If you have this problem, this is on asus firmware, i don't play with wifi files and for the kernel, this is the original kernel with mods/addons

yeah, on stock rom with stock kernel there was a such problem too
interesting point is that the cyanogenmod has an option in wifi settings, to chose a wifi region (but stock based roms - doesnt), and 802.11ac worked well, connecting at 292mbps, and i think may be problem in this?
i tried to set some different channels in my router opions, and if i set 128'th channel for example, asus dont even see the spot, at lower channels it says me "authentification problem"

Wait a full rom, not a patch, for use a patch need reinstall original asus rom, patch, root, extract /system/, reinstall recovery, modify all and install
With full rom, just modify it and install.

I can see the phone screen on the computer, but when I click on it nothing happens.
I have installed 2.20.40.43-V1(apex launcher), works fine no others issues.
If you use Asus PC link, it don't work because i have removed the pclink manager in /system/app/

Cwm is recovery. Yes, you can install via cwm and twrp. Need to wipe all except sdcards.

-I installed it with CWM 6.0.5.1, and I losed the root acces... The rom is working well, but the root access is not. Can you help with that? (after the inst. finished, the cwm asked something about fixing the root, and I pressed ok...)

This rom is awesome man! My only problem is that i cant see on my status bar (heads up or just the bar) that i get en new whatsapp message and gmail for example...do you have any idea what i can do , because its very annoying that i hear the sound of a new message but i can read it on my status bar

Hi everyone, i have a strange problem with my s4mini lte, it sometimes turn itself off and i cant't turn it on until i press power+vol up key, i had that with all the rom i tested and it seems to occur more often in cm12 ( it happpens twice today) do anyone know how to fix it ?

Apparently you can flash the .zip file from the link down below in CWM.
I tried it using TWRP, didn't work for me [emoji22]

Edit: tried it again the exact way, worked this time
I9192, rom + fix + gapps + supersu = no problem here with root, or something like that, but I had some FCs here and there, so back to KK.

Cannot install GApps
I´ve installed your Lollipop Rom and I just Love it. Thanks for you hard work
But I´ve got a problem with installing GApps. If i try to install it with th cyanogen Recovery it just say these two things:
E: footer is wrong
E: signature verification failed
Hope someone can help me

if u make some researches u will find out that cm recovery is broken for all devices. It could flash but from sideload, or else just install twrp.
Haven't tried mobile internet yet but calling works great (really, seems that call quality is better than before). Overall, ROM is great, everything works great so far (I've had a few FC but faaaaar less than I expected). Battery life seems quite normal so far, no random reboots or atomic warfare. All in all - a wonderful thing for me and I really appreciate what you've done. Thanks a lot!

When i connect my bluetooth headphones it worksfine butvafter sometimes there is no sound. The music plays but no sound from the headphones. In buuetooth settings itvshows that the headphone is still connected. Help please

I told u no, u can't flash it on a locked bootloader. Not possible.
I have rooted my phone and installed dualrecovery.....and i know how to unlock bootloader......can you pls explain further...

U have to get on sony dev website to ask unlock key, then back up ur sh*t cuz u gonna loose everything, and finally u open flashtool and press blu button and follow steps...its easy as fu*ck
And don't be lazy...all informations/tutorials are available on xda, use searchbox
This is not a problem but a request. As its not possible to select wcdma only, or lte only. Could you please include that as most of the time it select GSM network by default.

Hello, install "superSU " and " busybox" via TWRP recovery (they are flashing zip file).
For me, it solve the same problem after an update.

Everythings seems to be working great except I can't get mobile data working on this rom! I use Straighttalk I chose the correct apn. I even tried to create my own. but no go. Any suggestions?
I am using this ROM with Czech language and APN, but I don't have any problem with this. But after few hours ROM running I have problem with battery drain.

A few days ago when there were no ROMS for the ZE550ML, I found the instructions and flashed my ZE550ML with a ZE551ML ROM (SlimROM) and then changed the resolution and density.
Today, I was happy to see SlimROM came out with a ZE550ML version today.
I tried to flash the new Z008 version (the correct version for my device) and TWRP v2.8.7.0 now says "This package is for device: Z008; this device is Z00A. E:Error executing updater binary in zip..."
Any ideas for getting TWRP to not do this check and just flash the device?

I'm replying to myself in case anyone else has the same problem. Helroz answered in another thread. I edited the /meta-inf/com/google/android/updater-script file, I changed the first line to Z00A, then saved the zip and copied it to my phone.

Hi. I love this ROM, but I have some bugs. When I Try long press on data connection in quick tiles, nothing happen.
And when I set custom ringtone and notification tone, after restart phone only vibrate and have pre-build songs.

Hi. I have problem with latest build. When I set airplane mode on both sims are off from signal. But when I set off airplane mode only SIM from first slot turn on signal. Second SIM not have signal.

Have you actually tried that? Because I tried installing SuperSU from the playstore and it threw me an error stating that my phone was missing SU binaries. Not sure what to do (or what I should be flashing) next.
Any help appreciated, otherwise I'll stick with CM where I can enable root from Developer Options.

Yes I have. You can flash this as well if you're not sure how to get root with the app

Ok great thanks, I'll give it another shot.
There should probably be a note in the OP stating that the ROM is not initially rooted with a link to that though, especially considering most of the other ROMs derived from the CM 12.1 build are. I'm sure future newbs (such as myself) stumbling across this ROM wondering where/how to enable root would benefit from that tadbit of left out information
