Dustproof case anyone? - OnePlus 2 Accessories

Does anybody know of a good quality dustproof case for the oneplus 2? I have a lifeproof on my current phone and it seems to do a reasonable job, with lifeproof not being available I'm looking for other options.

How about Tudia Omnix or Poetic Revolution series, can't really vouch for any of this since I'm still waiting for its availability in my country

The issue with those two and the otterbox is the cutouts for the cameras, home button and earpiece speaker.
I used an otterbox on a previous phone and after a few days it was quite badly scratched up from dust inside the case.
I work on a port where iron ore is processed and exported, the dust is very abrasive and there's no shortage of it.

I suppose you could try something like an Otterbox and seal the speaker grill etc. yourself?

That or one of those ugly waterproof bags.

Heavy Duty construction site case

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a heavy duty case for me? I'm an electrician, and the case has to be durable because i work on construction sites. Otterbox doesn't make the Defender series for this phone unfortunately so i'm looking for an alternative thats just as rugged.
i can recommend to you Incipio ngp case
is made of hard rubber and cover the entire edge of the phone
certainly protects the phone very well, but i will change it because it's too big .... i think that is right for you!

I disagree, do not use this, I does not sound like it would suit your needs.
There is the Ballistic Case, http://www.goballisticcase.com/products/samsung-galaxy-s-ii-sgh-i9100-ballistic-shell-gel-sg-series-case. My friend had one for a phone of his, and they are certainly big and beefy.
There is the Case-Mate Tough, http://www.case-mate.com/Samsung-Galaxy-S-II-Cases-International/Case-Mate-Samsung-Galaxy-S-II-International-Version-Tough-Cases.asp. I have one and I like it, it may be enough for what you are looking for.
There is also the Trident Kraken, http://www.tridentcase.com/case/samsung/samsung-galaxy/samsung-galaxy-s-ii-kraken-ams-case.html. It looks to be one tough mother.
Those are some of the more widely known, very protective cases. There may be more, but those are probably the most recommended.

I would be inclined to go with the Kraken. I recently purchased it's weaker sibling, the Aegis case, from Shop4USB via Amazon Uk (£24.33) .... Utterly stunning and oh so protective.
Looks like the Kraken retails for about £35 online
This youtube vid compares the Kraken and the Otterbox Defender quite nicely
Awesome! I will look into the suggestions, i appreciate the help!

been using ballistic case for 3 years, still perfect
case
S-line case are cheap and good; Add a screen protector for shatter proofing purposes and the phone is well protected. Hope that helps. Sincerely, Jahman
Ballistic is a pretty good choice but I've had better handling with the Bodyglove Toughsuit:
http://www.bodyglovemobile.com/cell...laxy-s2/toughsuit-with-holster/?scheme_id=215
Also, it lacks the huge corners that the Ballistic has, making it easier to wrap your hand around it and hell, it comes with a belt holster so it's technically an Otterbox Defender case without the bland look and high price.

need rugged case

Dropped my OPO about 4 feet, and the screen cracked. I have the official OPO case that I ordered with my phone but it clearly didn't help any. Looking for a rugged case but all I can find is the Diablo Tough Rugged case. Can anyone recommend another? I am paying 120 for this screen so I'd like to actually protect it this time.
I'd get a tempered glass screen protector personally
Tudia Slim-Fit Cygen
I use the Tudia Slim-Fit Cygen case and it's proven to be a very solid case. I don't think there are any TRULY rugged cases out there for the OPO yet, but this is probably the closest one TO that.
Getting a tempered glass screen protector is a great idea. I purchased one a few months ago. OnePlus recently started actually having their official TP screen protector on their main site .. which is the way I'd undoubtedly go if I purchased one today. With that said .. I certainly wouldn't stop there. Tempered glass screen protector + the most protective case available (Cygen .. unless something new has been released that I haven't seen .. which I'd love to hear about) sounds like the best move.
what he said
Yes.. I bought a diztronic ultra and a tudia.. The diztronic didn't make the cut, the Tudia is better made and just looks a lot better. I also been looking for a good case for this phone, but the only thing that comes close is the jkase. But I feel good about the Tudia and a glass screen protector.
I'm still waiting for something to come along.

I have the same case, the Jkase diablo black version, I tried searching on different places but all I saw was this case, I don't know why, don't people like to protect their phones? the other ones looks like they are just a decoration and don't offer protection
Layer some Sugru on a non-slick case and you'll have a great rugged case.

Thats the part I dislike :/
Never had the chance to see a case like this, but I think that part will be bad quality plastic or easy to get dirty or fingerprints/ air inside. Need to watch a review before buying

Premium feeling cases? (Both rugged and leather)

Hi. I am looking for protective cases, does not have to be super thin. Would really like something that feels premium in the hand and would have good grip.
So far considering for work/sport:
Spigen Neo Hybrid
Tough case (too large maybe)
Rugged armor
Caseology parallax
Real leather case with no flip cover would be nice also
Thanks!
Caseology parallax my choice, second Spigen
I bought this one almost a year ago. It comes in a few colors. The back is metal and it's pretty darn tough. It will block a wireless charger though. You'll have to take the case off if you want to charge it that way. It also comes with a tempered glass screen protector. Pretty good deal for $11.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XS3J4YJ/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I just got a new G6+ this week and was looking for the same thing. I am trying out this one below from Amazon (sorry I can't paste a direct link yet). It doesn't have the nice smell of real leather, but is pretty nice quality for the price (clean lines, good fit, nice feel in the hand).

its Ringke direct store from Korea, i buy mine here too and is quick shipped and received, 13/14 days.
I use and like very much the Speck Presidio Grip. It's both protective and, at least in black, discrete.

Spigen Rugged Armor Extra

ArmadilloTek Vanguard and Urban Rnager review

I received both the Vanguard and Urban ranger case for me to review from ArmadilloTek which is a newer company based out of Texas who are a couple outdoor enthusiasts. They're two cases I got to try out are a nice good fit and a great overall case for the price. The Vanguard currently sells on Amazon for $18.98 and the Urban Ranger sells for $11.98.
Overall the Vanguard I am a pretty big fan of being its rugged and durable, since I have received the case it's been my daily driver for about a week now. It's a two piece construction similar to a Supacase or equivalent. It does NOT have a screen protector built in and the way it is designed I do not see a Whitestone dome screen protector fitting either. The buttons on the case feel good and very "clicky" and seem to have a great response. Also with this case you have a charging port and headphone jack plug that seems to fit snug and keep what ever you might encounter out. Yes the case does allow for a wireless charging and it does have a stand on the back. There is no holster for either as far as I know currently. I would say this case gives Otterbox a run for it's money currently at the price point. Also the case is raised to protect the front screen and I don't have any problems using gestures on my s10+ with it.
Now for the Urban Ranger I am not a big fan of the buttons, they don't seem very responsive for me but I don't like the feel of the case in my hands and the fitment. This case a is lighter duty case similar to maybe Spigen Rugged Armor. If it weren't for the button response I would really have a hard time picking one or the other be cause typically I am a thin or minimalistic case guy.
If your looking for two good quality case to give a try give them a try!

Sigh, but don't you think ours are stronger!!! the front cover?
I have one of the vanguard cases the OP talks of. It's a good case, but if you ever want to take it off for whatever reason, you better get a crow bar because it really locks your phone to itself. I had to use my flip out pocket knife to pry it off my phone. I also had to be very careful not to cut the case (which I did a little) or damage my phone cosmetically. For this reason I use an otter box as my daily driver.
