I don't have this G1-walphone phone. But I have MT6577 base phone released by Zyrex Vendor the name is OneScribe ZA985. Most of MT6577 phone using identic hardware. Did sameone can post here the scatter emmc file so I can check, probably I can safely flash this ROM to my phone. I believed Mediatek provide hardware and software source, thus vendor did not make any specific things in the phone. It will be more helpful if someone can post the partition layout of this phone ..... many thanks

Much of my development trying is on hold because XDA doesnt allow me to comment on the forums becauze i am new.. Been here since 2012, became a member this year august... i dont want to spam, otherwise i would have made 10 posts here and there... today tried to revise a comment and have to wait 5 mins?????????????????? seriously?????? until i become a member, i cannot depend on XDA... though i am a user, i am limited to posting. there are worse newbies as members screwing up their devices bcz they cnt follow instructions. To make it easy for me, i made a blog to post about MTK development. have an s3MTK and a note 2 clone MTK...you can see
Anyway, i have it rooted.. and i have a back up of current rom in my computer as well (using sp flasher) no issues noticed.. CWM also installed.
Id like to know what to expect... if it 'may"work, i'd like to try...and in the process, seek assistance from you
Best regards

you have written a lot of things ...
well now if you have your backup then you can take a little risk and flash this rom if you want ..
What i will recomend is do a clockwork mod backup and then try to flash this rom without recovery.img .. in case any thing goes wrong then you will be able to restore the backup form cwm recovery ...

There are successful ? i hope somebody test it.
Can anyone help me out flashing this device please?
I tried to install chainire 3d drivers and now my device is bootlooping.... I searched for a solution but I need a secound opinion
:crying:
Hi, as this is a international site I will speak in english for other users too. While I haven´t flashed the Wiko you can download the stock rom and make a recovery. Just google wiko jinny rom and you´ll have the list of stock roms ( as is my first post I can´t put links )
If before the bootloop you made a backup of the system, better. Just go to recovery and restore.
I guess you bought it in Box Jumbo store. The Wiko Jimmy seems to be a pretty standard android device and beside the irritating launcher when out of box ( with double tap icons and voice ) just do a factory reset and you´ll get a mostly stock android rom.
I rooted mine with kingo root and it identified as a HTC Dream (!!!) so try at your own risk with roms for this model.

OK, maybe I'm dumb, but I've tried hard to re-flash my phone and nothing worked . Although I did everything by the book (or so it seemed) - installed MTK drivers suite and the latest SP Flash Tool. But if the phone is powered off nothing happens.
I think we (or at least people like me) need a comprehensive flashing guide for this pup.
On the other hand, Elephone has released several beta versions of an app called ELE flash, pretty similar with UMI's Rootjoy. The official page is down (due to ”working on an Android 5.+ version”), but I'm wondering if any of you guys happen to have the latest beta.
I think my son has the beta of eleflash.apk on his phone. I will ask him on weekend if your still interested. I downloaded it about a week ago from Elephone but I can't find link again now.

Thanks, mate. But it doesn't work. No ELE Flash beta works with Lollipop. That's the reason they've taken down the link and the app.
Meanwhile I became more accustomed to SP Flash Tool and successfully flashed it several times over.
Cheers!
Eleflash doesn't give you a good support, If install Flyme it is Ok, but you cant install Eleflash fro Flyme ROM, just SP flash will help.
So not solving anithing

So I recently installed Fulmics 3.7 but found that it still has BT issues on the F400K making it impossible to sync with my Gear Live.
I started searching and found the KDZ files for MM for my phone but was unable to find any simple debloated/rooted ROMs made from them.
What I'm looking for is a ROM that simply works, nothing fancy or flashy. Can anyone point me in a good direction?
I would like to stick to MM if possible but am not totally married to the idea.
I made a post in the Android MM discussions thread asking about whether my SIM would be locked to some Korean carrier if I updated (bought the phone in Asia and now use it in the US, was already rooted when I purchased it and not sure if the original setup was locked to a Korean carrier) so if someone replies and says it will work I may just flash the KDZ and then root afterward.
Anyway, if anyone could put in their two cents I would really appreciate it
@cliffordconradsumner , flashing KDZ will not lock it to Korean carrier. If your are looking for stable stock based rom, I would recommend to download and install below. Found it from lgviet, it is modified by member Tizen. I used all other roms including Fulmics but reverted back to it as everything works on it.
Rom Download Link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-V6jOenWB4sOVNFUmhRcXZSZ2M/view
File Addition : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-V6jOenWB4sRnRCSTBwdmM2MXM/view
Installation Instructions:
You must be on Stock Lollipop, rooted and TWRP recovery installed.
Full wipe (Date, system, cache, Dalvik)
Install the rom by choosing your variant and reboot. (DO NOT install file addition zip at this point)
Once you complete initial setup, reboot into recovery with Quickboot app (already included in recovery) and now install File addition zip. (downloaded above from 2nd link). Reboot your cell and enjoy.
Thanks so much for the info! I'm doing a search for lgviet not to try and find the rom to read up a little more about it. Is there a thread here on XDA?
