Need Some Help!

While tryng to r-flash my phone I must have done something wrong...I followed the required steps. My phone is now STUCK/FROZEN at the spalsh screen. I tried to flash again but I can't because the phone does not sync to the pc. I tried a soft reset, a hard reset by by holding the send/end buttons then pressing rest and nothing...I'm always the stuck in the splash screen. (the phone does not respond at all) Any suggestions on how to fix my issue or get to the bootloader screen..thanks!
You can flash a ROM in bootloader mode so go into it and reflash your ROM.

How do I flash in bootloader mode...how do I get into it so i can flash?
Thanks for the fast reply.
Hold the camera button all the way down and soft reset the device simultaneously.
you can also just start flashing with a RUU.

[Q] Stuck on HTC Logo after JB update

I've recently got the JB update so I installed it, or atleast tried. Because when I try to turn on my phone again it gets stuck on the HTC logo (White screen).
I think somehow my battery went down during the installation and now I can't access my phone anymore.
It's a clean phone, no costum ROM and I haven't rooted it in any way.
Is there a way to fix my problem? (Preferably withour rooting it.)
I tried holding the power and volume down buttons and then selecting recovery but that doesn't work as I just end up getting stuck on the black screen with the Red triangle.
Regards
Sarcks

Try going into HBOOT
Hold down Power button & volume down buttons together when the phone is switched off. This will take you into HBOOT.
Select Recovery using the volume down button and press power to select it.
Hopefully it is able to recover and re-flash the firmware.

Doh missed that bit Sorry to be of little help. Hopefully someone else can proffer a solution.
if it's an unrooted phone, HTC have been very good at fixing phones bricked during OTA in my experience (2 day turnaround)
When you see the phone with the red triangle before you want to enter the recovery press vol - and the power button.....or at least the vol - button. Can't recreate it as i am on a custom recovery. You will bypass the red triangle and will enter the recovery. Maybe a cache wipe wil do, or a factory reset !

I've tried the factory reset be just like the normal boot it gets stuck on the HTC logo.
Clearing the cache might work but doesn't your phone needs to be rooted for that?

I cant recall if wiping cache is an option in the stock recovery !?
One can erase cache using 'fastboot erase cache' after getting the phone to restart in fastboot mode. See here and go to the 'Try this first' section. Hope this helps.

Sounds like hboot version problem with JB upgrade, what version of HOX you have? what version of hboot? , maybe we can unlock your phone and recover the system with custom rom and then rollback to stock rom.

Try to go into recovery. Turn off your phone and turn your phone on with the power button + vol down. When the phone turns on,let go and press the same combo buttons again for a few seconds until it shows a factory reset. Click yes for both ( no it won't delete your data) and it will take you to TWRP
ןIt's still not working and I tried it yesterday and now it does not work because it is installed on the device Recovery So how do I solve this problem please help me!
Thanks in advance.

Take out battery, sims and mmc. Wait for atleast a minute.
Now put all back and try to go in fastboot mode.
If succes install custom revovery via adb.
Go to recovery wipe data, cache and dalvk cache.
Install the required rom.
You can go into recovery mode by switching off your phone and after the phone is switched off you have to press the power and volume up key simultaneously

Tighten the two volume buttons and the power button when a black screen appears to hold the volume- button and power, smart mustget into in the loader in the boot loader to choose reboot (assuming that the system is not removed)

The phone is still restarting after selecting reboot also.
Can you boot into recovery?
Most likely you have a corrupted boot or system partition.

I know this is an old thread and was left unsolved quite some time ago. But you must have found a way out yourself after not getting a solution in this forum. Could you share that with me please? I am having the exact same problem!
i have this problem too . please help me
i'm reflash stock frimware but phone boot loop .help plz
I'm having the same problem. any solution guys?
To all who has this problem, please do try to boot into custom recovery (if installed any) and wipe cache and davik-cache. If it still fails, please replug the battery, it should reset the boolean, and if it still fails, an RUU flash is the last resort before hardware issue.
Dear Friends,
if you have same problem with your HTC 820G Duel SIM ( after OTA Update of 6.0.x OS ) please call HTC toll free No. 1800 266 3566 ( Only for India )
even your Hand set is out of warranty,
send Email to them Because when i call to them they say you are only one who is facing this issue ( when i ask then to downgrade my OS to 5.x.x )
service center simply say Mother board problem and ask 9500/- for mother board or 173 /- as diagnostic charges
so please call to get your HTC working with proper OS
my phone is working properly just before 6.0.x OS update....
hope so no. of calls can make them realize real problem with there OS not in hardware
THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE YOUR PHONE WORK calling HTC Customer Care Or Email ( i tried every thing posted in this web site but its restarting & looping... for all stock OS and CM13 and All other Nice OS / all recovery TWRP and Flashing tools i used but no luck...
