Is it possible get the galaxy tab pro 8.4 to see WiFi channel 13? I have a rooted/stock device. I don't use channel 13 at home but I will on occasion need to access it. Laptop has no issue.

Hello, got a brand new Redmi Note 6 Pro and it doesn't matter how I connect to the internet via WIFI (DHCP or STATIC) the phone keep loosing the WIFI connection if I open two or more apps at the same time - multimedia apps that load images, or videos for example Youtube + Netflix. Or if WhatsApp runs in background and I open VLC the WIFI disconnects automatically. At this point I don't know what to think if is a hardware issue (bad RAM?) or a software / firmware issue, any ideas? Running the latest MIUI (10.0.4.0).

I am planning to change the Note 8 to a Note 10 in 2021 but this is something that could be fixed
I found a thread in Samsung Community in German, that the Fritz!Box VPN does not work with certain Sasmung Galaxy S8/Note phones and support could not help, the end of the thread offers remote support by Samsung Community...
Before I ask the remote support, can i ask you if you found a solution?

i don't remember exactly why it didn't work (it happened almost 6 months ago)
but i can confirm it works perfectly now just using the settings suggested in the fritz page
so, i don't remember if in the meantime there was a firmware update on the fritzbox or it was just a typing error... but the issue is solved!
