Hey Buddy,if you used kingroot app to root your lenovo k4 before flashing this ROM,Then you are in the problem ..
the Same happens with me yesterday ..i rooted my phone using kingroot and uninstalled some bloat in my phone.,i felt that my phone is hanging and slow down..so i unroot the phone and then i reset my phone ...
and you know what happend, the phone stucked at "Unfortunately,Setup Wizard Has Stopped Working",i tried all the way and nothing seems to happen..
i visit nearest lenovo service centre they say me that tried flashing stock rom on my phone ..but your imei is lost and serial number become 000000 as in your case...
they got the problem..they told me that we have to change the motherboard of this device..the **** could happend if i didnt unroot the phone earlier..my warranty could get void..
if you can unroot your phone then do it and visit the service centre ..they will ask you for motherboard replacement...
and i have to wait 5-7 days to see my phone alive..

I don't have a k4note but I know android systems well
That happened cause you just flashed a different baseband and then your imei is erased . This can't be undone uless you can use mtkdroid tools to restore your nvram .
So one solution could be flashing the old stock rom but if it still doesn't install then you'll have to replace the new baseband with old one nad just flash the latest one that may solve the issue .
For next time always backup your nvram with mtkdroid tools to protect yourself from issues

Means I have to reinstall the whole Windows... actually whenever I'm connecting the Device after switching it off, its going into Charging mode and nothing is happening thereafter.

Without any form of backup of your efs (are you sure you don't have a Twrp or CWM backup with it?) Then you basically will have to either inject a working, non-GN2 imei from a phone that isn't blacklisted from your carrier. Or figure out if there is a newer way (maybe someone came out with a fix that I'm unaware of) to restore your imei (printed behind the battery of your phone) either way if you want your phone to connect cellularly than you'll need to freshin up on QPST and NV Writer

Who is your carrier... Basically in the TMO GN2 Q&A thread there are several post referring to solutions but obviously you will need to replace their modems with that of your own carrier and I also suggest once you find the threads that I'm referring to that you make sure there isn't an updated option available... I would link the threads myself but my XDA app is acting all kinds of stupid right now and won't let me access my participated threads

I'm simply referring to getting your phone working on a carrier again... Not really flashing stock (unrooted) Roms... From your original post you seem to have had 4 problems (WiFi has already been solves). My post is referring to the null imei... As far as your home button only pulling up your menu key (which I interpret based on your original post) than I would ask if you have a recovery installed at all... If not I think it might be a cache partition error which chainfire solved on this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1932327 but that is a whole different bag of worms... Really I need to know more on how you got into this situation in the first place ( your original post said something about dropping the phone but when on to say you received a replacement) How did the home button get messed up?

i got in this situation by the banging the phone on the floor ...
when i ws in a otterbox commuter case ... lol

so i fetched a new display panel with the metal frame from my friends note 2 ....
to simply backup my personal data ...
then i figured out the sim is not working ...
so replaced i new sim flex ...( sim slot + microsd slot + nfc pins)
nfc n micro sd works ... probelm is with the some other part ...
and also i tested on the home key problem by attaching a new home key flex .. still no luck ....
new flex also malfunctions ...
menu key instead of home key ...
so i have come to the conclusion that my mainboard has messed up in some way ...
i need to fix it up ....
find any alternate solution ...
please lemmme know ...
n yes wifi solved ...

I would think you should be able to hook your phone up to the PC and then within terminal (once you get ADB Shell and your phone is reading properly with the appropriate drivers) and use codes to launch Download mode or Recovery.. You could also (using this method) potential make a copy of your phone so at least you have a copy of it all on the PC...

I doubt it but not 100 percent but I think its 1 or the other... Ultimately I am new to using jdk/SDK etc and don't have the slightest clue as to what steps are needed to even get the GN2 to communicate with windows properly... With that being said I have been able to follow directions enough to unbrick an archos (had to install jdk/sdk etc, a virtualbox with Ubuntu, setup drivers to commincate the device thoroughly with the PC and then thru the virtual machine via USB, and then using terminal via Ubuntu flash codes and through Sudo fix files on the device to unbrick it... Took me like 3-4 days as I was so noon to it all but it was that experience that got me in to flashing phones in the first place

Now it says I have to recover with Kies when powering up the phone.
Please advise.

