hangs, just flash the other bootanimation and your phone will boot

Yeah? Awesome! Could you tell me which device you're running?

Thanks to @Furrydaus, I found out what the problem was. The file size was too big for some devices like the xperia SP (my device) but OK enough for other devices. I'll make a new version, slightly lower quality but not noticeable, tomorrow or the day after. I'm also making a Lollipop material themed style bootanimation for the ones who are interested.

Found out that only a few phones show problems, probably because some rooting errors or rom faults. Normally safe to use!

Very cool.... Thanks alot worked great/looks great.
Looks good... however for some reason it reminds me a lot of a Windows boot screen.
That is just amazing right there, thats the best boot ive seen since the droidx red eye bootanimation.
Thank for posting this.
Here's a preview gif, feel free to put in the OP if you want:

If you push to there, it overwrites the "default". if you put in /data/local/ you can remove it and restore the default boot animation.
Can someone make this a flashable .zip?
edit: did it myself, have at it

why thank you, ill deff post this and the other modified version up in the OP, just been busy so im sorry if i replied late
Red version didnt work!!!
so i fixed it . the zip file was compressed so the phone wouldnt read it. ignore the last statement i was still really new to bootanimations
here is the fixed file link
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=VFWQX5XQ
Is there a version of this that is all colors, doesn't switch to just blue in the middle? (and doesn't have the droid?)
Not entirely sure why, but it seems like it's skipping a few frames on my G1. It jumps when it goes to and from cyan. That was with the bootanimation.zip, I'll try the flash one and see if it is any different.
wow this is sick ty
dayum dis is pretty nice! i like dat red!

This occurs for me on the G1 using the flashable version. Not complaining at all just an FYI, I'm not surprised at all given the G1's hardware
Either way it looks great, thanks OP and others who contributed to this.

[Bootanimation] The Matrix Scrolling Letters

I take no credit for the animation, originals are from here:
http://infectionist.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1988
I just resized and edited for the G1.
Thanks to Six6Sicks for help getting it working (and the demo image).
It loops the scrolling, but comes in from black only once.

No, many were even more obscure than oriental language characters.

[BootAnimation] Samsung Logo Boot Animation (New style)

SAMSUNG LOGO BOOT ANIMATION for CM9, CM10, CM10.1
This is a Samsung boot animation, it is not the actual animation found on newer Samsung phones like the Galaxy S3 (it's more like a replica based on it) but it looks almost exactly like it. (it should work on other HDPI devices not just Galaxy W)

BootAnimation - WatchDogs (Update - Now with sound)

Hey guys, I own a Xperia SP and I've made some bootanimations for it. My friend owns a Moto G and wanted me to port a watchdogs bootanimation for him. Since Xperia SP and Moto G have same screen resolution, it was quite easy for me. So here I am sharing it with you guys so you can enjoy too

Download Link (Portrait) - https://www.mediafire.com/?x5880v6u11kf7w7

Note - If your phone is in silent/vibrate mode you won't be able to hear sound. Please make sure that sound is full to hear it while booting.

can you do one of Halo or any other FPS but with sound and taking a scene from a video just like this, i've been requested one, but none in here seems to like Games. In my case i don't like a lot Watch Dogs, but i will apreciate if you do one from any other game with Sound.
This is how BootAnimations should be

Installing/Downloading
This works with CM13 and any other rom with Theme Chooser. If you are NOT using a rom with Themes, use the manual .zip method.
APK CYANOGEN THEMES METHOD (NO ROOT):
IF YOU ARE USING CM, USE THIS! You dont need root for this as I have managed to compile it into a Cyanogen Themes apk. Just install it, choose modify chosed theme, scroll to bootanimation, click applied bootanimation and select Wileyfox Boot. Then press off the selection and press the tick. Done!
MANUAL .ZIP METHOD:
Download the zip file below. Then place it on your device. Then navigate to /system/media and backup the current zip. Then simply go to where you put the zip you downloaded and copy it to /system/media. Then, set permissions to rw-r--r--.
Download from attached files below.
Please let me know if you like it and if you have any suggestions on improving it, please feel free to say in a reply. Thanks,
Jev
