i need your help please , I tried to apply swap partition on my device hoping would give me extra ram. with mini tools partition i used 2 gb for linux swap partition (i have 32 gb class 4 sd card ) ,downloaded and installed swapper2 , run it and checking many options according to this tuto http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1659231
I turned off my phone, and when i tried to turn it on , nothing happened :crying: my phone was DEAD !!!!!!! or almost , no charging sign (pc or ac adapter),no recovery mode , no download mode, the only signe of life is the QHSUSB_DLOAD driver missin message when i connect it to pc
it seems that im not the only one having this probleme , but i cant find any solution while searching during two hard days , so please , if anyone of you can help , dont hesitate , thank you .

try taking a shot with another device for wt the phone shows you, make sure that ur memory card is inside ur phone before turning it on. try again to check if u can get to recovery or download modes while ur memory card is in ur phone. im a noob so i can't help much but maybe we can figure it out together
Did you tried to turn on your phone without sd card and SIM card?

thank you , ive tried a lots of manip with/without sim ; sd card ; even battery while coonecting the device ton pc , but nothing happen except , when i try to get into recovery or download mode , after about 10 seconds of pressing the bouttons , its like the phone is detected and the QHSUSB_DLOAD missing driver message appears again !! thats all
ok let's try to find the file of that driver, which rom wr u using ??
don't mean to be a bearer of bad news, but your phone is hard bricked. Meaning no software will get you out of that. The driver you mentioned is the universal, you screwed something up driver. Youll need JTAG repair

if ur still in warranty then the easiest way is to let samsung fix it for u
My point is there there isn't a software solution . Your phone won't boot into anything. that's why software isn't a solution. You need JTag. a usb jig MAY solve it, but that's the only option short of JTag

i have not warranty because i live in TUNISIA and i bought the phone from a person who lives in europe , there is a samsung service in my country but if i take the phone to them , im sure it will cost me a fortune , so i have to find a solution by myself .

you can try another way beside jtag without using any software..
1. pull out the battery
2. plug the charger/usb charge on pc/laptop
3. hold the vol. down-menu-power(same thing like you do to get to download menu)
4. while you hold those three buttons put the battery again (make sure that you still hold those three buttons)
5. after you put in the battery, download menu will show up (now you can use odin to install which stock rom you like)

im in the business of unbricking phones. QPST has nothing to do with the phone's operating system. Heimdall needs your phone to be partly functional ( download mode) . Odin, same thing. Have you found any drivers yet? You need drivers to talk to your phone at all.

i took the phone to a phone store where they repair a multitude of phones , i found what i look for when i spook to the technicien there, after a while , i returned to the store and found my phone back to life and im very happy , so let me say this , thank you all of you xda members , if this forum does not exist , i will never figure out the solution :good:

The problem is im a little less able to be called a developer. I tried searching it but didnt got an original Rom, the one micromax uses. It would be very helpfull if u post a link. I'll manage to download sp flash tools on my own.

try follows option
first you have done little research about the app
if you have cwm try to go to recovery and factory reset device and wipe data
but may be you didn't install than try this you say that canvas 4 logo seen hence may be you are able to get into recovey
press and hold vol up down and power keynow u see recovery mode and factory mode
press vol up key for go to recovery mode now see like this
use only vol up for scrolling and go to recovery mode then press vol downnow u see wipe reset menu hare
go to wipe/reset with vol key's5.to select use options keynow reset finish...............
try it and work for you than tell me

Open your device manager on your pc then plug the phone via USB. After a second or two I new device will pop up on the device manager but will only stay there for a few seconds, right when it appears right click on it and choose properties then drivers, then update driver then (at least on Windows 7) choose browse my computer and use wherever you put the driver files. That will install the driver.
Once the drivers are installed unplug the phone and open the Flash tool on the pc. Click scatter loading. And direct it to the Scatter file of the Rom. Then click download. now plug the phone back in and it should just flash it. When you get the green circle it's done.