Strange. I pulled the batt and retry flashing same procedure and file and it worked! Glad else will be sad bricking the device on day and can't claim warranty since tripping Knox.
it worked its good but most of the it dosent work
How can it sometimes work and sometimes doesn't? It means that this sw is unstable that's all.
Btw, after a month with my 7505 i think it was a mistake getting it, its worth adding this 100$ and get a phone that runs kitlat.
This 4.3 android is just not as good

I don't know why it didn't work the first time. I have had Samsung phones and rooted and flashed then since S1. So I know how Odin suppose to work. Else I wouldn't have flashed it one first day.
So this is one of those exceptions where I was stumped at least for 15 kind what when wrong.
Anyways .. All good now. As they always say use at your own risk.

[Q]IMEI lost after flashing cm10.2 and can't be restored

Hello everyone. I'm using the Note 2 lte version(N7105) and yesterday i flashed my phone from stock 4.1 ROM to CM10.2 (latest stable version found on CM website). Everything worked fine expect that my IMEI got lost, but i still can make phone calls and send SMS and the base version is displayed.
The system information displayed like this
IMEI
0
IMEISV
01
instead of displaying 0049***** or 0000000000
and if i dial *#06# the imei is 0/01(instead of a series of 0)
Here's some way i tried to fix this.
!. Restoring the EFS backup and flash back to stock 4.1 rom.---DOESN'T WORK STILL 0/01
2.Flashing a different baseband ---DOESN'T WORK STILL 0/01
2.Using EFS Pro (Qualcomm nv tools) to recover my IMEI under stock rom ---DOESN'T WORK (when i click the connect button the window freezes then two windows pop out saying connection is lost and can't send SPC)
3.Using a nv_data.bin generator to generate a nv_data.bin which contains my original IMEI and copy it back to EFS partition---DOESN'T WORK STILL0/01
i've been working on this for a whole night and i still can't solve the problem. Could anyone please tell me what should i do? Please.
:crying::crying::crying:
Thanks in advance!!
FYI my efs partition file structure looks like this:
/..
.flies
bluetooth
drm
FactoryAPP
imei
wifi
00000000.authtokcont
gyro_cal_data
h2k.dat
wv.keys
and nv_DATA.bin can't be found.
the size of all files is 174 KB

But restoring this image doesn't help. IMEI is still missing.

I had the same issue for the last few months, where did you give it in?
All they said was replace the motherboard.

Problem with storage

using micromax a1 past 1 month and this is the only issue i have ..... randomly at times im not able to write data on micro sd card ..... means not able to store clicked pictures , delete/edit content , download content from whatsapp etc , worst part is that it happens without any warning or notification , due to which i lose many pics thinking that i have clicked them but not .... when i open quickpic ( gallery app ) it shows toast notification - "not an error (code 0): could not open the database in read/write mode" , googled the error and found that it is an issue in kitkat , btw im using everything stock ,locked bootloader , non-rooted . i didn't find any proper solution to this.
Any help ?
P.S - problem disappears after a reboot but again comes back after few hours , tried resetting sd card ..... works fine in othe mobile/PC ....

I have the exact same problems and i tried using diffrent sd cards but its no use. I know lollipop will fix this issue because google said its bringing back support for sd cards in android 5. Till then i dont know how i can fix this issue. Btw i am on ART runtime . is that causing this problem or will flashing another stock rom work ? Please help.
SD Card Issue
My friend had the same issue with his A1, and I being his "go to guy", I did factory reset, factory reset from recovery mode, installed stock rom again but none of this worked. Finally, i replaced his SD card with mine and tried to click a photo and voila it worked. So morale of the story, buy a new SD card.

Phone doesn't start after lollipop update

Hey guys,
My friend installed the new lollipop ota and his phone doesn't start normally anymore.
He says that some failure reports show up and that he might report the error/failure.
He has no rooted phone or something like that. He never tried.
What can he do? Ota installing manually from original recovery or such things like that?
Thanks guys

Send it for repairs. It is less than a year old and if he never rooted it is defective and his warranty is still good.

Yes, I think this is a Problem for Warrenty.
Try this first. Yesterday i resolved the problem by my self.
See http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/help/bootl-loop-lollipop-update-t3016142
BUT TRY WARRENTY FIRST.
Phone gives error reports when booted Help i don't know if I have the same problem but my HTC One m8 went ballistic after I tried to install lollipop. For reference I have a sprint (unconnected) Htc One m8 Harmon Karman edition with Ł launcher as a launcher. I went to settings and found an update. The update download and then installed. When the phone went to boot it booted then instead of taking me to the home screen, it took me to a white page with a loop of error reports of apps not working. I can't get into the phone at all. I tried to boot in recovery but that did nothing. Please help I'm desperate.
