This is simple bootloop. Try wiping device and flashing ROM.

Yes indeed, if we use g3u_defconfig. But I'm trying use config kernel from CM10 and still running well (dunno it would boots or not? )

Hmm so what issues are we talking about here, I made little to no effort to make this boot and so far it looks pretty stable i am about to start working on it and source will be on my git soon

Well, problem isn't compile cyanogen sources with working hero vendor. Problem is that last working vendor I know was LoxK with some fixes from mr.Whitehead.
I would like to support your effort, but I have to say that I always ended with compiled update.zip which simply never booted.
why don't u guys fork my heroC vendor tree. it isn't hard at all from there to make the subtle changes for GSM.

Don't worry about that, I have a strange mix of Lox' repo alongside some ported Cyanogen stuff from other devices and a few files of mine. And it works as it should I'll start uploading tomorrow and with a good community effort I hope that we can have a working tree, compatible with CM by weekend.

Actually, I tried your vendor, there was some problem with kernel alignment I guess. So I thought: this is for cdma, it should not work at all
It was stupid that I didn't asked you first
ah..and there were some differences in drivers, two of them you pulling from device wasn't on any ROM I tried.

yeah some sort of data connection is needed lol,
team,is the intention still to add the keyboard with the arrows if possible..is it already there,i have flashed it,only briefly didnt occur to me to pay attention to that.
btw..htc did naff to sense 3.6 lol,few tweaks here and there,weird dock bar..
im praying to god it can be reverted to the old launcher,ics launcher on sense looks cack.

I'm also a bootmanager user and no big problems without connection you can reboot in recoveri and flash the update of the rom you want boot up it's easy and fast...This is a temp solution waitin wifi fix completed

True, but if i flash this rom thru recovery then i can't open boot manager app cause data is required to open boot manager and i need a connection for that.
An official ICS for HTC DHD will be released soon. Check this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1485145
Hopefully there is something leak that our devs can speedup to fix remaining issues.

This is a port of Jelly Bean to our primo. Things might work and things might not work. We need to get a logcat and go from there so please download and let me know what works and what dont thanks everyone,
This is going to now be a rough few months to get this stable but i think with all your help and all developers and users come together and we can get this at a perfect build in no time.

I have just PM you another logcat. Alpha1 booted but stopped at the boot animation, but the new one is stuck at HTC development screen (with the warning lines in red.)

It easy and less time consuming to get a logcat using your device instead of asking here. Am I right? I don't think average people are tend to flash something that doesn't work just to help you out. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, just trying to understand why don't you use your phone to get a logcat.
I've could have helped you but just now i've made a backup of my stock rom (I was out of a one v for a month from the moment I returned my previous devices) but I know someone just did it for you.
Now to be on topic, project butter will be possible when the sources will be out? I'm thinking that adreno 205 is capable of running things at 60 fps without a hunch, so it will be possible also for our device, right?

Hello everyone, I thought we could start some Ubuntu Touch porting so wanted to share thoughts, ideas, development and maybe do this as a community work. I'm currently preparing everything (slow adsl) and trying to figure out which are the steps to be followed
It's not very difficult according to: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Porting
But we've a first problem, the porting requires the use of CM10.1 repos and cm10.1 for our device is a bit of a dream atm, better, there's the repo but no nightly at all. Would we be able or would it be worth to try to use one of the cm10.1 porting available for the hox or we must wait for an official nightly?
I think I should give a try, but I don't really want to waste my time so I may be missing something important which absolutely requires the official repos.
Ideas?
P.s sorry if this isn't the most appropriate section, tell me and even move the thread if necessary, but I'd prefer to stay away from "nice thanks", "fantastic" and so posts, they make no sense now since it's too soon and just distract.

The builds from that repo have all been really solid. I guess it'll serve as a base.

I'm trying to port it too but download is really slow. We have CM10.1 for our device. but i think it's juste usefull to boot.

I've synced 3 hrs now and only have fetched 2Gb. They should probably invest in some servers.
lol... my download crashed during the night... now i'm at 88% for phablet.. and waiting also for CM10.1...

Debugging is extremely difficult because logcat seems to be broken.

Could you up some screens on first post please?
ROM is DD material. Only issue I've ran into so far is Google saved passwords not generating when trying to sign in for the first time. I should be able to fix this pretty easy but if it's not a deal breaker....

There is a direct link to the ROM source in OP. You can look through the code in frameworks_base to see what features have been added.

Hello everyone! Updating the build again tonight. This build will address the adaptive connectivity FC when making calls on some carriers and fixes monet. I have also started compiling user builds. I would suggest a clean flash in any situation. Thank you.
actually a cool rom but I found 2 bugs the front cam doesn't work and the wallpaper app doesn't work you have to change the wallpaper with another app... otherwise great...

Update your Gcam app and long press on the home screen until wallpaper & style shows up.. wallpaper works from there