And no, it's not bricked. Mine did the same thing trying to use Chainfire 3D. If you follow the directions it will work. Oh yeah, the first time you turn it on it may not boot. Just hold the power button and restart again and once the boot screens come up you will see the android is updating apps and it will boot.

Hi guys and thanks to all those who advised me
There is good news for those who have hard bricked phone ( ie the phone don't even have a boot loader, cant start , nor recognized by PC, or go into recovery.... no red light when connected to charger) , i formated via sptool the bootloader and the phone was totally dead....
most said it not possible to revive it .....its in dead zone..... go to service center and change processor.
the new is for all local micromax , karbonn, spice (chinese brand) phone its simple and cost the least and the service is available for just Rs350/- ( $6/-), that to in under 10mins......
jtag service for just Rs1500/- to 2000/- ( $25 to 30/-) for branded phones
if anyone has problems ( bricking) specially in Goa please do post will direct you to the local guy center..

why not just flash the stock ROM using Sp flash tool

boot loop and no recovery Canvas a310 nitro (no forum for nitro)
I have rooted my Micromax Canvas Nitro A310 using Kingoroot and installed TWRP recovery before. Also I had installed a Custom ROM of Coolpad F1 from needrom<dot>com. There wasnt any problem till now except the auto rotation. Today i formated my sd card and switched off my phone and on reboot it came to boot loop. It is not booting the ROM and also the TWRP recovery. Shows only the first screen and goes off and on to the screen again. As it does not boot to recovery for me to wipe cache and dalvik, I tried to install drivers again to flash recovery using fastboot, but as its on a boot loop problem and its not standing by for me to install drivers, I am totally stuck. Please help me ASAP.

I need a jtag centre to unbrick my Moto e. My location patna
First, I got my note 3 neo in the download mode and I started the odin
I tried to root my phone and while it is rooting, it shows like crack.
so I dont want to break my phone and I unplugged my phone from the computer.
Second, it shows a message like Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies to try again.
I downloaded Kies and Kies couldnt even detect my device
Third, I couldnt go back to any recovery mode nor download mode......:crying::crying:

dont worry at all... just remove ur battery than insert it go to download mode.. than connect ur pc open odin n flash stock rom.. i cn dl stock rom frm sammobile good luck..

i also faced the same long time ago u must be rooting ur device 2nd time.. be this only happen at 2nd time root on a new phone 1st time root it works totally fine.. bt if u flash stock.. rom and than again you try to root than it stuck... than u will c some gots lime video games... and phone gets heated.. than u hav 2 pull out battery .. bro when this thing happend 2 me..  my phone was just 2 days old so i went to service center to DO my phone means replacment i got a new phone... bt am sure.. dis will happen 2 this phone also.. bt am nt gonna do d same thing again flashing a stock rom than try 2 root again.. bt aftee facing that issue i did little reserch.. and found d resion.. why it stuck.. its may b bec of partation size.. of cache try flash your stock rom.. go to recovery.. wipe ur cache partation.. and try again.. bec if that will mt fix this than there is only 1 thing which can fix dis that.. is flashing the fresh rom.. with pit and all other files.. nt just one package file bec pit file os the only way 2 repartation your mobile and wipe everything back 2 factory ... bt on o9 there is no leak of that firmware bec mostly that all files service center ppl having... and o9 u will get a kies extracted 1 package file.. that cannot repair ur phone it can just restore all d files.. bak to normal... try wipe ur cache partation... or u can also try firmware of another country.. than try 2 root.. any ways good luck...

Hi, My N7505 is ****ed too.
After reading hours and hour, the onli way I can find is buying a Z3X (Cheepest than a new Note 3 Neo).
At the beging I lost my IMEI, and didn´t have a backup "STUPID" :silly:
To fix it I tryed a lot of things but finally, I´ve mixed a lot of files inside phone and Scren goes to White when I try going to "Recovery Mode", or It goes direct to "Download Mode" when I push (VOL down + Menu + Power) without asking me VOL UP to continue or DOWN to restart.
I don´t know if having a pit file with the 4 files Stock Rom may help me. This is the only thing I have not try.
At the end I´ll buy a FU....iNG Z3X programmer.

