Several of us have Chinese Note II's, and cannot install stock ROMs using ODIN - the only way to do it is using CWM etc. Anyone have a good source of stock ROMs flashable by CWM rather than ODIN? Or better still, can you tell us how to turn an ODIN flashable one into a CWM flashable one?
I have a custom rom I'm currently flashing through a recovery. Is it possible to create an odin-flashable version of my rom?
I would like to create a snapshot/backup of everything on my tab 3 and then flash that through odin.
I want to create a odin flashable version so I can flash my rom on multiple devices at once.
We all have gotten a sneak peek of Sony's lollipop update onto our beloved z1 compact. Through the many ways available I for instance used an ftf file. But they do not come pre-rooted like the zip file alternatives.
The only way to root ftf I am told is to flash a kernel pre-installed with a recovery then flash SuperSU zip. I have flashed like 3 different boot.imgs only to find no TWRP/Philz/cmw recovery.
Can anyone give me a WORKING kernel that will boot into a recovery? Would really appreciate this.
Are there any flashable zips for N5X? If not, how do I make them from system images?
When I get flashable zips, can I just install them as secondary ROM, flash other kernel and multiboot them with other ROMs?
Currently I have a Nexus 5X with MultiROM installed. Decrypted.

Search before posting or starting new thread. There is one thread in Android Development section. This is the one.

Before flashing the rom zip, you must flash corresponding bootloader, radio and Vendor image.
Is there any way to flash stock rom using twrp ? If yes please guide me with the details. Thanks in advance.
QFIL should be used if you want day 1 stock experience, stock TWRP flashable zips are also available but it does not flash all partitions unlike QFIL.
