Awesome awesome awesome!!! Can't wait for dl links,

Would it be possible to pack in the 20a bootloader in the builds? Might make it easier for people to quickly install and then go back to daily driver with nandroid?

There are flashable bootloader/modem zips available on xda.
Just choose all zips at once in twrp and everything will be fine.

@codeworks Just a curiosity nothing more and nothing less. Coming from N5 I see that a lot of ROM are compiled using toolchains like sabermod linaro or uber.
In your opinion is there a real benefit in terms of perforormances and battery life compilng rom and kernel with toolchains?
Cyano officia builds use a toolchains (sorry if it is a noob question but I only use AOSP rom on my old N5)?
Thank you for your opinion and for time and effort spent in this project!

If there's a benefit, then it's probably measurable but you won't feel a difference in real world usage.

Tried clean flash of jfltexx cm12 to 9505G. Using twrp 2.8.3.0 for jgedlte, ext4. Getting "E: error executing binary updater in zip" then "E: unable to mount /system." CM11 was able to flash jfltexx to jgedlte, guess this isn't true for CM12?

If you use his 12.1 optimized build with alucard kernel, you can use f2fs. In fact, it auto converts /system on install.
Tried using the GAPPS linked in the first post, they wont install.

You need a clean install (full wipe) to be able to install PA Gapps for the first time. That is a feature in PA Gapps.

WIKI
Official CyanogenMod Wiki: http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/cancro_Info
INSTRUCTIONS
First time installing CyanogenMod 12.1 to your Xiaomi Mi3 or coming from another ROM:
Read the official Wiki page
Unlock your bootloader if you haven't done so already
Flash a custom recovery via Fastboot
Push GApps (arm) and the CM 12.1 zip to your device
Boot into Recovery
Perform factory reset
Flash the CM 12.1 zip from SD card
Flash GApps for Lollipop from SD card
Reboot (be patient, "optimizing apps" takes a while)
Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!
Upgrading from earlier version of CyanogenMod 12.1:
Push the new CM 12.1 zip to your SD card
Boot into Recovery
Flash the CM 12.1 zip from SD card
Optionally flash the most recent GApps for Lollipop if you encounter problems
Reboot (be patient, "optimizing apps" takes a while)

BUGS
Report bugs for nightly builds at https://jira.cyanogenmod.org/browse/NIGHTLIES. Please keep in mind that bugs are expected on these builds. If you want something stable, choose the Snapshot branch.
Current status:
Builds: nightlies, snapshots
Lastest Snapshot: YOG7D
Will get next Snapshot: Yes. (Unless some serious issue pops out before its release)
Known issues: none
Security (kernel): all CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) are fixed
Supported CMHW classes: DisplayColorCalibration.java; KeyDisabler.java; VibratorHW.java; HighTouchSensivity.java
FAQ
ROOT! ROOT! Give me root or i'll die!!! Where root is???
First of all do not flash any supersu/superuser/superman zip package to get root. Go to Settings>Developement Settings>Root acces > Apps Only
Are these gapps <insert random gapps package here> working with cm12.1?
Use the suggested package
Why today I got no nightly?
There were a build error or it means there's something wrong with the rom and I've choosen to stop nightlies until the problem gets fixed
Why is TDB not working / supported?
Official CyanogenMod support requies Encryption support. With TDB we can't have an encrypted userdata partition, otherwhise one system will be able to use it and the other won't
When do I have to wipe data?
You must wipe data only when you're switching from another rom or migrating to Snapshot branch from Nightly and vice versa. You don't need to wipe data when you update in the same release channel.
Why no <insert miui feature here>?
Because this is CyanogenMod
Will you add <insert awesome feature here>?
I won't. If you want submit a commit to gerrit, where it will be reviewed.
The CyanogenMod team would like to thank everyone involved in helping with testing, coding, debugging & documenting! Enjoy!

It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

Probably that it works better than yours. Which it doesn't, since it's a very early build

BUGS
Report bugs for nightly builds at https://jira.cyanogenmod.org/browse/NIGHTLIES. Please keep in mind that bugs are expected on these builds. If you want something stable, choose the Snapshot branch. Before reporting any bug, make sure it has not been reported by someone else.
Current status:
Builds: nightlies, snapshots
Lastest Snapshot: ZNH0EAO2NJ
Will get next Snapshot: Yes
Known issues: none
Security (kernel): all CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) are fixed
FAQ
I get error 7 while flashing this rom, what does it mean?
Read what the recovery says: "You're running on an unsupported (Kitkat) baseband". In order to flash the lastest CM builds you must have Miui MM baseband and partition layout installed. Visit http://bit.ly/cancroCMBaseband to learn how to update these
ROOT! ROOT! Give me root or i'll die!!! Where root is???
First of all do not flash any supersu/superuser/superman zip package to get root. Go to Settings>Developement Settings>Root access and select "Apps Only"
Are these gapps working with cm13?
Use the suggested package
Why no nightly today?
There was a compilation issue
When do I have to wipe data?
You must wipe data only when you're switching from another rom or migrating to Snapshot branch from Nightly and vice versa. You don't need to wipe data when you update in the same release channel. This applies to 12.1 -> 13.0 too
Why no ?
Because this is CyanogenMod
Will you add ?
I won't. If you want that, submit a commit to gerrit, where it will be reviewed.
The CyanogenMod team would like to thank everyone involved in helping with testing, coding, debugging & documenting! Enjoy!

Yes you can, but still recommend doing clean flash while upgrade or downgrade Android version.
