Encryption Failed, Cant Reset Phone! - Sprint Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I was trying to encrypt my phone and it shut off. it showed screen that said the encryption failed it to factory reset phone. I pressed factory reset and it just came back to the encryption ailed screen. I tried flashing stock rom. I tried formatting data. I tried to use odin to flash stock tar but it still shows the encryption failed screen. Any suggestions?

Update, flashed stock and when I reset with stock recovery it worked, Not sure why it didnt work with twrp.

Stuck in a bootloop, where can I get the stock recovery img?/any other suggestions?

I'm stuck in a bootloop after unlocking my bootloader and installing and opening TWRP right away instead of factory resetting and restarting first. TWRP asks me for password and fails on all attempted actions, including factory reset. I saw in a video I should be able to boot if I factory reset via the stock recovery, but without the Factory Images yet I don't have the stock recovery. Does anyone have it/do I have any other options?
Thanks
Edit: Nevermind, saw is the HardBricked/Recovery thead, to fix: open TWRP, Format Data first, then Factory Reset, finally reboot.

[Q] Phone still encrypted after odin, stuck in bootloop

Hi all,
I have a soft-bricked GS3 that I can't revive even after using odin 3.09. Hope you guys can help.
My encrypted phone was running CM10.1.3 and I decided to update it to CM10.2 using sideload. That didn't go well and I was stuck with the CM bootloop.
So after several tries with sideloading I decided to use odin to turn it back to stock. I tried both the stock LG1 and LK3 and both went thru the flash without issues but after the phone reboots it asks for the encrypted storage password. After the password entry it's stuck at the samsung logo bootloop. (p.s. LG1 recognized my encryption p/w but LK3 didn't)
I had flashed using odin on an encrypted phone before and I don't think the encryption stays after the odin flash. Am I missing something like flashing the bootloader together with the .tar file? I tried searching and google but can't seem to find an answer.
Any suggestions? Thanks!!!

Can you try booting into recovery and doing a hard wipe/factory reset? If you flashed a stock *.tar file via Odin, it should deliver a complete stock system with all partitions updated. There shouldn't be need to flash a bootloader separately.

Got it. Thanks!! I kept thinking that I couldn't use the recovery because CWM does not see the encrypted partition and therefore cannot do a hard wipe. I totally forgot that after odin I was back to stock recovery and therefore could do the wipe. Thanks again!!

Bricked my Tab S 8.4? Help !

I rooted my tablet using AutoRoot, installed TWRP and tried to flash a rom, and now my device won't boot. I found another thread where others managed to factory reset and get it to work, but after I get into android recovery and wipe the cache, factory reset, and reboot, the tablet never reboots.
I've also tried reflashing AutoRoot in Download Mode with Re-Partition unchecked, and it passes but again, doesn't reboot.

Tmobile s6 edge bootloop after using odin/samsung smart switch

Please help. I have SM-G925T. I have used odin 3.10.7 to flash latest stock firmware. After it says success the phone reboots saying installing system updates then immediately says erasing.. then during boot it gets stuck on logo screen and repeatedly flashes. then when entering into stock recovery a no command android symbol displays. I wipe cache and perform a factory reset and reboot system and same bootloop continues. I also went to samsung smart switch and used the emergency recovery mode and once it completes it restarts phone automatically and still bootloop. I am using the latest OI1 firmware update on the device. I have tried wipe cache partition and factory reset numerous times, I have also flashed bootloader and modem files through odin which pass but still bootloops. I have tried the update before the OI1 which was OH6 and it fails saying check failed on the phones download screen. Only the OI1 passes successfully due to the SWREV is now showing B:3 K:2 S:2 & before I updated to the OI1 it used to say B:2 K:2 S:2. I have tried flashing custom kernel and the latest TWRP it then says kernel is not seandroid enforcing and in Twrp I have preformed wipe and factory reset.. with no luck on getting passed the bootloop. So I reflashed everything OI1 again through odin & preformed the wipe cache partition & factory reset again but still stuck. I have tried safe mode but I cannot boot into safe mode and I have been seeing posts explaining to upload a PIT file but when flashing I have no error when it comes to Get pit mapping so I don't believe that would be needed and I have tried flashing the files I mentioned earlier individually and no go so please if there is anyone that can help me I'd greatly appreciate it. I did not tick anything that I wasn't suppose to in Odin so I'm not understanding after being on the latest version of everything that my phone is still not booting.

Galaxy Tab3 7.0 (SM-T210) - Can't flash ROMs, recovery or factory reset + bootloop

Hi all
Been having some issues with a Tab3 that was stuck in bootloop - it would turn on for anywhere upto 10-20 seconds then reboot, and repeat... I tried going into setting and selecting factory reset and it wouldn't allow it.
I then used Odin to flash TWRP recovery then flashed a custom ROM (can't remember which but it was completely de-bloated and had bare necessities). The bootloop continues and still not fixed.
When I boot into recovery I can select all options, re-partition, format, wipe cache/dalvik, etc... But even though I've wiped everything in recovery when I reboot the Tab everything is exactly as it was, as though I hadn't wiped it.
I've tried flashing a new recovery and stock ROM with no success... So, I'm wondering if anyone has ever had this problem and how would you recommend I go about fixing it?
Cheers
I've tried using Odin using re-partition, nand erase all, phone efs clear, PIT file, stock ROM, recovery, etc...
It's not hard-bricked as it's booting up, but for some reason it doesn't wipe or flash to stock and I can't find the solution!!
Any help is appreciated