Decided to revert to stock

flashed it in download mode..
Now phone not charging, not detected by pc, no battery icon when connected to pc/charger

Any advice other than going to service centre..
can you at least turn on the phone? if not nothing can do other than going to the service center. but since your phone is rooted ,your warranty is already voided so you might have to pay for repairing.

you don't have to go to download mode to restore stock using sp flash tool right? I've done it without even turning on the phone. I think that's how you supposed to restore. Try like this: http://androidxda.com/flash-stock-rom-using-smart-phone-flash-tool if that doesn't work, you probably have to go to a service center.

probably yes because when you rooted the phone the super user binary goes to /system/bin or /system/xbin folder
and it won't be deleted unless the phone is updated. so the best way is find someone who repairs the phone with jtag and then you can still keep your warranty.

Just remove the battery and try to flash the stock rom through sptools

my canvas a1 aq4502 is bricked. could you please help me. it keeps on connecting and disconnecting. therefore i am not able to use sp flash tool:crying:

install android one toolkit on your pc. then from there flash a custom recovery to your phone using adb. now download a stock rom and place it in your sd card. then flash the custom rom from custom recovery. i hope it will work.

Bricked & USB not recognized
My micromax canvas a1 is bricked and tried flask it using sp flash 5.14 but the phone is not recognised in the flash
I have Canvas A1, it gets detected and SP starts flashing and completes it. Shows Green tick (ok) but the phone doesn't boot up. How the phone got bricked? Well one of my idiot friend tried flashing with SP flash tool, don't know what he did but after that my phone never booted up. The service centre told they don't have motherboard for the device available. Is there any way to fix it. Can someone please list down all the drivers that are needed, the ROM that has to be flashed and all the steps to take to fix the device. It would be really helpful for everyone who have their device bricked.
Guys my phone isn't working now so I went to the service center.They said to replace the motherboard which will be costing around 2000-3000. And I m not gonna do it,
So its better to scrap it. If anyone needs it let me know .

Ohk so it all started last month when i started noticing that few apps began to stop working n i kept getting messages "unfortunately #### has stopped working "
So i went to recovery. Mode did a system restore .n the problem became much worse..now the system.apk stopped. So i went to the service center they flashed it n it seemed to work normally..atleast fr somedays..
Now again the same problem started.. But when i did a restore from recovery mode. The phone didn't boot up it was stuck in the manufacturers logo. I went to the service center thy tried software flashing but it didnt work. They said the phones motherboard is dead .

Bro you will be back to kitkat or lolipop stock rom if u wanna go back to kitkat then plz download kitkat flash file from http://www.mediafire.com/download/vgcbhv4vcy4ps22/AQ4501_FlashFile_Mirror.zip or of u wanna go back to lolipop then download lolipop flash file http://www.mediafire.com/download/wg6p42scc114ep5/AQ4501+L+Official+Update.zip ***i used kitkat flash file, didn't use lolipop flash file... Now download drivers from http://www.mediafire.com/download/442x2y4c14qu5r0/AQ4501_USBdriver.zip ... now download sp flash tool from http://www.mediafire.com/download/s...Tool_SP_Flash_Tool_exe_windows_v5.1424.00.zip

i bricked my phone while flashing a new rom using sp flash tools and now its not powering on nor going into recovery mode and the good thing is that the phone's preloader is working but sp flash tool is not working its hard bricked.
what should i do?

my phone is not being detected by the sp flash tool , it gets detected for a few seconds then again the connection is lost.

MMx aq4501 bricked deleted preloader
i done all things for flashing. nothing is going to work. sp tool not detecting adb drivers not detecting. MMX service centre said you have to replace board worth Rs.2500... what should i do. plz help.
