i recently bought Xiaomi Pistons 3 and i have a Redmi 1s with Cyanogen Mod installed but they arent working on my phone.
they are working flawlessly with other devices but not with Redmi 1s.
i have to slightly insert them and then insert completely to listen to music but after that also the microphone and buttons are not working.
I think its due to custom ROM
Please help me!!

yes its working fine with MIUI and all other phones!!
only the button not working. i'm on mokee.
plug it gently to make it work.

Every time I think about switchin to other aosp roms, to RR, lineage, or even android Pie, always stops me lack of original Mi Mix 2 camera app. I had posted one post about it before, but unfortunetely the only comment hasn't gave me a solution, because universal port just didnt work. Maybe someone found a way to get camera app working on AOSP?
I have the same exact problem, and made 2 posts about it and nobody answered me. Its weird. Someone ported over the mi mix 2 camera app to the mi6 so why cant we have it also??

I am facing a weird problem whenenver i install dual speaker mod on my Note 5 Pro Global variant. After installation Mod working fine but if anyone calls me, i cant hear caller voice. Outgoing is working fine, i really like the dual speaker mod but don't know the problem. May be you guys can help me to solve this issue. I tired three different variants of mod 1 from xda developers, 2 from MI Forum and 3 from google search but result was same.

I have a European mi9 rom and it worked until I updated to version 11.0.7. with the previous rom the animation worked every time I opened the case of the Mi air 2.

I went to official xiaomi store in russia and checked this earphones with every fcking device, even cheapest redmi, and animation works perfect. Except of Mi9SE.
WTF wrong with it?
So I think that it might be due to mi9se being one of the devices that got the update very early on and might lack this feature until it gets updated to Android 10 but that's just a guess.
Hi, with rom xiaomi.eu 11.0.2 (Android 10 stable) the animation still doesn't work.

I have a Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro with global stock rom installed on it and 2 pairs of Mi AirDots Pro 2. The first pair i got showed me the pop-up on my phone while i was on Miui 11.0.1.0 but right after i updated to 11.0.4.0 the animation stopped working. Now i got a new pair of airdots pro 2 for my sister and i wanted to test if the pop up works with these but no, still nothing. However, i tested both pairs with my wife's Mi 9t on miui 11.0.5.0 and for some reason my airdots only pop up every once in a while but my sister's are popping up every time.
I noticed that the Mi 9T has a feature under the bluetooth settings called Connect to compatible devices but my K20 Pro doesn't have it which is weird and i was thinking maybe this is why no pop-up works on my phone. Does anyone have a k20 pro with global rom 11.0.5.0 that can confirm if that feature is being added back with that update?
Does anyone else have any experience similar to mine and found a solution?

Same here, running with a mI9SE MIUI 12 20.6.11 by MIUI.EU.
Even others features like infrared wont work.

While I still can't get pop up to work, infrared works just fine on global, so that's probably MIUI.EU rom issue.

If you like miui i recommend miui eu version 11. It's stable, has no ads, and of course has miui dialer with native call recording. Miui 12 is not yet mature enough so skip it for now.

I want Xiaomi phone and messenger apps back. The phone (note 9 pro 6/128) was bought in EU and is used here and it came with miui global 11 and is now updraged to miui global 12 but it has google phone and messenger on it.

Miui 11 global on my old phone Note 5 has xiaomi dialer, but when I bought Note 9 pro it had miui 11 global, but with google dialer. The more I read the less I understand. And nothing makes sense anymore.
