Just do a Google password reset online and reset your password.
If you say you "can't remember your email" then I call BS, and it's a stolen phone.
There is no way around it. That's exactly what that security feature is for. If a phone is stolen, it can't be used, even after a reset.

I have called Huawei twice this week and been given two completely different answers. First time I was told that they no longer unlocked bootloaders. After doing more research I found that to be unlikely so I called back and was told that they are redesigning their website and unlock codes will not be provided until the website is finished. There is no estimate as to when that might be.

Hi, i have tried recommended methods from https://forum.xda-developers.com/gx8/how-to/root-g8-t3298392 , and finally managed to get it working by making new huawei account on english site. (it was 2 days ago). Before that, I've tried on chinese site, and got same error for wrong IMEI. So, it seems that you will have to wait for english site to be working again.
BTW, if you manage to unlock it, don't install supersu, my phone goes in the bootloop every time with it flashed, both for Huawei rom and custom Android Nougat versions.

Iv'e openned LG devleoper account, confirm the email sent and
when I try to sign in with email and password, after 5 seconds the website return to login without any message

is your phone unlockaable.? not all can be unlocked.
I'm having the same problem, seems like the website is broken. The problem arise before you have any chance of saying what device you have.

I have next problem:
My sister had factory reset her device, and she forgot her google account, which were used for this smartphone.
Now, when we try to start the phone with different account, we are facing FRP, and we can't use the phone.
As it appeared USD Debbuging and Bootloader are locked. Firmware: 7.1.2 (N2G47Z, Jul 2017)
May someone guide me how to start this device?

There is no way to bypass or remove FRP. Your best bet is to contact your carrier.
I did remove FRP from 5X August security patch, I can try to help you... Do you have telegram, so that we can chat?

That's wrong!, I did remove FRP on my 7.1.2 through the help of these guys https://www.facebook.com/giaiphapandroid
They connected to my pc via teamspeak and you connect your phone to it. They use Lg flashing software I belive to completely reset the phone to stock. Had to pay 20 US dollars, I was very skeptical at first but heard they were legit.
is possible to bypass that, i did it few days ago

You could try using a VPN service to fake your location so that the webpage might accept your request.

I had the same issue when using Google chrome. Try another browser and if that still fails send LG an email with your imei and device id and they will send you the unlock file.

Tried firefox as well as the built in browser , doesn't work either , i sent LG an email as you suggested , anyway , i just wanna ask if unlocking the bootloader would cause data loss , because i did it once on a Sony xperia Z1 and it did lose everything .

Yes unlocking will erase userdata.
But... You can backup with DLM backup (see my sig) BEFORE unlocking which is recommended in any case. Then unlock. Then restore the userdata partition with DLM again.

Hi guys, hope you are so fine.
I want to update the ROM to Android 9.1(lineage OS) to get security updates, because my security batch is 2 years old. But that require to unlock the bootloader. So I tried to unlock it by using the "OEM unlocking" but it stuck on "Lenovo ID without permission". It keeps asking me to check the internet connection, but the internet connection was fine. So, what should I do to get the promotion to unlock the bootloader? Or if there any another way to unlock it?
Same on me. I think problem caused by lenovo servers. We need to wait or contact to Lenovo mods/employeers, etc.

Yep you are right. The server is now online and the problem solved
