LG G5 screen mirror lag - Sprint LG G5 Questions & Answers

Hello. I'm on my husbands account so I'm a first time poster.
Anyway I hope someone can help me with this.
I have a Samsung smart TV that my husband connects his note 5 to via miracast this is not through WiFi it's direct from the phone to tv.
When I connect my G5 via TV screen mirroring the TV is so laggy it actually freezes almost constantly. Every few seconds it will play and catch up only to freeze again?
Has anyone tried this with their G5, please let me know as I'm desperate!

I've only used screen casting to a Chromecast. Seemed laggy for first 5-10 seconds, then was fine from there.
Have not tried Miracast.

Tablet disconnects from WiFi when attempting to cast to Chromecast Audio since 7.0

I have a Samsung Tablet (android 7.0) four CCAs, all on good 5ghz wifi. Ever since the tablet was upgraded to 7.0, it's had an issue where, about half the time, once I select a device to cast to from Spotify/Pandora (either one), it disconnects the WiFi on the tablet. It will physically turn the wifi off, and it will come back on after about 20 seconds. After then it will work for a bit.
I have a LG G5 that has never had this issue. It also is running 7.0.
Could someone shed some light on what is happening when I attempt to cast? Why could it disconnect my tablet WiFi? The wifi comes from a RT-N66U, of which I've tried both old and new firmwares, but it made no difference. I've also done two factory resets on the tablet and turned off battery optimization on Spotify, pandora, and the Home app. Not sure what else to do. Finally, I've also done factory resets on all CCAs. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

Unable to screen mirror on FireTV Stick

Hi today I am unable to screen mirror on to my FireTV Stick, I have used it several times last week but suddenly its not working.
FireTV is unrooted with latest firmware installed.
Whenever I am trying to screen mirroring from my phone on TV I am seeing its connecting to my mobile, but after few seconds its coming back to home screen by saying screen mirroring is exiting.
I have tried 2 different phones, but same issue. Can anybody help me out? I have already tried factory reset but no luck!
I have exactly the same issue, windows 10. any solution yet?

Problem with Screen Mirroring with All Share Cast Dongle on GT-N5100

I have this Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 (GT-N5100), which had been working quite well before, (including screen mirroring), but I abandoned it for a while. I later decided to be making use of it with the Samsung Allshare Dongle with me, but it started giving me this 'Screen mirroring could not work because if Hardware problems'. I browsed out the solution for that, and got it rooted, so as to fix it, using the buil.prop Es File Manager stuff.
But after all these, It plugs in etc... and turns on, but my tablet still says a "A Screen Mirroring update has been downloaded. Restart Screen Mirroring to update".
I have restarted the dongle severally, so also the tablet too, all to no avail, and I really need to make this work.
Any assistance towards this would be greatly appreciated
Up!

Question Screen Mirroring

Hello all, was was wondering how screen mirroring is working, I tried lastnight to mirror Hulu to my fire stick, but turning on cast i couldn't detect it, also there was no option for me in Hulu. My girl's IPhone 11 was easy to pick it up, sorry in advance if I'm missing any steps as this is my first one plus phone and coming off of a note 8, thanks!
It's a bug, turn on wifi first.
