I buy all my phones off craigslist now. I used to get ebay by searching for deals then I found out what kind of crap they are involved in and their corrupt practices with paypal so I switched to craigslist (Although ebay does own quite a lot of stock of clist, it doesn't require that I give them any money...)
There are a lot of people who have phones they simply don't know how to use, and so really don't know the true value of the device. That's when I buy them.
The touch pro 2 I have now I purchased for 50$
I also purchased a Desire recently for 100$
Many other phones besides.
Did I also mention that you can resell them there? And it's good for the economy
I've read the rules and I'm not sure if asking this question is taboo or not. I'm not looking to see a Nexus but I am looking to buy one. But the problem is the pickings now-a-days are limited.
The first thing I want to make clear is that I want to buy it through an official channel. Nothing like ebay or classifieds where someone can sell me a big old heap of dung. Fido used to sell it for $350.00 but they have discontinued the product. There is expansys but they might as well call it expensys. It's going for $425.00 + $25.00 shipping + taxes. I'd probably being paying $500.00 for a product that is quickly becoming defunct.
The main reason I want this device is because I have all this cool schwag that I bought for it that I don't want to go to waste. Any ideas on where I can find this device?

I bought one for my brother about a month ago, it was 350 for the titanium silver and 360 for the white version.
I can no longer find the white version and the titanium silver one is now 400. But there shouldn't be tax. .

I think that the other thread was simply moved from another forum, if you check the dates. Several of the threads within this forum was moved over from other forums.

In pure speculation, I would say in the $199 area give or take $50. Going on the fact the S5 (through Sprint) is $199 with a $50 rebate, effectively $149. If the M8 turns out to be much over $199 (with contract of course), don't think it will do well against Sammy.
I also seen the $750-$800 retail range, which was also speculation.
Hopefully this will be available the 25th!
UK / Europe prices are always more. They include vac and other taxes.

Pretty straight forward... $199 on contract with useless carriers with their ugly logos stamped on the phone. $600 - $650 for the unsubsidized , unlocked and even Google play edition when they decide to release at some point.

I'm selling my G2 guys. I bought a G4 and am awaiting it's arrival this week. I know the G4 isn't as high end as it really should have been, but I really want to try that camera out. $229..? No offense but that's way out there. Mint condition Sprint G2's are going for less than $150 on CList. Actually got my current G2 for $100 (not the norm, but lucky me). Even brand new GSM (unlocked) models are on eBay for $189, and we all know the CDMA models usually go for less.

I know its more than I'll get for it. It's just a buy it now price. The reserve price is wayyyyy lower. I always throw a rather high buy it now on auctions. It has an Otterbox and ZAGG shield as well. You're right tho, I will lower the BIN to $200.
